I asked if the total price was with a tire disposal fee included as I was wanting the old tires - the answer was it's one price, so no. When getting home i checked the bed of my truck and they did not put my old tires in. I live an hour's drive from Jackson, so I said the heck with it, but I am not happy that i didn't get them back. Service folks were all nice and the wait time was reasonable.

Our experience having a flat repaired was less than notable. Our 2 week old set of tires had 2 slow leaking tires. This required 2 appointments to have repaired and cost the use our car for an entire day and was returned to us with a nail in the tire and told it was fixed. The second visit discovered the nail but, required a new tire be ordered. This took 8 days and we were never notified when the new tire arrived. I had to tour the tire racks myself to see the tire was finally here! Then another appointment was made and the service took 3 hours to complete? I would rather go somewhere else than waste my valuable time with incompetent people and pay more. This is NEGATIVE VALUE. And now we shall address the other tire that has a slow leak! Ugh.

This was the worst installation from this Sams club I have ever had. First, I have purchased many tires for a variety of cars and trucks I have. Stopped in on a Friday to make an appt for 2 tires. A non manager attempted to create set everything but when I arrived at 830 the following day, it was completely entered wrong. At least they had the tires. They asked if I was waiting for it and I said no I can pick it up around lunch time. They said they would call around 11 and let me know if they had any questions. I didn't hear from them and assumed it was done. I arrived at 1230. As I drove up I saw the car sitting in the same spot I parked it with the spare still on the car. Not even touched. Went in, and saw another person at the counter who happened to be the manager of the tire department. He was excellent and ensured it would be done within 30 min. He told his tech to get it in and started, instead they pulled in another vehicle not ours. So had to wait even longer. The short version of the story is the car wasn't completed until 330 pm. It was my wifes car, she drove it home and I was in my vehicle. She got home and said the tire pressure looks high. It was at 42, it was suppose to be 32. I was very frustrated and drove back up there the following day, found the manager and explained not only was the tire pressure off significantly, but it had a shake. Found out they didn't even remove the old weights when they put on the new tires. Complete disaster. They manager stepped up and did the car himself immediately. He was excellent to deal with and corrected the issue re-balancing all the tires and correcting the inflation to the proper level. Great manager but they need all new techs.

Carlos at the Sam’s in Conway Arkansas is the best. He went above and beyond and helped me get exactly what I wanted in a short amount of time. Prior experience at this location had me considering going somewhere else. Thanks to Carlos they will continue to get my business

My appointment was at 10: AM. When I arrived at the store, no one was there at the desk to wait on me. I arrived before !0: AM. I waited for at least 10 minutes before anyone came. I explained to Steve what I wanted done. I want my two new tires put on the front and my tire valve covers put back on. In the past, no one did that. I once had all four-tire valve covers. I also said that I would wait in the waiting area for my vehicle. Steve said, " My vehicle would be ready in one hour. "That meant it would be ready at 11: AM. I gave Steve an extra 1/2 hour, which would be 11:30 AM. I went to check on the progress of my car at approximately 11:45 AM. My vehicle was not ready. The attitude that I got from the guy who works in that department was rude. When I got my vehicle, it was after 1 PM, and no one came to tell me that it was ready. I made it very clear that I would wait for it in the waiting area. My dashboard camera was tampered with. The setting was changed back to 1/2021, and the time was wrong. This was discovered after I had left the parking area. No one came to the waiting area to let me know that my vehicle was ready. That was my first and last time that Steve or anyone else would be allowed to touch my vehicle. I am still not happy with the treatment that I received at the tire department. This incident took place 3/2026.

I’m very pleased with these tires. Quiet, comfortable smooth ride. Much better than the original equipment tires. Handles rain just fine. I’ll see how they perform in the snow next winter. The sales person at Sam’s Club was also great. She gave me alternative brands to consider when I mentioned that I was going to purchase the original equipment tires. The Pirelli tires cost about $100 less.

Sam's Club is the only place I purchase tires and have been a loyal customer for over 36 years. I have no complaints for Sam's Club Tire Department. The Tire Installation Package is worth every penny and they absolutely honor everything they say it offers. All tires in my family are purchased through Sam's Club, and you cannot beat the prices or the service provided. Everyone is polite, professional and attentive to the customer. If you have never used Sam's for tires, I recommend that you try them as I know you will be completely satisfied.

They tried, but failed multiple times. The techs were set up for failure due to not being equipped with the right tools, training and authorization. They stripped out 2 locking wheel lug tools and still didn't get it off. The techs were cordial and honestly tried to help, but didn't have the tools or training needed to be successful when trouble struck. All they could do was send me away and tell me to bring the car back when I had fixed the problem. I tried to save money by purchasing tires with with club membership, and it ended ip costing more than if I had taken it to a local shop, an hour closer to home.

We needed 4 new tires on truck for a road trip.( Surgery Cancer patient),was promised be ready in 2 hrs, after 2 hr asked for my truck but manager said no it's going to take longer for someone didn't show up to work,no apologys given.almost missed surgery,we very upset for there is more we must say,

Thank God for Lance, he figured out what the problem was and was able to resolve it. Not sure why when you order 4 tires they are not all from the same lot. They installed 3 tores from one lot and one from another lot, causing the car to pull to one side drastically. I took in and the techs ballanced the front tires and said they were fine, I needed to get another front end alignment done somewhere else, who did the alignment didn't know what they were doing. I demanded a replacement tire but that still did not fix it, that's were Lance came in, he saved the day.
