Was easy to get an appointment quickly! It did not take long for the work and very good service. Best experience I’ve had with purchasing tires in every way. Price was better than elsewhere as well.

We waited over three hours for them to put on four tires. . We had a 3 PM appointment. They never took the truck in until 4 o’clock.. then we waited an additional two hours to put on four tires. This is totally unacceptable.

They replaced the wrong tires! I spoke to the supervisor about what happened, she told me oh well. I've been calling and calling the customer service line, and they will not help me! This is such a disgusting shame.

I can not stand it when they tell you one hour and they call only after 40 mins. I thought something was wrong no, Your car is ready, Did not get a chance to finish shopping.

Totally bad service in Farmington, NM. Tires weren’t balanced properly and just put on. Ended up going to Big-O and paid another $50 plus for balancing. Car is driving a lot better now.

Tires are great but the installation might be suspect though. When we drive above 60 miles per hour there's vibration which we didn't experience prior to installation.

The installation of the tires was done on time when promised. I appreciate that. The installers were knowledgeable , friendly and answered questions.

I left Sam's Club tire center with tire pressure too low. Returning to the center I waited for 15 minutes and nobody came to fix the tire pressure. I had to inflate them myself.

Installed in about 50 minutes, had an appointment at 9 and averything was effecient and professional. The only item was the black tire haze left on the wheels which wiped right off. Good job.

Great tires. Great service. This is the second set of Pirelli Scorpions I've had installed on my 2003 Silverado SS. They handle better and have lasted longer than any other tire i have used.
