I special ordered tires with the help of a tire associate. When the tires arrived and I wanted them installed, the mechanic told me they do not have the equipment to install those tires on my vehicle. If they do not have the equipment, why did they sell me the tires?

During installation something happened causing the tire sensor light to light up. The next day I returned and the associate tried to repair it but was unable. He told me to take my car to the dealership for the repair. They broke it but couldn’t fix it!

Great deal on these tires and the Sam’s Club Tire and Auto guys were great to work with. They were very helpful in helping me order them online and called as soon as they came in and got me scheduled the very next day. They know what they’re doing at this Sam’s Club.

Took a week and a half to get an appointment once the tires came in. Total of 3 weeks from order date. Other retailers seem to be able to get tires quicker. Not sure why I had to wait a week and a half for install. Maybe need more people on board. Once in, the staff was friendly and professional.

The installation was good and efficient, it took less time than I thought, the only negative is I had special Denali valve caps on my tires and they replaced with the standard caps and did not return the ones chrome ones that was on there. Partly my fault for forgetting about them, but when your paying over a $1k one would hope, there’s some attention to detail.

Std tire install. Took a bit longer than expected, however, as difficult as it is for businesses to find good employes (if any at all) that wasn't unexpected. The only issue I have is the tire pressures. Before I drove off the lot, the pressures were 36psi in the front and 37psi in the rear. The door placard clearly states manufacturer psi is 35 front and 33 rear. They could have done better. All of the employes, from the front desk to the floor techs, were polite and friendly. The shop was orderly and clean. These techs obviously take pride in their workspace and it's condition.

Dropped car off in the morning for a 2 PM appointment. Staff was friendly and I have no problems with tires, or the installation done except for no phone call. Work was done early, around 12:30 according to our paperwork, but never received a phone call.

Quick, kind, and painless determination of problem led to a free replacement of a tire damaged by hitting a big pothole, since I had bought the whole set here less than a year ago. To get a match they had to order it, but the tire did come the next day and they called to let me know it was in, and set up an appointment for the replacement so I would not have to be kept there long.

Frick and Frack sold the tires to me and installed it. Both of the guys need not to be working in this industry. They should just go home and play video games. If management wants to call me the call me. I didn’t appreciate these two guys working on my vehicle. I should’ve went somewhere else.

From beginning to end it was terrible . I have called and emailed, Sams refuses to call me back . They made me pay up front which I have never done before . When I picked up my truck the steering is completely off, my car makes noises when turning . I did not even drive off the property and immediately went back. The manager did not want to come out , she finally came out did not even lift my car back up to check and basically told me they are not mechanics. They were so rude and unhelpful. As she walks out she is looking at me and rolling her eyes . I have never in my life had such a bad experience with people who obviously don’t know how to change tires properly. I have spoken with multiple mechanics and all agree that it was caused by someone who was inexperienced . I have called sams multiple times and I get the same someone will call you in 24 hrs. It’s been 2 wks .
