Bought four new tires. Whatever was used to seal the tires to the rims was not cleaned off three of the tires, and had dried by the time I got home and noticed it. Was not easy to get off. Tried two different cleaners, and had to really scrub with a brush to get the tires clean.

Pretty bad,I ordered one tire replacement,made the appointment and whoever talked to me over the phone,wasn't even in USA,when I got there for my appoinment,there was no appoinment,I had to talk to the technitian and he helped me to get the tire i needed

Great deal on the package itself. However when having to use the roadside hazard for a nail penetration, they had to order a new tire and I was charged additional $21 to mount and balance new tire. Should this not be part of the roadside hazard price I already paid?

Bought a set of these 2 weeks ago. Left rear valve stem defective, leaking air almost flat. Called Sams auto, told have to make appointment and they are booked 2 weeks out. Was told lifts are being repaired and they are down to one lift, and I would have to go to another store almost 20 miles away. Explained to tire department store manager tire will not hold air that long, and it is a 15 minute fix. Then was told to take tire off vehicle and bring in, and they would try to work it in. Explained I am not physically able to do that, plus I paid for road service and warranty. This is a defective part or damaged when installed, I should not have to wait two weeks! I asked to repair nearby and have amount reimbursed since I cannot drive it far, and do not want to damage the tire. Was told no reimbursement, and there is nothing she could do. I advised her I will inflate the tire in the morning and be there before they open, and they can work it in before the first appointment. She did not confirm but will see what can be done when I get there, I will be there at 7am !!!! Only I 15 minute job and I already paid for tires and service.

I special ordered tires with the help of a tire associate. When the tires arrived and I wanted them installed, the mechanic told me they do not have the equipment to install those tires on my vehicle. If they do not have the equipment, why did they sell me the tires?

I’ve never had a scheduled appoint for a tire install take so long. Scheduled appointment was a month out then to get to my appt in the morning and being told they are running behind. Was offered to reschedule but after already waiting a month, I could not. Waited for the job to be done and it was about 3.5-4 hours! The job was done appropriately but it took forever.

Purchased this for 4 tires and all multiple vehicles. this was one of the few times I ever had to go into the tire center because of an issue with a tire. The technician said the tire was bald and needed a 4 wheel alignment and I needed to purchase a new tire. I did but then decided I didn’t have the time so I got a refund. Upon inspecting the tire it was not bald at all. He just didn’t want to repair the tire under the warranty. Very disappointing… had a slow leak.

Overall terrible experience. I arrived for my 3pm scheduled appointment. A bitter & frustrated mechanic told they couldn’t guarantee the tires would be replaced by the end of shift (6pm). Then another mechanic came over & said they would get it done. I waited in the store 2 1/2 hours. They finally pulled in my vehicle. Almost immediately, they called me and told me they could not change out the tires because my lug nuts were swollen. I asked the mechanic if he could just go up a size on the socket and get them off. His reply was this is a tire remove & replacement shop. We are not a service station. I proceeded to ask what we needed to do. He snapped at me, “You need to go have all your Lugnuts replaced then schedule a new appoint so we can put the tires on.” I told him that I wanted to return the tires then. He directed me to customer service and I had the tires returned. The following morning I went to another tire business and had new tires installed with no issue.

The installation was quick and efficient, but more importantly the customer service went beyond expectations. I asked to have my old tires placed into the back of my Sportage so I could use them at home and much to my surprise, the technician took the time to wash each tire. Who does that? I cannot tell you how much it meant that he would go above and beyond in this manner.

I arrived @ 10:30 for an 11 am installation. They had an SUV on the lift and were awaiting a tow truck. 12:00 tow truck removes vehicle mine goes on the lift. The other two bays were empty and all three men began to install my tires. I was talking to Brandon for the next hour while these three men found unique ways to slow down the process. 1:27 pm I was allowed to drive off. I changed, fixed and sold tires in the early 70's to pay my way through college. These guys seemed to be trying to embarrass the manager Brandon. Sadly I had tried to do the same thing in Tulsa but could not get the tires shipped four weeks earlier.
