First time my tires were not balanced properly and my truck bounced above 60 mph, so I went back to Sams early and the 2 guys (one in training) rebalanced then perfect. I wish the first person would have done that job right. Just another training and management issues I suppose.

I am not able to review the tires because I do not actually have them yet. I’m sitting in the Sam’s Club cafe waiting for installation. Ordered 2 weeks ago. Promised a call upon delivery to store. No call. Today I’m told “We don’t call anybody. We email you.” Sadly, no email either — though I have received 6 emails from Sam’s Club asking me to rate my experience. Clearly those emails got through, but absolutely no notice letting me know the tires I’ve been waiting for were delivered and sitting in the rack.

Bad experience. I had a new tire installed which they put on the back of the car. When I picked up my car, went around the block and it was pulling to the right so I drove right back and they took it into the garage. Within minutes, they had me out of there. The one man argued with me when I aksed him to reset the low pressure indicator telling me that they don't do that. He told me that I needed to buy all new tires!!!! I went home with my car pulling to the right still. Turns out, they let me leave there with ONLY 10 lbs of pressure in my tire. Horrible experience. It was the bald man that waited on me. He has a very nasty attitude.

Had an appointment but the store manager gave it to another client who was able to get his car out in an hour; whereas, I was not told how long and I eventually had to wait two and a half hours. Also, after receiving my receipt the time was changed and adjusted to make it seem like I had brought my car in later and work was done in an hour.....

Sam’s Club installation package is a great value. The road hazard feature ALONE is usually more expensive at most competing tire stores. Free rotations (by appointment) including rebalancing, is another feature that is more expensive elsewhere. I’m always impressed by their service.

Worst service I ever had at Sam's. 4 Hrs to get tires installed, then they didn't even recalibrate my TPMS. Then when I went back to get them corrected they told me I'd have to wait 1 1/2 hours. when it would take about 4 minutes to relearn. I will probably never buy tires at Sam's again!!!!!

I never purchased tires from Sam's club before so I didn't know the process. But when I got to the store ,the greeter directed me where to go. I went to the tire center they gave me instructions and time frame for installation. I was told it would take about an hour........ It was true to the time i was given when my phone rang. Everything went smoothly :)

Bought tires in store, and installed in less than an hour. So very much appreciate the folks in the Tire Center. Always get the work done in a timely fashion. Appreciate the cost savings thru the "free rotation" service which saves a lot of money these days over the life of the tires.

I was not happy because the low tire indicator was still on after the new tire was installed. I returned to let them know that something went wrong because the sensor was not reset. The mechanic took it back and return later to say that the battery for the sensor is out and this is not something that they fix. I felt it was a blow off because it did not make any sense. I told him that the sensor came on when I had an issue with the tire I had replaced. It's like he didn't care if I had to take it to a shop and pay more money. Well I made another appointment. I want them to fix the problem. It's just time consuming to take it to Sam's Club three time just for a new tire install.

The guy was extremely helpful especially since he was the only person working at the time which made my installation a 3 hour wait, if I had known I would have had someone give me a ride but instead I sat on those hard food court benches the entire time. I can still feel it.
