The guys in the garage did an excellent job. They work really well together and I’m very satisfied with their work on my newly purchased tires. They even checked my battery life and saved me money. Honestly I felt I could trust them in the future, and their expertise.

Very dissatisfied. Had a new tire installed and the TPMS just happened to die at that exact time. Purchased a new TPMS and thy charged me an additional $5 to install this.. My opinion is that this is the same a a flat repair that they do for free as the tire was just purchased and installed there for their $20 road hazard/install fee..

Ordered white lettered tires and they installed them backward, so the black letters are facing out. Staff at store were unhelpful. Tried to contact customer service and they looped me back to the tire center where I sat on hold for 20 minutes without anyone picking up the phone

I got 4 of these tires put on our 2012 Chevy Equinox LT1 suv at the start of a weekend doorbuster event our Sam's Club was having. At the directions of the associate working the cash register we managed to save $180.00 ! We purchased the Equinox in 04/17, and it had 2 new GOODYEAR ASSURANCE tires on it already(the dealership made sure we knew) ! Those 2 tires outlasted two other brands ! The first i did was look up Sam's Club tire selection, and choose the same type. These GOODYEAR ASSURANCE tires are awesome, smooth riding, great handling, and the Equinox has been getting better fuel milage too ! With the 3.0L Flex-Fuel V6 these tires really improved the performance on it !! TOTALLY GAVE 5 STARS

I am very happy with the folks in the auto department at the St. Petersburg store. They took the time to find the tire I requested. And went above and beyond when they had mounted 1 tire blackwall out to match the new tires I had just gotten installed, and realized they had not asked me which way I wanted them, but saw the old tires were white letter out. They asked me then, and turned the one they had already done around, so I could have the white letters out.

The young man at the tire center was very helpful in listening to what I wanted and recommended tires for my 124 Abarth. I really just wanted information on tires but after talking to him I decided to buy now. I bought Michelin All Season 4 Sports tires. I couldn't be happier with my choice.

had blown tire call and ordered goodyear tire with white lettes,made appointment on sunday at 10 am I brought old tire and rim im my other car they put new tire on I paid them , they started to put in my other car trunk, no white letters, I said i can wait to put correct tire on and they dont have white letter tire So here I am with i black wall tire on my truck and 3 white letter tires.

Since COVID customer service has been hit and miss but the management at Sam’s tire and lube was excellent. I had a blow out and my tire was discontinued so after several days of looking for the tire with no success the company was very accommodating.

I had a 2 PM appointment To install 4 Tires on my car I was running early at my local Sam's Club in Middletown New York and I got a call at 1:25 saying the second shift installer called out and they were going to cancel my appointment when I was five minutes away from the store. I asked for the Managers name . I forget his name but I thought it was Pete . I walked into the managers office and he was very kind and understanding and said in his younger days he installed tires and that he was going to go over and install the tires for me which absolutely blew my mind! The workers that were coming off of shift stayed a little bit longer to help him and they had my tires on in less than a half an hour. In a day and age where you think customer services dead this was old-fashioned excellent customer service!!!

I made an appointment to get a tire changed. A tire that I ordered at SAMs. When I arrived to my appointment the employee at the dest was "shooting the breeze" with a customer and I waited 15 minutes for another employee to come out to start my appointment. I asked that employee how long it will take to change the tire, he said they have one hour to get it done. I told him it takes 15 minutes to change a tire without the equipment they have and he said they have one hour. I went and walked around the store for an hour, I came back to the tire shop and they still had not changed the tire. I told the guy it has been over an hour and he said they are almost done. I walked over to the garage area and there was no one in there. My car was lifted a few inches, the tire was on the ground and no one was around. No employees, no customers. Eventually I saw an employee on his phone walking around, then another came out and put the tire on, then he told me he is almost done, then he disappeared for 10 min, then he came back, checked the tire, lowered the car, then walked away, then came back again looked around, then left for 10 minutes again then came back and said he will have my car done in a minute. 5 minutes later the very young employee that was on his phone backed my car out, walked away leaving my car running and did not say anything to me. I did not know if he was done or not. I called out to him and asked if my car is done, can I take my car now and he said yes and walked off. I will NEVER use your tire shop again. I had one tire changed, I was the only customer there, and it should have been done in 15 minutes NOT an hour and a 1/2. The bad attitudes at the work place are disgusting. Are they not paid for the job? They made me wait and hour and 1/2 just because they felt like it. That's how SAMS treats customers? So If I wanted 4 tires changed it would have taken 6 hours (all day). Where do you find these unskilled people at that they do not know how to change tires? My teen daughter can change a tire by herself and these grown adults take an hour an 1/2 to do one tire? Shame on you.
