You are asking me to review tires and installation on tires that were ordered a month ago and still haven’t been delivered. This has been the worst experience I’ve ever had at Sam’s . When I ordered the tires I was told they would be there in 3-5 days. I hadn’t received a call by 6/21/24 that they were delivered so I called. Customer service told me my tires were in and scheduled the installation on 6/21/24. I showed up and was told my tires were not in. They didn’t know when as they could be coming across country. I called back on 6/28/24 and spoke to the main customer service number and the store customer service after spending over an hour on the phone the tires still hadn’t been received. As of today 1 month after I ordered as was told 3-5 days, I still haven’t heard anything but now you want a review. This is ridiculous.

The tires were a good value. Once on we noticed the quietness of them on the road. The installation was pretty quick. The staff worked with us to make sure we got the best deal possible and we were setup to get the tires installed as soon as possible. The tire package was explained in detail.

I was given a 12:00 appointment time. When I checked in I was told it would be an hour and forty five minute wait. My car wasn’t even touched for an hour and fifteen minutes. I was notified two hours later that my car was ready. There is no waiting area. I wish I would have been notified that there was a long waiting time. I could have had someone drop off my car and returned when finished. The staff was very much nice and professional.

The tire department was close to closing time when I arrived. I told the young man that was working the counter that one of my tires had threads showing and a huge bubble. I explained to him that I live 90 miles east of Denver, and my fear was that I would not make it home that evening with the tire in that condition. He agreed and got me in. I now have 4 new tires, and the comfort of driving 180 miles a day!! 🙂

Overall terrible experience. I arrived for my 3pm scheduled appointment. A bitter & frustrated mechanic told they couldn’t guarantee the tires would be replaced by the end of shift (6pm). Then another mechanic came over & said they would get it done. I waited in the store 2 1/2 hours. They finally pulled in my vehicle. Almost immediately, they called me and told me they could not change out the tires because my lug nuts were swollen. I asked the mechanic if he could just go up a size on the socket and get them off. His reply was this is a tire remove & replacement shop. We are not a service station. I proceeded to ask what we needed to do. He snapped at me, “You need to go have all your Lugnuts replaced then schedule a new appoint so we can put the tires on.” I told him that I wanted to return the tires then. He directed me to customer service and I had the tires returned. The following morning I went to another tire business and had new tires installed with no issue.

The installer couldn't get the last lug nut off, so I was told to take the vehicle somewhere else to get it removed and the last tire mounted. I took it to another tire company and sat down to wait for them to work me in and when they saw the tire with a bulge around the tire they told me to take it back and get a new tire to mount. I did take it back and she ordered another tire, though stated there wasn't anything wrong. I asked her why the three new tires looked no better than the 1 tire still on the vehicle.lk "Oh we don't have tire shine, they won't give that to us". I stated my incredulity at that policy if true. At that moment I was resolved it was such a poor-- terrible experience I would never buy a tire there again. I had to come back the next day when the new tire arrived to have it mounted and was given a $40.00 refund for my inconvenience. All four tires had been cleaned up but didn't look like tire shine. Grade F

I got 4 of these tires put on our 2012 Chevy Equinox LT1 suv at the start of a weekend doorbuster event our Sam's Club was having. At the directions of the associate working the cash register we managed to save $180.00 ! We purchased the Equinox in 04/17, and it had 2 new GOODYEAR ASSURANCE tires on it already(the dealership made sure we knew) ! Those 2 tires outlasted two other brands ! The first i did was look up Sam's Club tire selection, and choose the same type. These GOODYEAR ASSURANCE tires are awesome, smooth riding, great handling, and the Equinox has been getting better fuel milage too ! With the 3.0L Flex-Fuel V6 these tires really improved the performance on it !! TOTALLY GAVE 5 STARS

Tire sensors need to be changed. Light still comes on. They don’t have any in stock. Can’t order them. Can’t bring my own in they won’t install it. Need to come weekly when they get a shipment & pray they still have one but it’s not delivered weekly. They don’t know what’s in their shipments. Crazy

Excellent cusromer service, and they got me in right away with no appointment. Not to meantion, they saved me about $400 on a nice set of Good Year tires, and the perks like roadside assistance, and free balance and rotation. Sams Club is the place to go for tires...The End.lol

Kendrick was VERY polite and helpful and went out of his way to help me. He was quick to put a new tire on my car. Got me a basket to help me walk. Even helped me unload my grocery purchases when i picked up the car! (i am handicapped). I have been driving the car around town and on the interstate and it is a smooth ride, so it seems he did a good job. GREAT service! A super experience.
