This is the third time I have bought tires at Sam's. Prices are great, staff is nice and the tire installation has been OK. The one consistently bad thing is the tire pressure. This one was 16lbs over inflated from recommended (32). Funny but that is actually an improvement over the previous install. The tires were inflated to 56lbs! on a tire recommended at 32 lbs. If I buy more tires there I am bring a pocket full of tire gauge to hand out as gifts, lol.

I already wrote this review 3 times. The service was horrible. I have Plus membership. Appointment was not scheduled when I arrived … they damage the tires cover plates and lost the caps for the air valves. The worst was next day when i took my car for tire alignment to another shop (Sams doesn’t do it) and check my brakes. They found out the way the installations was done strip the bolts so badly that was impossible to take them to check the brakes … they need to cut them and replace several bolts. Costing a lot extra money. The Sams savings don’t worth the expenses you will have with the damage they do to your car at the end. Bad Beyond expectations

When I got to the store at my appointment time, I was told I didn’t have an appointment. And the tires I reserved were not in stock. The people there were able to get me in as a walk-in and I picked out some other tires. Turns out when I thought I was calling the store I was routed to someone in Singapore. I was the second person that day whose appointment was a fantasy, even though I had an emailed confirmation. Get it together, Sam’s Club. This was terrible service.

They advertised some tires online and I was able to pay for them. Then when I got to the store they said the tires had a manufacturer date of 2019 on them and they could not sell me the tires.. So the guy decided that he would refund me my money so that he could charge me for a different set.. the only problem with that idea was that I would have to literally pay double for tires because the refund was not just going to automatically show up at my bank right now.. I’m still not sure why he could understand that they can take money from peoples account right away but it takes BUSINESS DAYS for them to give me my money back.. so I had to ask for a manager. The manager did make things right, but if I didn’t ask to speak with the manager I would have been out of luck!

Excellent cusromer service, and they got me in right away with no appointment. Not to meantion, they saved me about $400 on a nice set of Good Year tires, and the perks like roadside assistance, and free balance and rotation. Sams Club is the place to go for tires...The End.lol

I'm a prime member and it was nice to get a discount because of that. But, a few days later no more than five, one of the back tires went flat, took the car back to Sam's they were awesome but I wanted to know why it went flat and nobody could tell me because they didn't look at it just ordered me another one that took 5 days to come in just like the full set that I got the first time around I understand you can't carry all sizes. Staff in the tire department was very helpful. My tire got a huge hole on the freeway and when my truck was brought in they reassured me that everything will be okay and taken cared of in a timely manner. Tire was in stock and the timing of putting my tire on was fast. Pearl City tire staff, you all are a huge blessing!! Thank you SO MUCH FOR ALL YOUR HARD WORK!!

Their service department is not handicap friendly. They do not have an entrance directly to the service department. To enter the department I had to park my car in the service area parking and walk a fair distance outside in the snow and ice to the store entrance. It was worse on the way out because I had to exit the store exit which was even further from the parking area. I had asked to keep my old tires but when I got to my car they weren't there so I had to go back. By the time I left I was in so much pain that I could barely stand. On the way home my car shook so bad that I thought it would fall apart. One of my tires wasn't balanced properly and they did not reset my tire sensors. Had to once again navigate their obstacle course. Horrible experience.

I bought 4 brand new good year all seasons tire and paid $811 with tires installation package but I just wasted my money and my time.All the 4 brand new tires keep loosing air after installation and I reported to Sam’s Club and got an appointment to check tires but they said no leaks and they can’t do anything but if I want to talk to the manager name Mike, I have to wait 2 weeks because he’s out for 2 weeks. I Put air on all 4 tires 4 times within 5 days because my car gives me warning for low tire pressure and when I measure the pressure it went down to 29(every time I keep air pressure at 36 when refilling air at the air machine).All my tires was in new condition, no physical defects but they said that tire has no return policy after installation.So they did not exchange the tires even when I requested and willingly said that I will pay the difference .This is not the first time I am buying tires . Never had any issues with new tires.

Quick service I had an appointment to get the four new tires installed and 45 minutes later they called me said they were done and I could pickup my car. I was still shopping for groceries and took about the same time checking out. Every checkout was full and as many as 5-7 customers in each line waiting to checkout too.
