Purchased 4 new tires Aug. 2024. The employees were friendly and polite. However you have to be aware these days and follow up and check behind people's work for your own safety. The next morning I checked the tire pressures and lug nut torque. I only drove @ 5 miles home and parked. The manufactures recommended cold PSI is 35 ( door sticker very readable ). 3 of my tires were 33 psi and one was 40 psi.The torque for the lug nuts is 150 lbs for my vehicle. I have my own calibrated torque wrench and went over each wheel. Half the lug nuts were 120-140 lbs. and the others were the correct 150. One hubcap was not fully seated and and most likely would've been lost if not corrected. I've noticed changes in personnel in the last few years and this may not bode well in the long term. I made the corrections to pressures and torque.

Pretty bad,I ordered one tire replacement,made the appointment and whoever talked to me over the phone,wasn't even in USA,when I got there for my appoinment,there was no appoinment,I had to talk to the technitian and he helped me to get the tire i needed

They scratched 3 of the 4 wheels so bad that the bare metal is showing on the rim. They also didn’t put the hub cap on all the way on one of the wheels, so we lost it on the road. Lastly, not that big of a deal but they replaced 2 of my custom metal valve stem caps so I had to replace those.

The tires are on a national back order and the service department failed to notify me about it. A week after I had already purchased the tires, I stopped by the store to inquire about my purchase to find this out. Not only did I have to stand in line at the store, they walked me over to the customer service area to wait in line again in order to get reimbursed for my purchase. This tire department could use a lot of improvement. I doubt if I’ll ever use them in the future.

The Tire and Battery section went above and beyond what I expected with attempts to save the damaged tire and then replaced that tire with a new one. They were very attentive and did exactly what they said they would in a timely fashion. I had no spare and was allowed by the manager to leave my car parked overnight. All, thanks to Sam's Club for getting me back on the road.

Sam’s club only carried one tire to fit my car. It was one of three I was looking at but not my first choice. I talked to the sam’s salesperson. They were honest and suggested my first choice- if I had the time to order and did not try to push the on hand tire or the more expensive tire of same brand. He agreed since I towed a Travel trailer the features of my first choice tire was the better solution. It only took four days for tires to arrive. full warranty with lifetime balance and replacement and lower cost than other sellers of same tire.

I had four tires installed on my sons car. The following morning the left rear tire had no air in it. Turns out they did not replace the valve stems and one was noticably defective. They put it back on knowing it waa defective. Took the car to the southside Sams for four valve stem replacements. Two dags later the car was making a loud brake noise. The rotor on the front tire was hitting metal and had to be replaced. It was obvious when the tire was removed. Went to another shop for new brakes and rotors. I will not be back for any service at either Lakeland Sams Clubs. Terrible experience.

Love the tires, but now when reversing right, there is a definite rubbing/friction sound. My husband thinks when they installed tires, they may have accidentally pushed up ball joint and it hasn't dropped yet on its own. He says they probably will not fix the issue for me as they do installation only, but I know for a fact my car was not doing this prior to purchasing tires. I do love the tires though, and will wait for hubs to take car so I am not dismissed, or we'll try to have it fixed ourselves.

I loved the more resonable cost of the tires and installation but the missing star is they never called to tell me my tires were in to set up a time to come in. I waited several days longer than i should have needed to. Other than that it was perfect.

Had purchased tires from Sams, I got a nail deeply embedded in my front passenger side tire. A replacement tire had to be ordered. It took four days for the tire to come in. after being told there would be no prorated fees, I was informed by the female tech there were a prorated charge due. That was something I was not quite prepared to pay. The techs did great tire replacement, and customer service work regarding the tire. My biggest regret was, I found I needed major front brakes replacement work upon getting my vehicle back as I drove it home. The moment my vehicle was moved, you could hear the grinding, squealing sounds. Not once did the techs state I had any issues with my brakes, nor that I needed my brakes checked because of that loud sound coming from the front end when moving or driving this vehicle. Yet, they charged me for tire rotation. I believe safety is first and should be a major part of their service work. Therefore, tire service should include inspection for safety issues. This was not their concern in this case. Out of fear and concern for my own safety, I immediately went to Medias and ended up having major front brakes work done.
