The associate who sold me the tires told me I could get mounting the way I wanted. Service associate refused and said corporate would not allow them to rotate my other tires and the only way I could is if I bought four, I only needed two. Monies for mounting refunded.

I ended up taking the wheels off my car die to inclement weather and had the tires installed at my local Sam’s Club. Upon returning home I found that one of the tires was only partially on the bead of the rim so I’m glad I didn’t drive my car because it would have most likely come off the rim on while driving home. The wheel weights also did not stay on the rims, so I will have to get all 4 tires rebalanced.

Sam'sClub did a great job on the install. It took an hour like they said it would. I noticed they added wheel weights and balanced the tires. The car has great traction and a smooth ride. I appreciate the warranty and puncture repair included with the package. I will purchase my next set of tires from them.

Did absolute wonderful work, however it took him longer than usual with being called away frequently. He took extreme care in making sure my rims didn't get scratched which was greatly appreciated. I would have tipped him had i known he wouldn't have gotten in trouble.

This is half or less than the competition. My clubs shop is ran by Casper. Her and her team were simply above and beyond. They were very easy to work with, extremely comcerned with doing the job with no problems, understood and abided by my quirky requests and took the utmost care when installing my new shoes. I do 99% of the work on my car because I'm picky, I can and I honestly don't trust most to touch her. I will never have a problem handing my fob over to this crew. They treated her like their own vehicle. I really appreciated them.

I brought "Gertie" in to get a new set of "shoes". The service folks were so nice and so informative. And the service was done in a timely manner where I did not have to be without a vehicle too long. I was very pleased with everything that Sam's Club provided that I needed.

Disappointed. I purchased the tire plan for it’s benefits. I have bought 10 tires from you for my multiple cars that are vintage. Because they are vintage, I bring the rims to you for multiple reasons. Point is, it makes your job quicker and easier as no bay is tide up. No labor is used taking the rims off the car. No labor is used putting the rims back on the car. And they get done at you convenience as I leave them for the day. So, How do I get treated? I get told that in spite of the benefits to you, I do not qualify for the mount discount as all four are not done at the same time. Even when I bought four and had four done. What a mean spirited way of customer service.

Service/ installation was good but, I'm handi capped and had to walk length of building outside in almost 100 degree weather twice. Once to park vehicle, parking for tire service is terrible and then they said they would bring vehicle around to where I was but didn't, so I had to walk again. It was extremely hard to do!

Communication is lacking, resulting in delayed install and wrong tires ordered. Appointments made without staff scheduled to honor them. There is an inability to call the tire install department. This is just a few of the issues. Work needs to be done organizing this department.

Installation was great the tires were great customer service was great. I just wish they would have wiped the tires with some kind of cleaner and made them shiny at the end. It would have taken 5 minutes. But instead I spent a lot of money on the tires and they were dirty.
