Great deal on these tires and the Sam’s Club Tire and Auto guys were great to work with. They were very helpful in helping me order them online and called as soon as they came in and got me scheduled the very next day. They know what they’re doing at this Sam’s Club.

I drive a lot for work, so I am very hard on my tires. The fact that the installation only takes an hour or so, and comes with extra perks like tire patching, rotation, warranty, and roadside assistance (and more) is something that makes me keep coming back to Sam's. I am an anxious person by nature, so having that reassurance that I am not going to be stranded if I have a tire issue is a very nice thing to have.

I was informed the day I was supposed to getting my tires that I had the wrong type of lug nuts. There was nothing wrong with the lug nuts but Sam’s prefers you to have a certain type and apparently they “can’t touch your tires if they are not the right type.” That information would have been good to know when I bought my tires 3 days prior so that I could have been prepared. Instead I have to leave the store, go buy 20 lug nuts, and then come back. It was very frustrating, but at least that gave them a 20 minute vape break from all their hard work of standing around. FYI - make sure you have the right nuts before you get there.

Was a few minutes early for my late evening appointment on a Saturday but the shop was fast and did what was expected. I had to make the appointment late the day before due to a bolt getting into a tire and ruining it. Was surprised I could get an appointment the next day on a Saturday.

I purchase my ties exclusively from Sam’s Club for this great installation and protection package. It pays for itself after the first rotation, and the road hazard offers piece of mind for the future. I have even added this package to tires that we pre installed on my new vehicles.

I started out at 8:30 am by calling Sams to check and see which store had my tires. Turned out to be the location in Orange Park. I went there bt 9:30 and they had 4 and I purchased them and made an appt to come back at 3 for install. The tire person called back at 1 and said they couldnt do it because they couldnt lift my vehicle with their machines. I said Sams installed the tires on it now 3 years ago....long story short, I was told the other location in North Jacksonville could do it and that I would need to transport my 4 tires in my car to that store. I did all this driving on a spare tire....when I arrived at the other store they said they told previous tire personnel they couldnt do it either. I said just refund my nearly $700 and that person said they couldn't do that because I bought them at the other store and for me to go somewhere and get them installed and they will reimburse the installation. I called the corporate number for Sams and left this conversation with the rep that took my call but Ive not received a call back or reimbursement for having Discount Tire to install my tires. I will never purchase tires from Sams again.

11 days after this purchase of new tires, came home from work to find a flat tire, the truck was parked. Changed out tire, took the flat back to Sam's club. Sam's club wanted to charge me if the tire was ruined and needed replaced. They found dirt inside the rim and it was not properly cleaned with original install. No apologies, nothing. Would rate zero stars if I could. I didn't get charged because they improperly installed the tire without prepping the rim first.

The guys who installed tires were very unprofessional. Left my car in a mess digging around for tire tools instead of asking me where. I guess that's what they were looking for. Rude, put 1 used grey stem cover on the tire and the rest were the original black! I didn't speak up or take video of the mess because I feared being called a Karen! I will never use this service again or buy crappy tires that are louder than my radio!

Installation of my tires at the Chesterfield MO Sam’s was quick and easy. I showed up early to drop off my vehicle for a Saturday appointment due to my ride situation. 25 minutes later, I received a call saying that my car was ready. I had my car returned to me before my scheduled appointment. Great service.

The tire i purchased was fine. However, the installation was horrible,the tire guy cross treaded my lug nut on the wheel stud. Then he said he didnt know how that happen. Then the manager told me to go to NTB Tires to get it fixed. Then she told me Sams would reimburse me for the cost. So NTB Tires fixed the problem by replacing the wheel stud and lug nut. I returned to Sam's Tire and they reimburse me for the cost at NTB Tires 3 hours later.
