Very pleased with Goodyear Max tire purchase and install. Decided on new tires within 10 days of trip departure and had no problem getting timely install to give me a chance to get the driving feel of new tires before leaving. Excellent service and tire suggestions for my 2017 Subaru Forester. (Got in on $100 savings on 4 tires....yay! ) Thanks to the Hendersonville Sams Club Tire Dept. personnel.

The Sams Club installation package is convenient and reasonable, but I've had several issues with the installation team's work. On my two recent tire installations, the Tire Pressure Monitoring System (TPMS) caution light has illuminated after installing the tires. I don't know whether this situation is coincidental or a result of the installation team damaging the sensor in the wheel when removing and replacing the tires. I do know that the TPMS wasn't on prior to the work. On a recent tire rotation, the team over-torqued the lug nuts thus distorting the rotor. Sams Club reimbursed the cost of smoothing out the rotor. In a time with high personnel turnover, unknown training, and casual attitudes, I suspect the quality of work in the Installation Package that Sams Club provides.

The guys in the garage did an excellent job. They work really well together and I’m very satisfied with their work on my newly purchased tires. They even checked my battery life and saved me money. Honestly I felt I could trust them in the future, and their expertise.

I was lied to by a lazy tire employee. He didn’t feel like putting on my new tires so he told me the lug nuts were swollen and he couldn’t get them off. I went home and checked for myself. I easily got them off. I returned snd got my money back. They can hire good workers or lose business.

As far as we are concerned, the Sam's Club tire installation package is one of the main reasons we have always checked Sam's Club when we need tires. The tire center associates are always professional and friendly. The tire center area is always neat, clean and welcoming.

Dropped car off in the morning for a 2 PM appointment. Staff was friendly and I have no problems with tires, or the installation done except for no phone call. Work was done early, around 12:30 according to our paperwork, but never received a phone call.

Well. I thought I was getting the Pirelli All Season tires. That s what I wanted. They put the Pirelli All Terrain tires on. Rather bulky looking on my Lexus NX. Not sure if I’ll return them or not. Seem to ride smooth. Guys that work there are very nice. Just wish it was what I had asked for

The tire installation went quickly and everyone I dealt with was helpful and courteous! My only issue is that I received a call, I guess to tell me that the car was ready, but I was unable to answer it quick enough. I tried to call back but was connected with someone not on-site. They were unable to reach the garage. A local operator would have been much preferred.

I had my vehicle damaged by the technician. I caught it before driving away. They were going to allow me to leave without acknowledging the damage made to my vehicle. The manager didn't make a report nor take pictures. He told ME to do the research for the part and have it repaired and bring him the receipt. First, I'm restoring my Dad's 2005 Cadillac STS. The control panel for the seat adjuster is no longer available! I will not be going back to that tire department to have ANY REPAIR OR PURCHASES FOR ANY CAR AGAIN! I'LL GET THE DEALERSHIP TO COME UP WITH SOMETHING! Why should the customer, who purchased $600+ in new tires, look for a part that a Sam's employee damaged? Talk about exceeding customers' expectations! Training in "ACCOUNTABILITY" would be a good start.

Package offered is outstanding. Good luck getting service . Everything is by appointment, hours are not accommodating, call center is foreign, non English speaking and ill informed. Flat repair must be done in house to avoid voiding warranty but could leave you waiting a week.
