11 days after this purchase of new tires, came home from work to find a flat tire, the truck was parked. Changed out tire, took the flat back to Sam's club. Sam's club wanted to charge me if the tire was ruined and needed replaced. They found dirt inside the rim and it was not properly cleaned with original install. No apologies, nothing. Would rate zero stars if I could. I didn't get charged because they improperly installed the tire without prepping the rim first.

We like the tires at Sams club. They have good prices on tires as well. You have to call an appointment number in the Philippines to get an appointment and the workers at the tire center never agree with the appointment time you ate given over the phone. We were told come after 1100 anytime and then the tirecenter employee told usit would be after 2pm. But we happens to return to the parking area and see our tires has been done just before 12:30. We didnt recieve a call as we hadwere told we would when the work was completed?? Good product and warranty. Customer service is definitely and issue.

Horrible experience at Hudson NH tire and battery. Spent a lot of money on 4 new tires, new stems and installation. Made an appointment to get tires put on. Associate completely incompetent and couldn't put tires on. Wasted our time and now have to pay our own mechanic to do what Sam's associate couldn't. Made a formal complaint to Sam's, but it didn't matter. Members mean nothing to them. They couldn't care less

Do not go to the auto shop in Wesley Chapel, they are the worse with customer service, and they are very inconsiderate of your time. They were suppose to turn off the tpms light with my tire change, and they reassured me that they would, that it should go off after the tire change, after nearly 3 hours, I got my car, and the light was still on, then I was told to drive it for about 50 miles and it should get off, that didn’t happen, so I went back and found out that the cause of the tpms light being on was never even checked in the first place, that it was an extra $150 for that. I will be discontinuing my membership all together

Called & got first thing next day appointment, tires installed on time! Only recommendation - clean the wheels after install. $1000+ tires installed but wheels left covered in hand prints.....such a small 'ask' that shows a bit of pride in the job, otherwise no complaints at all.

Initially it was a good visit. The tech that sold me the tires was very knowledgeable and polite. All appeared well until the next day and I realized that the air pressure in all the tires was different. So I used my portable air compressor to fix those since I didn’t have time to go back to the club. Then while airing them up I realized they didn’t even replace the valve stems. New tires and no new valve stems! Pretty poor service from the garage tech. Not what I expect from Sams. This was from a Houston club.

Wouldn’t put tires on, said old tires were dry rotted, didn’t want to take a chance taking lugs off, said rims were in need of repair, but the tires were on these rims and holding up fine. When to tire Discounter same day 4 tires put on with no problems? Then they didn’t reverse the charges on my credit card, had to drive up to SAMS to have the charges reversed on credit card, took them 3 times to figure out how to do it when manager was called all 3 times??? Not happy with SAMS

We had to go back the next day as the tire was flat. It turns out that the air valve was defective. They had only changed two out of the four. It wasn't the fact that the valve was defective. it was the attitude of the person in-charge and not the installer. This is the second time we had to deal with the individual. I am going to reconsider keep using the service. I need to replace two other sets of tires but don't I'm gong to use them.

The tire department diligently worked to fit in my tire installation even though they had their schedule completely full. I had warranty Michelin tires purchased from Sam’s Club and discovered an upside down screw in my tire tread. The guys at Sam’s outdid themselves. I also got a very fair adjustment on all four tires due to the less than warranted Michelin mileage. I purchased new replacement Michelin tires again at Sam’s Club because I have always been treated fairly and with great curtesy!!!

Install was terrible. Ordered tires online. Got the email that they were in and to call to set up an appointment. Make the appointment. Show up, pay for the tires and give my phone number. They will call when completed. I was told it takes 30-45 minutes. I walked around the club for an hour and then went to see what was up. Get to the desk to be told that they can not find the tires I ordered. My car is jacked up, tires pulled just sitting there. I understand it happens but asked why they did not call me sooner so I did not walk around wasting my time. No answer. They also had no solution on what to do. My tires were pretty bald.Long story short they gave me a 20 dollar gift card and sent me on my way. I ended up getting my tires elsewhere. They are nice quiet tires.
