Tire pressure was to low after install. I shouldn't have to put in more air in all 4 tires to get my tire pressure light off. There was 32 psi instead of the 35 psi suggested on the door pillar. Also don't like the fact that you need to make an appointment for the tires to be installed.

So far the new tires have been great. The vehicle rides better and the service was fantastic. The guys were very honest about the condition of our old tires. I appreciate their input and will definitely recommend them to others and return in the future.

I was at Sams when the Shift started in the morning, and with only 1 car ahead of me, it took 2 hrs 15min to replace just 1 tire!!! Very disappointed. I had to replace 1 of 4 brand new tires that I had purchased just 1 year ago from Sams Club too, as info!

Was a few minutes early for my late evening appointment on a Saturday but the shop was fast and did what was expected. I had to make the appointment late the day before due to a bolt getting into a tire and ruining it. Was surprised I could get an appointment the next day on a Saturday.

I wish I could review your installation. I had to special order the tires, was told approximately 5 days to wait there. Then, I was informed (the day AFTER I ordered them) that it was going to be two and a half to three weeks to install them. Totally unacceptable

Their service department is not handicap friendly. They do not have an entrance directly to the service department. To enter the department I had to park my car in the service area parking and walk a fair distance outside in the snow and ice to the store entrance. It was worse on the way out because I had to exit the store exit which was even further from the parking area. I had asked to keep my old tires but when I got to my car they weren't there so I had to go back. By the time I left I was in so much pain that I could barely stand. On the way home my car shook so bad that I thought it would fall apart. One of my tires wasn't balanced properly and they did not reset my tire sensors. Had to once again navigate their obstacle course. Horrible experience.

Tire was installed in a timely manner but, rims was dirty with black dry up dirty water spots on them. I’m guessing it’s from half washing off the new tires who knows🤷🏾‍♀️… Presentation is everything and, I didn’t like seeing my car rims looking like that after new tires were installed especially when the rims was clean when I took it in with the old tires on it. By right it should have came out looking better than it went in after all four new tires should stand out.☹️

Tech during the R&R broke 2 of my lug nuts. BUT did not have and said they could not replace them even if they had them due to store policy. You can yourself a tire center ,how could you not replace what you broke ? So I drove off missing to lug nuts on 2 different tires.

They would not install my tires because i had a bad lug nut. The small girl with the tatoos was very rude. I asked could i see my tires before i paid for them to make sure they was the right ones and she said "why do you wanna see em, they round and black".

The installation took about 45 minutes and the balancing of the tires was perfect. The only issue I had was that they did not re-calibrate the tire pressure sensors and I had to return twice before they could get it to stop saying "low tire pressure" on the dash.
