I experienced somewhat of a misleading ad. To get the tires I purchased I had to do it online. The ad stated that the tires were $258.99. The ad also stated that I would get $80 off if I purchased a set of 4. Also, there would be a charge of $20 per tire to install each one. The actual cost per tire was actually $277.99 and not the $258.99 that was advertised. The $277.99 was never mentioned until I actually paid my bill. The tires were already installed; so, I let it go! Lesson Learned!

I was looking for a specific tires for my 2018 Toyota Avalon that were out of stock on Sam's website and I found four of them at Richmond's South side store. I asked the gentleman at the tire desk if they can be installed at that time, but the shop was busy. He gave me an appointment and saved them for me. At the appointment I found the shop order ready and I waited less than half an hour for the tires installation and balance. The tire desk gentlemen was awesome, he was professional, helpful and pleasant.

Purchased this for 4 tires and all multiple vehicles. this was one of the few times I ever had to go into the tire center because of an issue with a tire. The technician said the tire was bald and needed a 4 wheel alignment and I needed to purchase a new tire. I did but then decided I didn’t have the time so I got a refund. Upon inspecting the tire it was not bald at all. He just didn’t want to repair the tire under the warranty. Very disappointing… had a slow leak.

I just purchased some new tires, including the installation package. As with previous tire purchases, the installation package was considered a necessary purchase. The cost of the package with it's benefits was certainly quite reasonable. In the past when I needed assistance with covered features, I have been very happy with the service Sam's has given.

They installed the tires without checking the air pressures. The driver's side tires were filled to 37 psi, while the passenger side tires were filled to 41 psi. What kind of tire place does this? All tires should be filled to the exact same pressure.

The front tires they installed were not inflated properly. I asked the person before I left if that was normal. He said the sensors just needed to be driven a little. I drove home checked my tires and they were below 40 psi and my tires needed to be around 55 psi.

Tires are decent. The tire dept is still the worse in the entire organization. You make an appt but still takes 2 hrs to complete tire installation. I requested to check TPMS and to inform me which one was defective. Service tech lies to me that they were all able to reset the warning light. He doesn’t even bother to read the summary. Additionally, been asking for over TPMS replacement at this location for the past 6 months. No availability. I tried to give them one more chance, but they exhausted my faith in their services.

The Guy's in the Sam's Tire Shop were extremely polite, they gave me the information I needed and completed the work quickly. Sam's is a lot better than the Walmart Muskogee, Oklahoma and a lot faster, cheaper and politer. I will return to Sam's again, extremely pleased with the Sam's Tire Department.

2 of the tires went flat right away. I call sams and had to run them down. I hoped i did no damage. The tire stems were defective. It would had been nice to be offered a discount. Gas is not cheap and it was thier fault. I asked for a small discount. Was told no.

worst install i have ever had. They cannot reset the tire pressure monitors said they do not have the right tool. Then he said there must be something wrong with my vehicle which was working fine when i brought it in. Now i have to take it to the dealer to have them reset the sensors and pay the charge. My tires were not balanced properly supposed to be the stickon weights. I bought the installation package but i do not want to bring my vehicle back there i do not trust them. I have told multiple people about my experience including my brother inlaw who said he will not go there now
