Sams NO LONGER has in-stock tires. So, if your warranted tire cannot be repaired you have to wait on a new tire to come in. But, first it failed to get ordered, then I was told it was in only to arrive and pay to find out it did not. The tire had to be ordered again. The whole process took a week and a half! For a tire? DISSAPOINTED!!! What's the point of buying the road hazard insurance? What's is the point of selling tires if your not going to have them in stock or get one quickly. Why have a Sam

Order the tires and made the appointment for installation. Arrived on time for install. Service people were great. ready to accommodate me when I was 30 minutes early. Took about an hour to install. Service person let me know as soon as they were done. All went smooth. A positive experience.

2 of the tires went flat right away. I call sams and had to run them down. I hoped i did no damage. The tire stems were defective. It would had been nice to be offered a discount. Gas is not cheap and it was thier fault. I asked for a small discount. Was told no.

The work was completed in a very timely manner. My over all experience was pleasant and done to my satisfaction. I was met with excellent customer service with friendly and realistic estimates and price and product selection. I highly recommend the Sams club automotive department.

I waited for 6 hr in the store for the installation of the 4 new tires, the men who perform the installation broke one of the locks of the tires and I was sent to another shop and there I had to wait for 2 hours and pay $15.00 dollars besides I had to buy new locks for $25.00 dollars. And also the operator made a mistake mounting a tire in a damage rim and had to make the work again. In summary many mistakes. And also it is incredibly that in such a good shop like yours don’t have a simple tool to break the damage locks.

Tire was installed in a timely manner but, rims was dirty with black dry up dirty water spots on them. I’m guessing it’s from half washing off the new tires who knows🤷🏾‍♀️… Presentation is everything and, I didn’t like seeing my car rims looking like that after new tires were installed especially when the rims was clean when I took it in with the old tires on it. By right it should have came out looking better than it went in after all four new tires should stand out.☹️

The tire installers in Vero Beach could not figure out how to take my tires off so I did not have them installed there. They were suppose to refund me for 4 tires and only refunded my card for one. I’ve been trying to clear this up but the Vero Beach manager keeps avoiding me and will not take my calls or answer his emails from Sam Customers Service center. I’m beginning to think that there is some kind of scam going on and I will be getting the police department involve in this soon.

This is half or less than the competition. My clubs shop is ran by Casper. Her and her team were simply above and beyond. They were very easy to work with, extremely comcerned with doing the job with no problems, understood and abided by my quirky requests and took the utmost care when installing my new shoes. I do 99% of the work on my car because I'm picky, I can and I honestly don't trust most to touch her. I will never have a problem handing my fob over to this crew. They treated her like their own vehicle. I really appreciated them.

Tech during the R&R broke 2 of my lug nuts. BUT did not have and said they could not replace them even if they had them due to store policy. You can yourself a tire center ,how could you not replace what you broke ? So I drove off missing to lug nuts on 2 different tires.

I ordered 4 tires online to be delivered to my Sam's club. I never received notification from my local club that the tires that I came in. I called after about 10 days; the call was immediately transferred to the central call center (I've never actually been able to reach anyone at the local club by phone) and they informed me the tires were waiting and they set up an appointment for installation. The installation went quickly; it took about 45 minutes as I shopped the store. However, the wheels are not correctly balanced; I feel vibrations at speeds of 60 mph and above. I plan to return for a rebalance, but I'm disappointed they didn't do it right the first time.
