Seems like if I paid this amount for the tires; installation should have been free. We’re paying the employer salary that the company should pay them. $20/tire is an extra $100s which you say you’re offering to deduct from the price of the tires BUT ALL THIS IS ADDED BACK IN THE TIRE PRICE. SO YOU REALLY ISN’T DEDUCTING ANYTHING. VERY SNEAKY IF THE CUSTOMER IS NOT PAYING ATTENTION TO WHAT IS HAPPENING.

Got some bfg ko2’s for my Chevrolet. While I watched the tire guy mount the tires on the wheels, my fiancé was at the snack bar training for the hot dog eating contest next month. I think she said she ate 15 Sam’s hotdogs while I got my tires put on.

I was expecting a full replacement and "prorated" replacement ended up discounting my 7 month old tires by 20%. Why do you have to pay for installation again when it's a warranty? Complained to 2 employees who didn't care and filled out a survey, requested a contact back and nothing. Going to buy my tires elsewhere going forward.

Installer double stacked the weights on one of the new tires. Rubbed on my calipers and had expenses to repair them. Who double stacks weights on tires?!? Rotate the tire 180 degrees and try rebalancing! Of course Sam’s isnt going to pay for caliper repair.

Very dissatisfied with the service. Arrived 10 min before appt time (6 pm) when attendant came out he said they were a little behind and it would be at least 2 1/2 hours until it would be ready. Waited there and having looked into bay area there was a lot of talking and not much working. Why give a time and tell you if you are not there you wait, in that case the employees should also be on time or at least close to time. After waiting all that time truck was pulled out, noticed centercap was missing, had to bang on garage door as the store was closed, put that on ourself. Extremely disappointed in the service and the time I had to stand around! Would not recommend this service to anyone.

The technician told me, after he was done with my truck, that I have a leaking tire pressure monitor stem. He said it’s a slow leak. When I asked him why he didn’t replace it he mumbled some jibberish and said I can have it replaced at the 6000 mile tire service. So three days later the tire pressure was down to 24psi. Additionally the tire air pressures weren’t close to what it’s supposed to be. Left front had 38psi. It’s like he didn’t even look at the door post for the recommended tire pressures. My truck is in my mechanic’s shop right now getting the leaking stem replaced. At my expense. I like the Cooper Titres, but I won’t use Sams again.

I was late for my appointment to the point I missed my appointment. The installation team moved forward with my install of four new tires despite this. The installer was friendly, professional, and very efficient as the wait was minimal. I left very pleased. 😀

Purchasing this tire was easy, the installation process was very quick and the sales man was very professional and knowledgeable about tires. He explained the warranty, gave me the paperwork and told me to keep it in the glove box just incase I needed the warranty.

I had been disappointed in the past of the Tire Department Service, not the tires. So I had gone elsewhere for some years. I decided to try Sams Tire department again because they are so close to where I work. I was pleasantly surprised at how quickly they got my tires in and schedule my vehicle to get the tires installed. The techs were professional and helpful. If you had problems in the past which alot of people have, give them another shot. I am looking forward to returning for tire rotations and service ?!?

Some how they broke the push pins out of my front mud /rain guard. So as we was going down road it started rubbing the tire had to pull over on the highway and cut the rest of mud guard out . Was not happy about it but i guess they did the best they could .
