Tire pressure was to low after install. I shouldn't have to put in more air in all 4 tires to get my tire pressure light off. There was 32 psi instead of the 35 psi suggested on the door pillar. Also don't like the fact that you need to make an appointment for the tires to be installed.

In general, we are satisfied with our new tires and installation process...It was about 30 minutes late than promised time, which we hoped that can be improved. We also checked the tire pressures on our tires, and found that one front tire is 3 psi higher than the recommended, and two back ones are 2 psi higher, with respect to our sensor pressures indicated (double checked with my tire pressure gauge later). I discharged the air pressure later on. I think your technicians may need to calibrate the pressure gauges at the installation center and check the recommended tire pressure of the specific vehicle by the drivers door label. The front and back tire pressures are not always the same as one might think...

Ordered tires on a Monday and they came in on a Friday. I didn’t receive a call or text so the following Wednesday I stopped in to check on them and no reason or excise was given for no contact. The installation was scheduled and went well. Love the warranty and the price. Just wasted 5 days waiting for them to arrive and not hearing anything was not the experience I would expect from Sam’s.

Great tires and fast installation. But the availability of customer service in the tire dept is ALWAYS BAD. They need to hire some people to be stationed at the front to answer calls and assist customers with questions and checking in and out their vehicle.

I’m very happy for purchasing the tires for our Van from Sam’s! The Van is running smoothly and the tires have a good amount of traction. I’m was glad that I took my time for tire shopping. The price was cheaper compared to the other places that checked. Customer service was excellent and the staff was very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Thank you!

We ordered the tires, they arrived and were notified, made an appointment to have them installed, went to the store and were immediately greeted by very friendly person and did all of the paper work, when the tires were on the Hummer we were given the keys and thanked, very professional, would highly recommend them again.

I loved the more resonable cost of the tires and installation but the missing star is they never called to tell me my tires were in to set up a time to come in. I waited several days longer than i should have needed to. Other than that it was perfect.

I would suggest you purchase these tires and have them installed elsewhere. The tire shop at the Sam’s Club in Midwest City Oklahoma is full of , unskilled people. The installer left one of my TP sensors loose and I had a flat tire 7 miles from the shop that I ended up changing myself in excessive 100° heat. They rectified the problem when I returned with the flat wheel tire, but no one apologized. Then I found that the wheels had been improperly balanced once I reached Turnpike speed. I returned to the store and the two women there in the tire shop, starting an argument with me about whether my wheels have been properly balanced or not. The tire shop manager,(A woman) Kris was incredibly rude…I will never return to this Sam’s Club tire shop. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else!

The installation took about 45 minutes and the balancing of the tires was perfect. The only issue I had was that they did not re-calibrate the tire pressure sensors and I had to return twice before they could get it to stop saying "low tire pressure" on the dash.

This is the 2nd install I’ve done through Sam’s Club. For all the benefits they offer, it’s a no brainer to get your tires installed with them. This particular club always has a few installers that do great work. Never a scratch on the rims. Always quick. Very happy with my recent tire purchase and install.
