Quick, kind, and painless determination of problem led to a free replacement of a tire damaged by hitting a big pothole, since I had bought the whole set here less than a year ago. To get a match they had to order it, but the tire did come the next day and they called to let me know it was in, and set up an appointment for the replacement so I would not have to be kept there long.

Tire installation was done properly. My only complaint was that since I had to order these tires to be delivered to the store, I had to call for an appointment to get them installed after they arrived. I called my local store, but was transferred to someone in another country, probably India to make my appointment, which was in two weeks. I don't see why I couldn't have talked to someone at the store, and don't see why it should take two weeks to get the tires installed since they were already at the store.

Not sure how to write a review of a tire installation package except to say that they were very efficient and had the job done in about an hour. Sam's had a special that I took advantage of so the price was great. The only downside was the air was not equal in all four tires and I had to adjust that. The upside was that they told me my car needed an alignment so I had that done had another facility. I appreciated the information about that.

Installers were somewhat friendly, but not as helpful as I had hoped.They were slow to come to the register.They assumed I knew what the procedure was, but I did not, so I had to ask them questioins about what to do and when. They were about an hour and a half behind in finishing jobs. I told them some special handing instructions for the new and old tires, and they did that.Plus for them! When I drove the car away it took me a few minutes to realize that the tire inflation sensors were not working. They never worked in my 500 mile round trip that started the next day. I am not even sure that they transferred the sensors from the old tires to the new ones. I assumed that would be standard practice. They may have just not reset them. I will try to get them to remedy the situation.

Service was great. I was originally told that my install would probably be around 2 1/2 hours due to them being short on manpower that day (I appreciated the upfront honesty). About 1 1/2 hours later, I received a phone call that my vehicle was ready. When i got to my vehicle, everything was clean (as I had left it) and ready to go. Also, for the cost of installation, getting free tire rotations, roadside assistance, etc, made it well worth the money.

Took a week and a half to get an appointment once the tires came in. Total of 3 weeks from order date. Other retailers seem to be able to get tires quicker. Not sure why I had to wait a week and a half for install. Maybe need more people on board. Once in, the staff was friendly and professional.

Well. I thought I was getting the Pirelli All Season tires. That s what I wanted. They put the Pirelli All Terrain tires on. Rather bulky looking on my Lexus NX. Not sure if I’ll return them or not. Seem to ride smooth. Guys that work there are very nice. Just wish it was what I had asked for

My experience with Sam's Club tire center was good I purchased 4 tires they said will take 1 week before tires arrived, for my surprise in two days the call me to schedule appointment for tires installation and 45 minutes my new tires were installed.

Sams could not install the tires on my vehicle. The studs were stripped on the two back tires. Personally, I could not attest to who stripped them--Sams or previous service my husband had performed before he did. I was disappointed because the price offered was phenomenal.

installation went well,the problem is a lack of installers at store,got to make appointment ,possibly a week or two out,two of the three car bays were filled with sets of tires to be installed.need to hire more people. nobody to answer phone in auto area.
