Did absolute wonderful work, however it took him longer than usual with being called away frequently. He took extreme care in making sure my rims didn't get scratched which was greatly appreciated. I would have tipped him had i known he wouldn't have gotten in trouble.

This is the 2nd install I’ve done through Sam’s Club. For all the benefits they offer, it’s a no brainer to get your tires installed with them. This particular club always has a few installers that do great work. Never a scratch on the rims. Always quick. Very happy with my recent tire purchase and install.

This is the third time I have bought tires at Sam's. Prices are great, staff is nice and the tire installation has been OK. The one consistently bad thing is the tire pressure. This one was 16lbs over inflated from recommended (32). Funny but that is actually an improvement over the previous install. The tires were inflated to 56lbs! on a tire recommended at 32 lbs. If I buy more tires there I am bring a pocket full of tire gauge to hand out as gifts, lol.

Installation of my tires at the Chesterfield MO Sam’s was quick and easy. I showed up early to drop off my vehicle for a Saturday appointment due to my ride situation. 25 minutes later, I received a call saying that my car was ready. I had my car returned to me before my scheduled appointment. Great service.

The people were extremely helpful. They orderrd my tires and called me to let me know they were in. We set up an appointment to have them installed and it was completed while i shopped in the the facility. My vehicle runs smoother on the road. Thank you so much.

They broke my lug nut and didn’t tell me. My husband found it the next day in our cup holder. Paper work said everything was fine. Took it in and they turned it over to insurance. It’s been two weeks for me without my car. It is sitting at the dealership waiting. We spent over $1200.

We had to have one tire replaced due to a small staple in tire. My wife took the car and I told her to bring home the staple. I was shocked how small it was so not sure how the tired had to be replaced. Even with road hazard, the replacement tire was over $100. The new tire was over 2/32 greater than the existing tires which concerned me since the car is AWD. I was assured via phone that was only an issue with Subaru’s. While there I asked my wife to have the tires rotated. I normally do this but since it was there I told her just to have them do it. They did it backwards from the mfg recommended pattern in the owners manual. I know this as the new tire should have been on the left front as back tires go to front and fronts are crisscrossed to the rear. The new tire ended up on the right front so the performed the rotation incorrectly. I am hoping this does not cause irregular wear as my wife traveled quite a distance to work after repair. So disappointed with this encounter; however, I have been getting tire service and tire replacement from the last 20 + years with Sam’s Club and will continue to do so.

DO NOT BUY FOR A PICKUP TRUCK I purchased the 275/55R20 tires for my F150 after repeatedly trying to order the 275/65R20s. Each time, Sam's Club canceled my order, later revealing that the system flagged the 65R20s since they’re not standard for my truck. After a long conversation with the tire store manager, I reluctantly settled on the 55R20s. Now, it feels like I've diminished my truck's capabilities—I've lost nearly 2 inches in height and 3 inches in sidewall thickness, and braking has noticeably worsened. Unfortunately, they won't accept a return on these smaller tires, and I really regret spending $1,600.

The associate who sold me the tires told me I could get mounting the way I wanted. Service associate refused and said corporate would not allow them to rotate my other tires and the only way I could is if I bought four, I only needed two. Monies for mounting refunded.

I’m very happy for purchasing the tires for our Van from Sam’s! The Van is running smoothly and the tires have a good amount of traction. I’m was glad that I took my time for tire shopping. The price was cheaper compared to the other places that checked. Customer service was excellent and the staff was very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Thank you!
