They are a good price for quality but shouldn't being charge to install them I came in November 6,2024 and the tires where there the next day and didn't get any notice had to call on my on after 2 weeks later and they said they don't call you anymore so exactly how do you find out.

Went to the store to get tires and set up an appointment for installation. They looked up the tires for my car and special ordered my tires. On the day of installation I showed up and gave them my car. Over an hour later they tell me that they have the wrong tires for my car and the correct tires were already in stock but $40 more per tire.

Being a Sam’s Plus member the tire installation package was only $40! The technician Anthony did a super job mounting and balancing my new tires! He worked fast and even torqued the lug nuts. I would highly recommend Sam’s and more so Anthony! What a great experience!

Tire Warranty. I understand from talking to other auto shops that the tire warranty paperwork and wait time for the businesses is an absolute beast to deal with. And as busy and tired as the guys look, (though always professional) I get the resistance to deal with warranties. So, I was finally able to get a resolution by having another shop diagnose the problem, then I started the warranty paperwork online with the tire manufacturer (had to talk to someone in person). Much better response and warranty was honored when I went back with the warranty claim number and warranty already started.

Sam's claimed my vehicle was unsafe to lift. They said fix it and they would install tires.Took the vehicle to local VW dealer they said there were no issues lifting the vehicle (they lifted it twice in their shop). The VW dealer charged me 95.00 fee looking at vehicle. Even though I provided a statement from the dealer stating everything was good. Sam's thinks they know better than certified mechanics and still refused to install the tires. .

The team that install the tires broke one of the tire sensor and told me that I need to get a quote for the part and that is less than 500 dollars Sam’s would pay for it. If not I would have to claim my insurance. Next day I got the quote call Sam’s and nobody knew what I was talking about so I had to go to Sam’s and explain everything in person because the employee that missed guided me wasn’t there then I was told that they would replace the sensor but they were busy and needed to make an appointment so I had to take care of day on Christmas Day at 8am. Awful experience I would never get a tires service at Sam’s again.

Not at all happy. Sam's at Centerville wrote up our order and set a date for installation. When my husband called to confirm the date/time, he was told they could not get the tires but no one called to let us know. Then they told us we had to come to the Centerville store (30 miles away) to get a refund on our Sam's card. We went to Sam's on Miller Lane and they handled the refund! Poor service from Sam's at Centerville. We ended up going to another establishment to get our tires and installation.

Sherril, Chris, Robert, Tyler, Jody went the extra mile for my tire installation in Wilmington NC. After having bad experiences in the past I gave Sam's another chance. I was totally amazed with the service I received. Tyler went out of the way to see if things were going well. Then Jody came and spoke with me personally. She even remembered me from the last time we spoke. Sherril was so professional and sympathetic to my situation with my tires. She immediately got me in to get my tires checked as I was concerned for my safety on the road. Her kindness went the extra step of customer service. Chris came and discussed my tires and since a sale was going on I decided to buy a new set of tires and give Sam's Club another try. I purchased them after Chris explain the situation so that I could understand. I got exactly what I was told I was purchasing. Chris did an amazing job helping me. We set up an installation appointment. This is where Robert came into the picture. He and Sherril did my installation. Robert told me if there was any kind of a problem to please let him know and Sam's would make it right. He definitely went beyond that day. Then I got a surprise a few days later. Robert took time out of his busy day to cal me to see if the tires were better than my last set and if everything was going well. This is superior customer service that I haven't seen much of since Covid hit this plant. Thank you to all that work in the Tire department and thank you for going the extra mile for me!!!

Prepare yourself for a long wait if you just want to drop off a tire for repair. It's scheduled by making an appointment. And don't try to bring your own tire pressure sensors for install with a purchase of a new set of tires. Although the service saved me when I drove over a paddle bit in the road only 2 weeks after I got 4 new tires. Only $20 to replace with another new one. Corpus Christi has got to have the worst roads in Texas

11 days after this purchase of new tires, came home from work to find a flat tire, the truck was parked. Changed out tire, took the flat back to Sam's club. Sam's club wanted to charge me if the tire was ruined and needed replaced. They found dirt inside the rim and it was not properly cleaned with original install. No apologies, nothing. Would rate zero stars if I could. I didn't get charged because they improperly installed the tire without prepping the rim first.
