My daughter's car. Didn't notice until a few days later that a lug nut is missing on each rear rim and they didn't replace the valve stem caps.Din't know why they needed two lug nuts from the rear rims when I had the front tires replaced. Very displeased.

I was given a 12:00 appointment time. When I checked in I was told it would be an hour and forty five minute wait. My car wasn’t even touched for an hour and fifteen minutes. I was notified two hours later that my car was ready. There is no waiting area. I wish I would have been notified that there was a long waiting time. I could have had someone drop off my car and returned when finished. The staff was very much nice and professional.

I special ordered tires with the help of a tire associate. When the tires arrived and I wanted them installed, the mechanic told me they do not have the equipment to install those tires on my vehicle. If they do not have the equipment, why did they sell me the tires?

They advertised some tires online and I was able to pay for them. Then when I got to the store they said the tires had a manufacturer date of 2019 on them and they could not sell me the tires.. So the guy decided that he would refund me my money so that he could charge me for a different set.. the only problem with that idea was that I would have to literally pay double for tires because the refund was not just going to automatically show up at my bank right now.. I’m still not sure why he could understand that they can take money from peoples account right away but it takes BUSINESS DAYS for them to give me my money back.. so I had to ask for a manager. The manager did make things right, but if I didn’t ask to speak with the manager I would have been out of luck!

Their price is advertised as $20/tire. However, when I have purchased sets of 4, I always seem to get $10/tire discount. Repairs are free, but don't try to repair the tire yourself. If you put a plug in it to allow yourself to limp home, they will not touch it. It has to be flat when they receive it.

Some how they broke the push pins out of my front mud /rain guard. So as we was going down road it started rubbing the tire had to pull over on the highway and cut the rest of mud guard out . Was not happy about it but i guess they did the best they could .

Purchased 2 tires at Walmart one week then the next purchased 2 tires at Sam’s club. After purchasing and paying they refused to install because they were a different brand of tire. Complete waste of time. And the return took 5 days to go back to my bank account. Don’t waste your time.

The technician told me, after he was done with my truck, that I have a leaking tire pressure monitor stem. He said it’s a slow leak. When I asked him why he didn’t replace it he mumbled some jibberish and said I can have it replaced at the 6000 mile tire service. So three days later the tire pressure was down to 24psi. Additionally the tire air pressures weren’t close to what it’s supposed to be. Left front had 38psi. It’s like he didn’t even look at the door post for the recommended tire pressures. My truck is in my mechanic’s shop right now getting the leaking stem replaced. At my expense. I like the Cooper Titres, but I won’t use Sams again.

I’ve bought 4 sets of Goodyear Max Life tires since 2018. Every time, I could not beat Sam’s price. For 36 years I have used the same Goodyear store for oil changes, brakes and tires. However, I’ll always purchase our tires at Sam’s, even if they stop selling Goodyear tires.

Very dissatisfied with the service. Arrived 10 min before appt time (6 pm) when attendant came out he said they were a little behind and it would be at least 2 1/2 hours until it would be ready. Waited there and having looked into bay area there was a lot of talking and not much working. Why give a time and tell you if you are not there you wait, in that case the employees should also be on time or at least close to time. After waiting all that time truck was pulled out, noticed centercap was missing, had to bang on garage door as the store was closed, put that on ourself. Extremely disappointed in the service and the time I had to stand around! Would not recommend this service to anyone.
