terrible service they couldn’t do anything we had to get 2 refund because at first we got the wrong tire size and they couldn’t just get the same exact ones just as they right size and we had to get refunded and buy the right size again and then they couldn’t change out some stripped lug nuts on the second try so we had to get refunded again and we ended up going somewhere else and they did all that work in less then 45 mins we wasted 3 hours at sam’s for nothing to be done to the truck

During installation something happened causing the tire sensor light to light up. The next day I returned and the associate tried to repair it but was unable. He told me to take my car to the dealership for the repair. They broke it but couldn’t fix it!

Sams could not install the tires on my vehicle. The studs were stripped on the two back tires. Personally, I could not attest to who stripped them--Sams or previous service my husband had performed before he did. I was disappointed because the price offered was phenomenal.

installation went well,the problem is a lack of installers at store,got to make appointment ,possibly a week or two out,two of the three car bays were filled with sets of tires to be installed.need to hire more people. nobody to answer phone in auto area.

Thisi is the second time we have purchased tires from Sam's in Topeka, KS and once again, the tire and battery crew was outstanding. We arrived for our appointment and the manager of the department was stnding by to begin work on our vehicle. He saw that the four tires were installed and balanced in just 50 minutes, and he took care to explain the process completely. We highly recommend Sam's Topeka!

After a nail in the sidewall, I was super thankful that the Sam's club had my tires in stock. I was out of town when the nail was found and wasn't sure I'd be able to make the 4 hour drive back to my local store. The service was easily scheduled and completed in less time than anticipated. Thanks Grand Junction Sam's Club team!!

Tires was not balanced on the installation. Installer did not put the caps back on valve stems. I had to purchase new caps. Forgot to put the center cover on rim. I had to travel three times back to get the install done right. Poor in quaffed personnel.

Getting the Tire Installation Package at Sams is a must. You will always have peace of mind when you know that your tire installation is guaranteed of any defects. Also, the tire has a road hazard warranty that protects your wallet in case of any problem with the tire.

We had to have one tire replaced due to a small staple in tire. My wife took the car and I told her to bring home the staple. I was shocked how small it was so not sure how the tired had to be replaced. Even with road hazard, the replacement tire was over $100. The new tire was over 2/32 greater than the existing tires which concerned me since the car is AWD. I was assured via phone that was only an issue with Subaru’s. While there I asked my wife to have the tires rotated. I normally do this but since it was there I told her just to have them do it. They did it backwards from the mfg recommended pattern in the owners manual. I know this as the new tire should have been on the left front as back tires go to front and fronts are crisscrossed to the rear. The new tire ended up on the right front so the performed the rotation incorrectly. I am hoping this does not cause irregular wear as my wife traveled quite a distance to work after repair. So disappointed with this encounter; however, I have been getting tire service and tire replacement from the last 20 + years with Sam’s Club and will continue to do so.

Staff helped in tire selection. Staff was professional, polite and capable. A problem developed and they took care of it to my 100% satisfaction. Because of how they handled the problem Sam’s will be my first go-to on auto needs. Well done Sam’s auto team.
