I'll start with the positives. +quick turn around from start to finish replacing four tires and valve stems and reprogramming the pressure sensors only took about 3 hours. +roadside and flat tire repair are included in the package. +road hazzard warranty is very thorough The biggest negative I have that soured my experience was the technician recommended that I "drive for about 30 miles and bring it back so we can check and see if your wheels are tight." As someone that trains technicians to work on drive systems all over North America, this is a major red flag. Either you did the job properly, or you didn't. I'm not going to drive for 30 miles waiting for my wheel to fall off. I went less than 5 miles home and broke the torque on all 20 lug nuts, and redid them properly with a torque wrench.This is not the kind of service that I expect when I'm dropping over $1,000 to keep my car safe.

Brought in for tire repair but unable to put a patch because to close to sidewall. Purchased the tires new from Sams Club a few years ago installed. Road hazard warranty was honored and paid difference of the wear on the tire which was about 50%. $90 dollar tire and i paid $42 difference while in the shop they balanced and rotated the rest of the tires at no cost honoring the lifetime warranty and did it all in less than hour. Very happy with all of the transaction.

This is the best $20 spent ever. The tire package was great and ive only had the tires for about 10 months. This was a great way to protect myself and the process was great. It was fast easy and would highly recommend if you ever get your tires replaced at sams.

Fort Myers Sams Club is so miss managed, I have concerns about the tire shop. Everything about this place is so horrible there is no leadership, this Sams is this worst's in the country. The staff has no idea of what a well run store looks like , the store is dirty. They will never touch my vehicles because of safety concerns. The Naples store is Amazing a total opposite.

Purchased a set of 4 Goodyear tires from our local Sam's Club store with installation. Was contacted that the car was ready about 1 hour later. When I showed up to pick up the car, the old tires were still on it. Employee told us that one of the new tires was incorrect and that the correct tire was on its way. Fine. 2 weeks later, still waiting for the 4th tire to arrive, and was given excuses as to why they couldn't send one tire across town to the store. Finally got them installed after my wife went to the store and tore them a new one. We'e 20+ year Sam's Club members, but this kind of inept fumbling and stalling is unacceptable.

Very poor installation done at Sam's Club in Niles Ohio. After installation, the tire pressure monitor light came on. Called the technician and he said 'oh yeah, our machine might not be working to reset the system'. He said take to another club to reset. I went to Boardman Ohio where they reset the system. However, the TPMS light came back on. After returning again to Niles Ohio to have them investigate further, they 'tried' to reset the TPMS but with no success. They said to take it to a dealership. I took to a local repair shop who removed the tire to find out that the sensor was replaced backwards. Very poor technical service and customer service at Sam's Club Tire in Niles Ohio

Our appointment was cancelled three times and first time they cancelled second time when we went there they asked if we have the tire lifter for Tesla which they should called us and checked before we come so returned home . Third time again they cancelled . Fourth time when we went there they installed and handed over with low tire in one. We returned back in few steps and asked to fill they said done and closed shutters but still low again went inside in the cold to inform and aagain he filled it and said all set and they closed shutters but still low so lost patience and returned home and got it filled taking to another near by gas station.

Customer service was horrible. First they didn't call, text or email me my tires was in. I had to go to the store and check on my tires and they said they have been there a week. No problem i schedule a date to get them installed. They called on my installation date and said they dont have any machine on duty, i need to reschedule. So i went to Sam's to get a refund talk with a manager and she wanted to know why their wasn't a technician on duty. Come to find out they had 3 on duty. So the manager insisted they put my tires on right then. They were canceling appointments so they didn't have to work.

We had tires put on and the next day we went camping and were all over the road. Sams said the front tires were 65psi and the rear 75.psi. We had to pull into wall mart and have them checked because we were all over the road. They said the front right was 60psi and the left front was 78psi and the left rear was 58psi and the right was 50psi and we should never been on the road they were surprised we made it to Rifle. We will do business with Wall Mart and all our family and friends will also from here on out! Disgraceful!!

You Installed & Balanced the tires Very Poorly ,, I had to bring my truck back to have the tires Rebalanced,, they are still not Right,, I have to Have them ReBalanced for the Third Time by My own Mechanic. Very Poor Work Done by Sams Club,, I Lost an Hour from work the Second time,, Now another Hour for the Third Time. This will Cost Me $80, to have them Properly Balanced. I would Expect a $300. Credit to my account. Thank you
