Really hard to give a true review as I have less than 200 miles on this set; I have based my rating on many previous Goodyear tires. I'm ninety and have driven a lot of miles, finding Goodyear always came thru. I live in San Antonio, TX and would recommend trying Goodyear when replacements are needed.

Three bad things. 1) They didn’t put on the 6th lug nut on the back rear passenger tire. The truck locked up in the middle of the road on the way home. We had to get towed to the dealer service center. Nissan said the stud fell in and broke the brake. I called Sam’s and the lady just kept repeating that they need the truck or the tire. I told them it was towed because it locked up in the middle of the road. She kept repeating they needed the tire or the truck. They can’t go look at it. Sam’s Club said the stud was loose but it would be fine until we got it to service to replace the stud. We both agreed to put the lug nut back on prior to service but they didn’t put it on. 2) The back driver tire was flat in the morning. Nissan put air in it and tested it for leakage. The next morning it was flat again. Nissan had to repair around the stem. 3) This cost me a lot of money for the repairs. Way more than the tire actually cost. Very disappointed in the way this whole thing was handled. Sam’s Club wouldn’t even listen to it. They wanted me to take the tire to them but it was already towed to a service center since the truck locked up. They could fix all the issues caused by not putting the lug nut on a loose stud.

I was told three to four days to arrive at store. After 10 days, I called (local store) and was put thru to call center. Call center tried unsuccessfully to reach store. I went to store and they said probably tomorrow and, THEY WOULD CALL ME. Four days later I called (local store) and was again routed to call center. Call center looked up and determined that tires were at my store and proceeded to set me up with appointment for installation. When I arrived for my installation, the local techs complained that they didn’t have me scheduled and that “that always happens when the call center schedules the appointment. Tires are great but the experience was beyond frustrating.

Perfect in every way. Staff started on the job the minute I arrived. Done in about 45 minutes, everything was clean, helpful with questions. I could not ask for better service. Five years ago I purchased the same tires from the local retailer that starts with D and it was a miserable experience. I highly recommend Sam’s service.

Sam's charges $20 per tire to install them but if you are a Plus Member you save half of this so my installation only cost $10 per tire. The installation package includes the initial mounting and balancing, properly torquing the lug nuts, and includes a battery check. The installation package includes roadside emergency service for the tires and free rotation and balancing. Since Sam's Clubs are nationwide I know I can get service for my tires when I travel. I recommend their installation package. My installation scheduling was very easy and my tires were installed in an hour. Very Happy and will buy tires from my Sam's Club again. Thank you.

The tire guys got my car in the shop on time and I was out one-half hour later. The wheel nuts were tightened to specs. and the tires roll straight with no vibration. I bought 4 Cooper endevor tires and am very satisfied with my purchase. I drive a Honda civic LX.

They did a poor job tpm service There tire monitors would not for my truck I need hub rings for my new wheels I was trying too get installed at Sam’s Club They want too install my wheels with out the hub rings I said no I will be back when get them Too make short and sweet they don’t know what they are doing The monitors want work They two different ones that’s and that’s all I want be coming back to tire center

I was happy with my purchase of Michelin tires. I was completely unhappy with the mounting of the tires. I went on a road trip and much to my dismay, the front tires were not balanced correctly. The front wheels shimmied while going between 60 and 65. Therefore, I had no choice but to drive to my destination, either under 50 or over 70. When I arrived at my destination, I brought the car into a tire specialty place, and had the real I had the wheels rebalanced. They told me that the left front was off by an ounce and the right front was off by a half an ounce. That corrected the situation. I brought the car back to them a couple of days later to have the rear wheels rebalanced. One of those wheels was off balance as well.

Had four premium tires installed in my two thousand six toyota camry. I wanted a good smooth touring, tire, long lasting tread life, and I chose the recommend tire. Has turned out to be a very rough and bouncy tire. My hubcaps do not seem to be flush with the rims, due to excessive (in my opinion) lead clips, which are put on in balancing the tire. Tires were dirty and showed smudges, fingerprints and markings! Totally disappointed and we'll end up returning if can

My car had a blowout Luckly it was close to home. The only problem was getting SOMEONE on the phone! I called 6 times and never got connected to the tire and battery dept. My husband got online and found it was in stock and went in to get it. The promptly installed it and charged the prorate price as that is where we bought the original ones. There were three employees there with no other cars in the bays.
