The installation was good and efficient, it took less time than I thought, the only negative is I had special Denali valve caps on my tires and they replaced with the standard caps and did not return the ones chrome ones that was on there. Partly my fault for forgetting about them, but when your paying over a $1k one would hope, there’s some attention to detail.

Chaotic Tire Installation Process
This is a chaotic service. Appointments have to be made with someone who barely speaks English and is located out of state (probably out of country) and makes mistakes because they don't seem to be well trained. I made an appointment and then later the same day changed the time to a couple of hours later. The appointment clerk made a new appointment for the later time, but kept the first appointment also so when I arrived they thought I was a no-show and had put the tires away and couldn't find them. They had other Pirelli tires in the garage, but I wasn't allowed 't enter to help find the right ones and the garage people found some other Pirelli tires they thought were mine, but weren't even the right size. Anyway, it was chaotic and appointments should be made by the local store not someone who has no idea what is going on. To pay for the tires they made me walk a quarter mile around the building to enter the front even though the garage and a side door outside entered directly to the tire counter. Not customer friendly!

What a sad excuse for customer service.
I am not able to review the tires because I do not actually have them yet. I’m sitting in the Sam’s Club cafe waiting for installation. Ordered 2 weeks ago. Promised a call upon delivery to store. No call. Today I’m told “We don’t call anybody. We email you.” Sadly, no email either — though I have received 6 emails from Sam’s Club asking me to rate my experience. Clearly those emails got through, but absolutely no notice letting me know the tires I’ve been waiting for were delivered and sitting in the rack.

The mechanics were helpful & installed the tires in a timely fashion. But one mechanic chiped my old wheel cover (he offered to pay for a replacement) BUT when I got home I discovered another wheel cover missing. I had to buy 4 new wheel covers to make it look right.

Couldn't get Tires!
Not at all happy. Sam's at Centerville wrote up our order and set a date for installation. When my husband called to confirm the date/time, he was told they could not get the tires but no one called to let us know. Then they told us we had to come to the Centerville store (30 miles away) to get a refund on our Sam's card. We went to Sam's on Miller Lane and they handled the refund! Poor service from Sam's at Centerville. We ended up going to another establishment to get our tires and installation.

Changed my life, at least when it relates to tires
I've gone to the same tire shop in town since I've lived here. For 20 years I've gone to the same place because of trust. Now i goto to Sams one day, happen to see a sweet deal for free installation and some more money off a set of 4 tires. Sign me up. The next week i come in and wait around. One of the two guys working calls me about an hour and a half later asking if i ever had tire issues and where i had it serviced. I told him i had to get valve stems replaced often. We talked after that and figured out what what happening. I really appreciate the time they took to fix my vehicle and explain everything to me. I had to wait and it caused others to wait behind me, but they were great. I watched them running the back and front desk for over and hour. The only thing i forgot was their names. What happened
Today's Sam's Club experience was pretty much a nightmare. Started out at the North Little Rock location. Trying to buy some tires for my vehicle. After going there found out they didn't have what I needed. Contacted the Little Rock store location number only to be transferred somewhere in overseas to speak with someone who doesn't speak English. They told me that Sam's Club does not sell tires. So after about 20 minutes of trying to get them to understand what I was going to do, I called the club back dialed 0 and got direct to an operator that sent me to the tire department. Spoke to the gentleman over the phone and the tire department regarding a particular set of tires I wanted. He said they had them so I drove to the Little Rock location to have them installed in my vehicle. Get to the Little Rock Sam's location to find out that the tires that I wanted are indeed not for my vehicle. Decided to purchase a different set of tires of a lower quality cuz that's all they had, went to get them rung up. Paid for tires and went shopping while we were shopping, we were contacted by the tire department to tell us that those tires did not fit my vehicle either. I had to drop what we were doing. Go back to the tire department + worked on getting a refund. During the process of the refund I received a partial refund for services and a refund for tires. It took about an hour to get done. After multiple people as many as seven people it took to try to get it refunded come up to me it was time to pay out When I went to pay for the purchase, the credit card that had been charged and recharged multiple times for the wrong things could not be accepted. I had to get on the phone and contact my bank. Explain what happened only to reach another person who didn't speak English. Finally hung up. Called back. Got a hold of another person told me the problem was resolved while still standing in line. Go to scan the card. It didn't work. At this point I'm getting upset the lines are backing up because we can't get the purchase to go through and people come up to me and tell me that I have to leave that area. A few choice words we're exchanged while I once again contacted my bank to see if I could get them to lessen the fraud protection that was put on my card because it was attempted to be used so many times. Finally, after about another 30 minutes everything was cleared after talking to two more people + the transaction took place. Once again, the tires were paid for and we went shopping. We started this process at 1:00 pm and we had our tires on our car and back out the door by about 5:45 p.m.. This was by far one of the worst Sam's Club experiences I've ever had in my life. Today I also had to renew my membership in order to receive such crappy service. Once we went to go get our vehicle after we were called to pick it up, I go out to discover that they had forgotten to put all of my valve stem caps back on my wheels. So today's Sam's club's experience while shopping at the North Little Rock and Little Rock store was both a complete nightmare. I honestly do not know that I will ever renew a Sam's Club membership again after today's experience. Not only was it completely embarrassing but it was also extremely stressful!!!!!!!!!!! O Stars would have been a better choice for today s experience.
