Price was great, service was fairly quick for the size of tire. Almost one week later the tire is flat, the bead lining sprung a leak. Would love to rate higher because the customer service aspect was very good, but the product rendered just didn’t meet typical standards of safety and reliability that are expected of new tires.

Tire install could have been better because I had a low tire light the next day. The left front tire only had 25lbs air and it should have been 33. I took it back to Sam’s and they checked it for leaks and found none. On further inspection they also found other tires low on air

The Guy's in the Sam's Tire Shop were extremely polite, they gave me the information I needed and completed the work quickly. Sam's is a lot better than the Walmart Muskogee, Oklahoma and a lot faster, cheaper and politer. I will return to Sam's again, extremely pleased with the Sam's Tire Department.

I was looking for a specific tires for my 2018 Toyota Avalon that were out of stock on Sam's website and I found four of them at Richmond's South side store. I asked the gentleman at the tire desk if they can be installed at that time, but the shop was busy. He gave me an appointment and saved them for me. At the appointment I found the shop order ready and I waited less than half an hour for the tires installation and balance. The tire desk gentlemen was awesome, he was professional, helpful and pleasant.

Tires were grossly under inflated when I left the building. I took truck to another dealership for oil change, they found the under inflated tires and reported it to me. Also, with installation, I ask them to check the spar tire inflation. They did not.

Went to counter to order tires, took 20 minutes before somebody got to counter. Actually, asked another person from other department to get them. Never received a call to say they were in. After 2 weeks passed, I called them and found out they had been there and was then able to set up appointment. Also at install, asked when would be ready, they said about an hour. After about 80 minutes, went to counter to ask and was told it just got finished. After all other issues, not sure I believed them.

Order the tires and made the appointment for installation. Arrived on time for install. Service people were great. ready to accommodate me when I was 30 minutes early. Took about an hour to install. Service person let me know as soon as they were done. All went smooth. A positive experience.

Getting the Tire Installation Package at Sams is a must. You will always have peace of mind when you know that your tire installation is guaranteed of any defects. Also, the tire has a road hazard warranty that protects your wallet in case of any problem with the tire.

Tire Warranty. I understand from talking to other auto shops that the tire warranty paperwork and wait time for the businesses is an absolute beast to deal with. And as busy and tired as the guys look, (though always professional) I get the resistance to deal with warranties. So, I was finally able to get a resolution by having another shop diagnose the problem, then I started the warranty paperwork online with the tire manufacturer (had to talk to someone in person). Much better response and warranty was honored when I went back with the warranty claim number and warranty already started.

I first want to say that the techs are nice, and everyone working there is very courteous. The personal interaction in dealing with the guys has not been the issue.* I drove away with a cracked and leaking rim. Took 2 more visits and a week before they found it. Had to buy a replacement rim online and have Sam's swap the rims. Now, they did the swapping and checking for free and without an appointment, so that was good. But, I am now out of pocket $240 for a factory look-alike rim. Took the broken rim to my mechanic for his opinion (I understand that things can happen), and he believes it to be the fault of the tire shop. I emailed Sam's, and recieved a message stating I need to call their customer service numer or to go into the club and speak to a manager. I called CS, was transferred 3 times, and was told that a store manager would call me back within 48 hours. It has been 1 week today and I have heard nothing in response. I work 6 days/week and live 25 miles away, but I suppose I will have to go down and attempt to contact a manager in-person. $240 is a lot of money, and I havent decided if a manager is trying to dodge the issue, or if the CS line did not get the correct info sent to the right person. Time will tell, and I will update accordingly.
