Service/ installation was good but, I'm handi capped and had to walk length of building outside in almost 100 degree weather twice. Once to park vehicle, parking for tire service is terrible and then they said they would bring vehicle around to where I was but didn't, so I had to walk again. It was extremely hard to do!

I replace three tires on 8/16/25. The car was making a hissing noise while driving. Went back to the store on 8/29/25 [between 1-2 pm] after returning from an out of town trip. A technician and myself took a test ride in the parking lot. He determined that it is the break that has to be replaced. However, the person was very angry and scolded me and threatening to ban me from the store for future business. It was totally uncalled for, Instead of escalating the situation, I left the store. If he was working for me, I would dismissed him at the spot. Do not know his name as he was not wearing a name tag. Suggest hold the employee accountable and to train employee in anger management and customer relations as soon as possible.

For a Plus member, $10 per tire for installation and Road Hazard is a great deal in todays world. Our local Sam's did a great job on installation and balancing. Tires are smooth and quiet. My past experience with the rotation and balancing has been good as well. Usually taken care of while we shop. We're happy!

2 of the tires went flat right away. I call sams and had to run them down. I hoped i did no damage. The tire stems were defective. It would had been nice to be offered a discount. Gas is not cheap and it was thier fault. I asked for a small discount. Was told no.

I was very disappointed. Had an appointment for 11:00 to install four new tires and was told that they were running two hours late. A phone call or text would have been really nice. We ended up not getting all four tires installed. We were there from 11:00 to 3:00 and did not get but three tires installed.

They Strip the nuts One tire only had two nut and plug very lose unable to take nut off . So they broke it so they left that way. other tire missing one nut. Just told not safe to drive. Home . I bought Four cooper tires. Takeing awhile to fix and buy parts .

Very pleased with Goodyear Max tire purchase and install. Decided on new tires within 10 days of trip departure and had no problem getting timely install to give me a chance to get the driving feel of new tires before leaving. Excellent service and tire suggestions for my 2017 Subaru Forester. (Got in on $100 savings on 4 tires....yay! ) Thanks to the Hendersonville Sams Club Tire Dept. personnel.

This is a chaotic service. Appointments have to be made with someone who barely speaks English and is located out of state (probably out of country) and makes mistakes because they don't seem to be well trained. I made an appointment and then later the same day changed the time to a couple of hours later. The appointment clerk made a new appointment for the later time, but kept the first appointment also so when I arrived they thought I was a no-show and had put the tires away and couldn't find them. They had other Pirelli tires in the garage, but I wasn't allowed 't enter to help find the right ones and the garage people found some other Pirelli tires they thought were mine, but weren't even the right size. Anyway, it was chaotic and appointments should be made by the local store not someone who has no idea what is going on. To pay for the tires they made me walk a quarter mile around the building to enter the front even though the garage and a side door outside entered directly to the tire counter. Not customer friendly!

I waited for 6 hr in the store for the installation of the 4 new tires, the men who perform the installation broke one of the locks of the tires and I was sent to another shop and there I had to wait for 2 hours and pay $15.00 dollars besides I had to buy new locks for $25.00 dollars. And also the operator made a mistake mounting a tire in a damage rim and had to make the work again. In summary many mistakes. And also it is incredibly that in such a good shop like yours don’t have a simple tool to break the damage locks.

The tire balance machine was not working correctly. They sent me home with my new tire’s rideing very rough. I had to bring the truck back for a redo.it was a waste of my time and they could have contacted me when the defective balancer was discovered. Not happy at all !
