The crew in the tire installation department are super friendly and did a great job. Several guys worked on my car and it was done in a timely manner. They even kindly installed the new wheel locks I provided to them. Thank you again. I was told comes with 4 year warranty on the tires as well . No brainer great deal.

I just purchased some new tires, including the installation package. As with previous tire purchases, the installation package was considered a necessary purchase. The cost of the package with it's benefits was certainly quite reasonable. In the past when I needed assistance with covered features, I have been very happy with the service Sam's has given.

I had an appointment at 1 PM. They didn’t get to my car until 40 minutes later and I asked if they checked my air pressure of all my tires because my tire light is on and the person who installed the tire said yes he did but he did not because I had to go back to the store because my tire light was still on after I went home and then went back to the store.

In my 50 years of purchasing tires I have come to expect that new tires come with new valves. With this purchase Sam’s Club taught me that’s not always the case. After an installation of four P7 run flat tires at my Local Sam’s Club one of them lost all pressure on the way home. On my return to Sam’s Club I was informed: it was a leaking valve and that because the car has a TPMS system they don’t automatically replace your old valves as it’s an up charge of about $4.00 per tire. The did replace the now damaged tire under warranty. They charged me $4.00 for a new valve. I am giving a 2 star rating because, while they did quickly replace the tire under warranty, THEY NEVER INFORMED ME, AT INITIAL PURCHASE, THAT NEW VALVES AREN’T INCLUDED NOR OFFERED ME THE CHOICE OF PURCHASING THEM AT THAT TIME. It would have only added $12.00 to my total $1200.00 cost and I would have certainly added new valves.

Throughout the process of comparing tires, deciding on the best option for me, making an appointment for installation, and tire installation, everyone was extremely friendly and helpful while delivering speedy service and useful information. I am very impressed with SAMS staff and service. Thanks to all.

Sorry I stated that the Sams mounting and warranty cost $80 per tire when actually it was $80 total for the 4 tires so only $20 per tire. Big difference! Also forgot to add that I signed up for the SAms Plus card before buying the tires as it saved me another $40 and later saved me 20% on new eyeglasses!

The tire department diligently worked to fit in my tire installation even though they had their schedule completely full. I had warranty Michelin tires purchased from Sam’s Club and discovered an upside down screw in my tire tread. The guys at Sam’s outdid themselves. I also got a very fair adjustment on all four tires due to the less than warranted Michelin mileage. I purchased new replacement Michelin tires again at Sam’s Club because I have always been treated fairly and with great curtesy!!!

My daughter's car. Didn't notice until a few days later that a lug nut is missing on each rear rim and they didn't replace the valve stem caps.Din't know why they needed two lug nuts from the rear rims when I had the front tires replaced. Very displeased.

Had two tires replaced and two days after installation the sensor inside one of the tires quit working. Since the sensor was working at the time of install they would not replace the sensor. From my experience at other tire shops the valve stem and sensor is always replaced at the time of tire install. Not at Sam’s club and they do not inform the customer that this is not included at the time of purchase. The manager would not budge a bit to try and work with me and would charge me full price to replace this sensor. He even said that they will not do anymore work than what they have to. They just lost a customer.

Wonderful experience in ordering the new tires and scheduling the installation. Installation was quick and took less than an hour. I would only suggest that Sam's Club have a more comfortable and appropriate waiting area for the customers to utilize while waiting for the return of the vehicle. There is more than enough space available to set aside for this offering in my opinion.
