We had to go back the next day as the tire was flat. It turns out that the air valve was defective. They had only changed two out of the four. It wasn't the fact that the valve was defective. it was the attitude of the person in-charge and not the installer. This is the second time we had to deal with the individual. I am going to reconsider keep using the service. I need to replace two other sets of tires but don't I'm gong to use them.

When I purchased my tires I was told that it would take 4-5 days for the tires to arrive. They arrived in 1 day !! I scheduled them to be installed at 8 AM……… FIRST in line . I was told that the installation would take about 40 minutes. 40 minutes later I received a call that my car was ready. I was at the snack bar in the store. I picked up my car and drove it on the highway, checking for proper balance. All good. Very satisfied.

Bad Service- I had a tire appointment for 4 pm. I figured I’d give them some time to install so I came back 2 hours later and asked for my car. Employee came back gave me my keys and said they never got to my tires!!! Needless to say I had one tire that was a doughnut on my car. I requested the manager, he came I told him that I had an appointment and that his department never got to my car. The manager asked his worker how long it would take to put on my tires. The employee answered 45 minutes. He told them to get it done immediately and gave me a $40 gift card for my inconvenience. At least the manager made it good. They still left off the tire caps on all my tires!!! I’ve been buying tires for years here but this is my last time purchasing tires from Sam’s club with this bad service and I don’t trust my safety on the road with this shabby service..

I had an appointment at 1 PM. They didn’t get to my car until 40 minutes later and I asked if they checked my air pressure of all my tires because my tire light is on and the person who installed the tire said yes he did but he did not because I had to go back to the store because my tire light was still on after I went home and then went back to the store.

The installation was quick and efficient, but more importantly the customer service went beyond expectations. I asked to have my old tires placed into the back of my Sportage so I could use them at home and much to my surprise, the technician took the time to wash each tire. Who does that? I cannot tell you how much it meant that he would go above and beyond in this manner.

Tire mechanics were unable to install my tires after several trips to the location. They were unable to get the lug nuts off the first time so I went to a tire shop who removed them with no trouble. Went back to Sams a second time and they were unable to remove one of the new lug nuts so I had to go back to a different tire shop to have them install the final tire.

My experience with Sam’s Club for tires has always been good. Very friendly people that are willing to offer advice. I was leaning towards a different tire originally, but after talking with them decided to go with a little bit more expensive of a tire. So glad I did. Very happy.

My review has nothing to do with the tires. I was never able to have them put on my car. I purchased them on 12/4/24 & waited for them to be ordered with an installation appt set for 12/7. Tires came in, i showed up for appt; service dept said they were 3 hrs behind. I'm disabled & have 1 car; i couldn't wait that long. Next appt was set for 12/20 @ 1 pm. That was their earliest! I showed up, again 3 hrs behind! They can't get anyone to work in the servide dept. I demanded my money back & i have no tires.

Last week when I went to buy tires, Ray took my order and said that the 4 tires I bought would cost me $481 total. I asked Ray if there would be any additional charges and he said no. After the tires were installed, they gave me a receipt and the charges were $599. I’m very disappointed at the additional charges.

The service I received for 4 tires was exceptional. The order took 3 days to arrive and was installed in 40 minutes while I shopped in the club. The price was $100 less than 2 other quotes. I am very happy with this service. I will be returning to get tires for my second car in a few weeks.
