Staff in the tire department was very helpful. My tire got a huge hole on the freeway and when my truck was brought in they reassured me that everything will be okay and taken cared of in a timely manner. Tire was in stock and the timing of putting my tire on was fast. Pearl City tire staff, you all are a huge blessing!! Thank you SO MUCH FOR ALL YOUR HARD WORK!!

Excellent cusromer service, and they got me in right away with no appointment. Not to meantion, they saved me about $400 on a nice set of Good Year tires, and the perks like roadside assistance, and free balance and rotation. Sams Club is the place to go for tires...The End.lol

Quick service I had an appointment to get the four new tires installed and 45 minutes later they called me said they were done and I could pickup my car. I was still shopping for groceries and took about the same time checking out. Every checkout was full and as many as 5-7 customers in each line waiting to checkout too.

I will always buy my tires at Sam's. The savings are incredible. The service is next to none. I ordered the tire I wanted online, made the installation appointment. Within 45 min tire were installed. I appreciate the advice for maintenance of the tires. I wouldn't buy any where else.

The technician refused to adjust the tire pressure so it would be correct when the tires were outside in 32degree temperature. He used air from inside the building (70degrees), which when it cools down outside would make the tires UNder-inflated. The whole reason there is a placard in the door jam is so car owners know the proper pressure for cold tire inflation; it's really important for safety (and proper tire wear). So why would the person I trust to safely install my brand new Michelin tires knowingly incorrectly inflate them? He said I could let the car set outside in the parking lot until the pressure dropped after the air in the tires cooled off, and then he'd add more air to correct the under-inflation.... So, after I drove 60 miles home (UNder-inflated) I myself had to add air to get the tire pressure up to what the placard required. A 70 F degree tire at 35 psi , will be several psi UNder-inflated at 32 F degrees. That's why the owners manual says to check the tire pressure when outside temperature changes with the seasons.... Even a store Manager couldn't persuade him to do it correctly.

They didn’t have a 17 millimeter socket for removing my lug nuts and had no solution - like allowing the customer to provide one. Ended up installing the tires myself in the parking lot - without the convenience of a lift, shade, and a shop… not worth the money I saved shopping at Sam’s.

Love the tires, but now when reversing right, there is a definite rubbing/friction sound. My husband thinks when they installed tires, they may have accidentally pushed up ball joint and it hasn't dropped yet on its own. He says they probably will not fix the issue for me as they do installation only, but I know for a fact my car was not doing this prior to purchasing tires. I do love the tires though, and will wait for hubs to take car so I am not dismissed, or we'll try to have it fixed ourselves.

These tires are what are recommended for my truck from the dealer but I sam's Club would not install them. They told me they were the wrong size, and they would not fit, and they would rub, and I would be unhappy with them. So I took them somewhere else and had them installed, they fit fine, I'm very happy with them, and they do not rub

The employees at Sam’s were knowledgeable and courteous. The installation was taken in on time and completed in about 1/2 hour. They even invited me back to recheck the torque on my wheels, which I did. I also got in on a couple of specials, so the price was good also!

Went on website and ordered tires. The tires they recommended were small. Employee’s had to put tires back on and different tires ordered. My wife took the car in for me and tires were put on. There was only one person trying to change tires and work the service desk. She had to wait longer than usual. The car came home missing 2 lug nuts and 1 security lug nut came off in the driveway when she got home. Missing lug nuts should have discussed with my wife prior to her leaving the store. 1 guy can’t do it all himself. Leads to mistakes.
