The 2 men working Mt Nebo Point Sams club are excellent. My experience with your tire and battery center NOT GOOD. Several of your Tire and Battery Centers in the Pittsburgh area are understaffed. Making it extremely difficult to get an appointment. When you call customer service they suggest you just walk in. You can’t get an appointment but you should just walk in . Makes no sense. Took over 6 weeks to my tires replaced under warranty.

I had to Chengeh my four tires on my nissan so i went to Sam's club in Concord and i got very good deal on my tires with good quality tires and great customer service all done in one hour totally satisfied with everything if you need tires i recommend to go to Sam's they’re great 👍

Service guys working in the bays are GREAT. Unfortunately, they are being ABUSED BY IRATE CUSTOMERS because the guys are being NEGLECTED by upper management by NOT providing CUSTOMER SERVICE REPS at the counter. Mgmt states that it is the CUSTOMER'S responsibility to notify a door greeter OR use the SCAN CODE on the counter to notify someone to assist us, the customer. Meanwhile, WE ARE HELD HOSTAGE until "SOMEONE" is available. Our TIME is VALUABLE-- This has been a CHRONIC ISSUE at this location since we purchased the last two rounds of tires. This was STRIKE THREE.

Much better snow traction than the previous tires on my Ram pickup and the more standard type of Cooper tires I'd put on another pickup; these will be my choice of tires now for Minnesota winters. Also ride good and are quiet, as I've come to expect from Coopers.

Since COVID customer service has been hit and miss but the management at Sam’s tire and lube was excellent. I had a blow out and my tire was discontinued so after several days of looking for the tire with no success the company was very accommodating.

The guys in the garage did an excellent job. They work really well together and I’m very satisfied with their work on my newly purchased tires. They even checked my battery life and saved me money. Honestly I felt I could trust them in the future, and their expertise.

I brought my own TPMS sensors requesting that they install them while they had the wheels open, and they did. They called me to verify whether I wanted the colored lettering facing inside or out. The guy was friendly and personable. I was fully satisfied.

I purchased the tire and had to wait over a week for the tire to come in. The day I came in to have my one tire installed, it decided it was going to pour down rain. After waiting for about an hr they called me back to the service desk to tell me one of my studs was stripped and i would have to have it fixed before they would put the tire on. I asked if i could just take the tire and have it put on where they fixed the stud. Of course you can do that but the warranty that we would put on the tire will no longer be valid. I assured the technician i would have tge stud fixed inthe morning first thing then bring my car back for installation. The next day i did as i said and had the stud repaired and brought my car back to have them put on the tire. The technician told me it would be over a 2 hr wait because there were 2 people ahead of me. In my opinion nobody there that day should have been considered aheadvof me because id been dealing with this since the day before. Instead of getting agitated i decided to return the tire and take my business elsewhere. Did i really want individuals changing my tire when all the 2 individuals in front of me were having done was very minor as was mine and it was going to take them 2 hrs to complete jobs that shouldn't have taken 45 min total to complete

Tire mechanics were unable to install my tires after several trips to the location. They were unable to get the lug nuts off the first time so I went to a tire shop who removed them with no trouble. Went back to Sams a second time and they were unable to remove one of the new lug nuts so I had to go back to a different tire shop to have them install the final tire.

From beginning to end it was terrible . I have called and emailed, Sams refuses to call me back . They made me pay up front which I have never done before . When I picked up my truck the steering is completely off, my car makes noises when turning . I did not even drive off the property and immediately went back. The manager did not want to come out , she finally came out did not even lift my car back up to check and basically told me they are not mechanics. They were so rude and unhelpful. As she walks out she is looking at me and rolling her eyes . I have never in my life had such a bad experience with people who obviously don’t know how to change tires properly. I have spoken with multiple mechanics and all agree that it was caused by someone who was inexperienced . I have called sams multiple times and I get the same someone will call you in 24 hrs. It’s been 2 wks .
