The Tire Center Personnel did not/ would not tell me they were running behind. What should have taken a short period of time took over two (2) hours. My wife was with me and has had several back surgeries and it was a REAL PROBLEM for her to sit on the hard chairs for that long. VERY, VERY DISAPPOINTED!!!!!!!!

The tire installation went quickly and everyone I dealt with was helpful and courteous! My only issue is that I received a call, I guess to tell me that the car was ready, but I was unable to answer it quick enough. I tried to call back but was connected with someone not on-site. They were unable to reach the garage. A local operator would have been much preferred.

The rating could have been a 5-Star rating; however, the length of time it took to change out the old tires for the new was extremely long. I checked in at 9:00 a.m. and didn't leave until after 11:00 a.m. I witnessed a great amount of joking-around with the mechanic staff, which created extended waiting time for the customers. I felt my time was not being considered. I can walk around the store for so long while waiting for the service to be completed. I had no problem with the product - I was disappointed with the service.

The only reason I gave 4 stars is because you no longer get new valve stems as part of the package. The excuse they give is the entire TPMS sensor has to be replace and you have to bring that in yourself so they can put it on. This needs to be clearly spelled out before hand, especially since Sam's goes around announcing that they install/repair TPMS units in their literature and TV screens.

The store put the wrong tires on the car. We were not aware of this until several days later as we headed north for the summer. We had requested 2 tires to match the front Good Year tires. They installed correct brand of Good Year but incorrect style of tire.

installation went well,the problem is a lack of installers at store,got to make appointment ,possibly a week or two out,two of the three car bays were filled with sets of tires to be installed.need to hire more people. nobody to answer phone in auto area.

This is the 2nd install I’ve done through Sam’s Club. For all the benefits they offer, it’s a no brainer to get your tires installed with them. This particular club always has a few installers that do great work. Never a scratch on the rims. Always quick. Very happy with my recent tire purchase and install.

Truly professional service. After my purchase, my initial visit for installation was not possible, as one of the tire locking nuts has been stripped (not at Sam's). The tech reinstalled the 3 old tires allowing me to go to the dealer down the street. they replaced all 4 locking lug nuts and Sam's was able to reschedule my installation within 24 hours. Very impressive.

Comprehensive and a good value. Apparently, they only replace the valve stems if necessary. Mine weren't. Seems to me that at ten years, it's necessary. Free flat repairs are part of the package. Sure hope I don't have one due to aged-out valve stems.

Total unprofessionalism from the service manager to the guys doing the work couldn't make their appointments did improper work sent me down the road with unbalanced tires and had trouble getting it taken care of will not return this is not my first time at Sam's for tires
