Overall a good experience, but there was an issue with the tools they were using not being able to remove the lugnuts off my rims that are custom in their defense. They stated risks of breaking the lugnut or stripping the lugnut and recommend that I get them loosed or at least looked at by a mechanic. I did go to a friend and loosen and re tighten before I returned with a tool I left in the car do for them to use themselves if they struggled still but they ended up being able to remove the rims and replace the tires.

Install went great however, tires were not balanced properly. When I brought it back to rebalance was informed the balancing machine was being recalibrated. Not off to a good start had to take it to a tire shop and pay $100 to get them balanced. Need better quality control.

I started out at 8:30 am by calling Sams to check and see which store had my tires. Turned out to be the location in Orange Park. I went there bt 9:30 and they had 4 and I purchased them and made an appt to come back at 3 for install. The tire person called back at 1 and said they couldnt do it because they couldnt lift my vehicle with their machines. I said Sams installed the tires on it now 3 years ago....long story short, I was told the other location in North Jacksonville could do it and that I would need to transport my 4 tires in my car to that store. I did all this driving on a spare tire....when I arrived at the other store they said they told previous tire personnel they couldnt do it either. I said just refund my nearly $700 and that person said they couldn't do that because I bought them at the other store and for me to go somewhere and get them installed and they will reimburse the installation. I called the corporate number for Sams and left this conversation with the rep that took my call but Ive not received a call back or reimbursement for having Discount Tire to install my tires. I will never purchase tires from Sams again.

I had to Chengeh my four tires on my nissan so i went to Sam's club in Concord and i got very good deal on my tires with good quality tires and great customer service all done in one hour totally satisfied with everything if you need tires i recommend to go to Sam's they’re great 👍

Disappointed. Was told we would receive a call when the car was ready. Waited in the Sam’s club dining area for an hour and twenty minutes. No call. Walked over to the tire department and low and behold the car was done over twenty minutes ago. NO PHONE CALL SAYING IT WAS READY. Poor customer service

This tire installation caused such a headache. First they put the wrong tires on my car and then called me to have to come in again and have the right tires put on. Then they lost one of my hubcaps and told me I’d “just have to buy another one” because they didn’t know where it went. I was not impressed and will not be going back again.

As far as we are concerned, the Sam's Club tire installation package is one of the main reasons we have always checked Sam's Club when we need tires. The tire center associates are always professional and friendly. The tire center area is always neat, clean and welcoming.

Some how they broke the push pins out of my front mud /rain guard. So as we was going down road it started rubbing the tire had to pull over on the highway and cut the rest of mud guard out . Was not happy about it but i guess they did the best they could .

The Tire/Battery Shop was very busy on a Saturday afternoon. The employees were so good at squeezing me in for my 2 new tires. They were very courteous & kind. I have always received great service when getting new tires & getting batteries for my truck.

Let’s start by saying that we had a tire installation appointment at 1400 hrs. that had been scheduled for more than three weeks. We arrived 20 minutes ahead and waited for 20 minutes before anyone came to the service counter. The person was very attentive and got our service in place by 1415. And then, we waited. And waited. And waited. It was 1745 when a service person came out with our paperwork. Nearly four hours for not more than 90 minutes’ worth of service. He was apologetic for the delay, but said there were only two people changing tires. The individual who did our tires did a great job. We could feel the difference You, the Sam’s Club Management is guilty. The club had two personnel changing tires, another helping sporadically, and another one taking care of the walk-ins with battery issues or other that are handled in that section. We have been members since 1991and we have not ever seen the level of incompetent management we experienced Monday. Sitting waiting at one of the dining tables next to the car tire counter, we had time to discuss our Sam’s experiences during the last 30 odd years and this is not our old Sam’s Club.
