The service man was very unprofessional. He didn't give us a choice on the tire. We had a tire that had a tack in it. We ask if it could be patch. He said no because we had the tire package on it and we would get a discount on the tire because of the road hazard. Then he pulled the tack out and said the tire is going flat so he would not honor the road hazard We will probably not purchase tires at Sams again. Previously we had purchased all of our tires at Sams.

This is a chaotic service. Appointments have to be made with someone who barely speaks English and is located out of state (probably out of country) and makes mistakes because they don't seem to be well trained. I made an appointment and then later the same day changed the time to a couple of hours later. The appointment clerk made a new appointment for the later time, but kept the first appointment also so when I arrived they thought I was a no-show and had put the tires away and couldn't find them. They had other Pirelli tires in the garage, but I wasn't allowed 't enter to help find the right ones and the garage people found some other Pirelli tires they thought were mine, but weren't even the right size. Anyway, it was chaotic and appointments should be made by the local store not someone who has no idea what is going on. To pay for the tires they made me walk a quarter mile around the building to enter the front even though the garage and a side door outside entered directly to the tire counter. Not customer friendly!

Purchased this for 4 tires and all multiple vehicles. this was one of the few times I ever had to go into the tire center because of an issue with a tire. The technician said the tire was bald and needed a 4 wheel alignment and I needed to purchase a new tire. I did but then decided I didn’t have the time so I got a refund. Upon inspecting the tire it was not bald at all. He just didn’t want to repair the tire under the warranty. Very disappointing… had a slow leak.

I was informed the day I was supposed to getting my tires that I had the wrong type of lug nuts. There was nothing wrong with the lug nuts but Sam’s prefers you to have a certain type and apparently they “can’t touch your tires if they are not the right type.” That information would have been good to know when I bought my tires 3 days prior so that I could have been prepared. Instead I have to leave the store, go buy 20 lug nuts, and then come back. It was very frustrating, but at least that gave them a 20 minute vape break from all their hard work of standing around. FYI - make sure you have the right nuts before you get there.

The store put the wrong tires on the car. We were not aware of this until several days later as we headed north for the summer. We had requested 2 tires to match the front Good Year tires. They installed correct brand of Good Year but incorrect style of tire.

Told to show up on the next day because not busy, showed up and was told I needed an appointment, had to wait and then was informed that they didn't have a lift suitable for my car, could go to Muskegon, can't believe they didn't have a jack to do one wheel at a time, only two tires in the deal,

The tire balance machine was not working correctly. They sent me home with my new tire’s rideing very rough. I had to bring the truck back for a redo.it was a waste of my time and they could have contacted me when the defective balancer was discovered. Not happy at all !

The guys in the shop did an OK job I guess. These tires were a special order and I was expecting a call, text, or email telling they were in. After two weeks, I called the store and was shuffled off to the centralized Tire and Battery switchboard where I was told they had been at the store for ten days. I had to schedule an installation appointment thru them.

buying tires was good deal, BUT DON'T HAVE BULLHEAD CITY AZ TIRE SHOP INSTALL TIRES. THEY'RE LACKING TRAINING ON TIRE INSTALL, I HAD MULTI VALVE STEM ISSUE SINCE THEY TOUCHED MY CAR. TWO WITHIN 1 1/2 WEEK OF INSTALL OF THE TIRES AND OF THE ONES INSTALL BY THEM 3 YEARS AGO, I HAD 5 VALVE STEM ISSUES.

Thisi is the second time we have purchased tires from Sam's in Topeka, KS and once again, the tire and battery crew was outstanding. We arrived for our appointment and the manager of the department was stnding by to begin work on our vehicle. He saw that the four tires were installed and balanced in just 50 minutes, and he took care to explain the process completely. We highly recommend Sam's Topeka!
