Truly professional service. After my purchase, my initial visit for installation was not possible, as one of the tire locking nuts has been stripped (not at Sam's). The tech reinstalled the 3 old tires allowing me to go to the dealer down the street. they replaced all 4 locking lug nuts and Sam's was able to reschedule my installation within 24 hours. Very impressive.

The technician told me, after he was done with my truck, that I have a leaking tire pressure monitor stem. He said it’s a slow leak. When I asked him why he didn’t replace it he mumbled some jibberish and said I can have it replaced at the 6000 mile tire service. So three days later the tire pressure was down to 24psi. Additionally the tire air pressures weren’t close to what it’s supposed to be. Left front had 38psi. It’s like he didn’t even look at the door post for the recommended tire pressures. My truck is in my mechanic’s shop right now getting the leaking stem replaced. At my expense. I like the Cooper Titres, but I won’t use Sams again.

I was given a 12:00 appointment time. When I checked in I was told it would be an hour and forty five minute wait. My car wasn’t even touched for an hour and fifteen minutes. I was notified two hours later that my car was ready. There is no waiting area. I wish I would have been notified that there was a long waiting time. I could have had someone drop off my car and returned when finished. The staff was very much nice and professional.

I missed my original appointment. Called Sam’s Club and was directed to an outsourced answering service, rescheduled appointment for that Monday, got to my appointment on time but the outsourced company never scheduled my appointment, but the technician squeezed me in and as promised, my car was done in an hour and a half. Get rid of your outsourced company and hire someone to answer the phone and schedule appointments at the Sam’s Club facilities. I love my Sam’s Club technician.

Tire service screwed on of wheel bolts and failed to remove and replace it. We had to purchase a new bolt and tools to remove screw / bolt to replace it with our money ($54). Took me less than 5 minutes to fix, but required another visit to get last tire installed.

Stopped in to purchase tires. Told had to pay for and they would email me times I could schedule for installation. Was not emailed, finally called to see why. At that point was scheduled for a 1 pm appointment. Arrived on time. It was 4:30 when the 4 tires were finally installed. Was advised it might take 1-2 hours since they were behind. Not pleased! Will look elsewhere to purchase tires!

Prepare yourself for a long wait if you just want to drop off a tire for repair. It's scheduled by making an appointment. And don't try to bring your own tire pressure sensors for install with a purchase of a new set of tires. Although the service saved me when I drove over a paddle bit in the road only 2 weeks after I got 4 new tires. Only $20 to replace with another new one. Corpus Christi has got to have the worst roads in Texas

Tire install could have been better because I had a low tire light the next day. The left front tire only had 25lbs air and it should have been 33. I took it back to Sam’s and they checked it for leaks and found none. On further inspection they also found other tires low on air

The tires were a good value. Once on we noticed the quietness of them on the road. The installation was pretty quick. The staff worked with us to make sure we got the best deal possible and we were setup to get the tires installed as soon as possible. The tire package was explained in detail.

As far as we are concerned, the Sam's Club tire installation package is one of the main reasons we have always checked Sam's Club when we need tires. The tire center associates are always professional and friendly. The tire center area is always neat, clean and welcoming.
