Took way too long to install, plus they couldn’t get one lock off and only put 3 on. Got home and got the lock lug off in 5 minutes and paid another tire shop to mount the 4 the tire.

Missing parts after installing called back to store to inform them but no one picked up in that department that's has happened to me once before and I informed them of the mistake and no response

Got a price on four new tires installed. Was several hundred dollars below what we were quoted elsewhere. With our plus membership it even reduced prices more.

Shop too busy to answer phone. After 5 rings goes to off shore operators. Not good service. Called multiple times. Staff very helpful, just need more support & dedicated front desk help.

Got my vehicle in without an appointment. Install was about an hour . Only draw back was they misplaced my key fob and was scrambling to find it , when finished . Other than that , a smooth transition..
