Need training.

All tires had different pressures (34 psi, 37psi, 38 psi), one was lower - 28 psi. When I got home and checked the pressures with my gauge they all read just as the car did. The one that was at 28 psi was due to an improperly installed valve core. The stem was leaking air and I had to screw in the core to stop the leaking. Thinking that they have new people working there and needs more training and/or supervision to verify that they do the job properly. Owners manual specifies 32 psi for tire pressure.

At time of purchase i also made an appointment to have tires installed (5 days ahead) yet when i showed up for installation i was told "YOU'LL HAVE TOO RESCHEDULE" to which i said NO!!! NOT TODAY I'VE WAITED LONG ENOUGH!! Installation went well but i felt like my tire purchase was not as critical & important as new customers inquires.

Poor Work

You Installed & Balanced the tires Very Poorly ,, I had to bring my truck back to have the tires Rebalanced,, they are still not Right,, I have to Have them ReBalanced for the Third Time by My own Mechanic. Very Poor Work Done by Sams Club,, I Lost an Hour from work the Second time,, Now another Hour for the Third Time. This will Cost Me $80, to have them Properly Balanced. I would Expect a $300. Credit to my account. Thank you

Poor communication

My tires were in the club 9 days i was never called. Spent 30 minutes on national line to find out tires were there. Checking in i was asked white letters outside or in and keep best for spare. I told them white letters outside they mounted them inside. I asked for the best kept for spare they didnt do it. Was told they never saw it on the work order. What's the point of asking if they dont read the work order. Ridiculous

Shipped very late and terrible communication

I was told three to four days to arrive at store. After 10 days, I called (local store) and was put thru to call center. Call center tried unsuccessfully to reach store. I went to store and they said probably tomorrow and, THEY WOULD CALL ME. Four days later I called (local store) and was again routed to call center. Call center looked up and determined that tires were at my store and proceeded to set me up with appointment for installation. When I arrived for my installation, the local techs complained that they didn’t have me scheduled and that “that always happens when the call center schedules the appointment. Tires are great but the experience was beyond frustrating.

Expensive mistake

Run !! 3 issues , expensive repairs.

Three bad things. 1) They didn’t put on the 6th lug nut on the back rear passenger tire. The truck locked up in the middle of the road on the way home. We had to get towed to the dealer service center. Nissan said the stud fell in and broke the brake. I called Sam’s and the lady just kept repeating that they need the truck or the tire. I told them it was towed because it locked up in the middle of the road. She kept repeating they needed the tire or the truck. They can’t go look at it. Sam’s Club said the stud was loose but it would be fine until we got it to service to replace the stud. We both agreed to put the lug nut back on prior to service but they didn’t put it on. 2) The back driver tire was flat in the morning. Nissan put air in it and tested it for leakage. The next morning it was flat again. Nissan had to repair around the stem. 3) This cost me a lot of money for the repairs. Way more than the tire actually cost. Very disappointed in the way this whole thing was handled. Sam’s Club wouldn’t even listen to it. They wanted me to take the tire to them but it was already towed to a service center since the truck locked up. They could fix all the issues caused by not putting the lug nut on a loose stud.

I spoke with the store about the shop schedule and chose to have these done mid-day on a Tuesday. The shop took it right away and I did my shopping while they did the work. When I checked in forty five minutes later the car was done and waiting for me. Very happy with the speed of the work, and the car drives smoothly and tracks straight, so they did a good job.

Check if they have the tpms package

I did not get the tpms installed when new tires were changed. Was told they don’t have or stocked the package. I was not happy because I might not have gotten them if I know they are not available. I think it is Sam’s fault. Now I have to manually check the tires pressure.

Scorpion AS Plus 3 tires

Wondering if it is a concern (it is to me) that 3 of my tires were rated 107V and the other 1 was a 103H. My invoice shows they are all to be 107V rated. Why was this not noticed by the installers. After one week from purchase and only about 400 miles of driving I did a detailed inspection of all tires and noticed this. I will be in contact with the Maize KS Sam's Club tomorrow to see what to do. Thanks, Jim
