The tire guys got my car in the shop on time and I was out one-half hour later. The wheel nuts were tightened to specs. and the tires roll straight with no vibration. I bought 4 Cooper endevor tires and am very satisfied with my purchase. I drive a Honda civic LX.

My appointment was at 10: AM. When I arrived at the store, no one was there at the desk to wait on me. I arrived before !0: AM. I waited for at least 10 minutes before anyone came. I explained to Steve what I wanted done. I want my two new tires put on the front and my tire valve covers put back on. In the past, no one did that. I once had all four-tire valve covers. I also said that I would wait in the waiting area for my vehicle. Steve said, " My vehicle would be ready in one hour. "That meant it would be ready at 11: AM. I gave Steve an extra 1/2 hour, which would be 11:30 AM. I went to check on the progress of my car at approximately 11:45 AM. My vehicle was not ready. The attitude that I got from the guy who works in that department was rude. When I got my vehicle, it was after 1 PM, and no one came to tell me that it was ready. I made it very clear that I would wait for it in the waiting area. My dashboard camera was tampered with. The setting was changed back to 1/2021, and the time was wrong. This was discovered after I had left the parking area. No one came to the waiting area to let me know that my vehicle was ready. That was my first and last time that Steve or anyone else would be allowed to touch my vehicle. I am still not happy with the treatment that I received at the tire department. This incident took place 3/2026.

Good product, but I requested a tire rotation and it wasn’t done. I had an appointment, but it took them one and a half hour to change one tire. They also scratched my rim. The person at the counter talked down to me like I wasn’t important. This is the last time I get any tires from Sam’s.

Really hard to give a true review as I have less than 200 miles on this set; I have based my rating on many previous Goodyear tires. I'm ninety and have driven a lot of miles, finding Goodyear always came thru. I live in San Antonio, TX and would recommend trying Goodyear when replacements are needed.

Sam's charges $20 per tire to install them but if you are a Plus Member you save half of this so my installation only cost $10 per tire. The installation package includes the initial mounting and balancing, properly torquing the lug nuts, and includes a battery check. The installation package includes roadside emergency service for the tires and free rotation and balancing. Since Sam's Clubs are nationwide I know I can get service for my tires when I travel. I recommend their installation package. My installation scheduling was very easy and my tires were installed in an hour. Very Happy and will buy tires from my Sam's Club again. Thank you.

I had a small nail in the outer row of my tire. I expected a plug but got a brand new tire! Amazing service, I was in and out in 30 min! Because of this experience, I will never buy tires anywhere else! Plus, I have already been spreading the word to everyone I know! The pirelli tires are the best!

Three bad things. 1) They didn’t put on the 6th lug nut on the back rear passenger tire. The truck locked up in the middle of the road on the way home. We had to get towed to the dealer service center. Nissan said the stud fell in and broke the brake. I called Sam’s and the lady just kept repeating that they need the truck or the tire. I told them it was towed because it locked up in the middle of the road. She kept repeating they needed the tire or the truck. They can’t go look at it. Sam’s Club said the stud was loose but it would be fine until we got it to service to replace the stud. We both agreed to put the lug nut back on prior to service but they didn’t put it on. 2) The back driver tire was flat in the morning. Nissan put air in it and tested it for leakage. The next morning it was flat again. Nissan had to repair around the stem. 3) This cost me a lot of money for the repairs. Way more than the tire actually cost. Very disappointed in the way this whole thing was handled. Sam’s Club wouldn’t even listen to it. They wanted me to take the tire to them but it was already towed to a service center since the truck locked up. They could fix all the issues caused by not putting the lug nut on a loose stud.

Thank God for Lance, he figured out what the problem was and was able to resolve it. Not sure why when you order 4 tires they are not all from the same lot. They installed 3 tores from one lot and one from another lot, causing the car to pull to one side drastically. I took in and the techs ballanced the front tires and said they were fine, I needed to get another front end alignment done somewhere else, who did the alignment didn't know what they were doing. I demanded a replacement tire but that still did not fix it, that's were Lance came in, he saved the day.

My scheduled appointment was 8a I arrived at 8:10a I was 2nd in line. I wasdone at 10:30a. Four new tires. I was grateful for the work, it took a bit too long. The next morning one tire was very low requiring a stop at a air pump. No additional issues over the 2 weeks since.

Had four premium tires installed in my two thousand six toyota camry. I wanted a good smooth touring, tire, long lasting tread life, and I chose the recommend tire. Has turned out to be a very rough and bouncy tire. My hubcaps do not seem to be flush with the rims, due to excessive (in my opinion) lead clips, which are put on in balancing the tire. Tires were dirty and showed smudges, fingerprints and markings! Totally disappointed and we'll end up returning if can
