We ordered the tires, they arrived and were notified, made an appointment to have them installed, went to the store and were immediately greeted by very friendly person and did all of the paper work, when the tires were on the Hummer we were given the keys and thanked, very professional, would highly recommend them again.

The Tire/Battery Shop was very busy on a Saturday afternoon. The employees were so good at squeezing me in for my 2 new tires. They were very courteous & kind. I have always received great service when getting new tires & getting batteries for my truck.

Purchased new tires noticed 3 of my rims are I purchased 4 new tires and I noticed later on my rims were scratched, one had chunks out of it . No way they can be repaired. One of the managers has filed an insurance claim, but he has informed me it is a lengthy process and out of their hands. I feel that the $620 I spent on tires should have been refunded on the spot. Replacement cost on my rims is around $1k

Tire pressure was to low after install. I shouldn't have to put in more air in all 4 tires to get my tire pressure light off. There was 32 psi instead of the 35 psi suggested on the door pillar. Also don't like the fact that you need to make an appointment for the tires to be installed.

Order the tires and made the appointment for installation. Arrived on time for install. Service people were great. ready to accommodate me when I was 30 minutes early. Took about an hour to install. Service person let me know as soon as they were done. All went smooth. A positive experience.

Professional installation. The tires I initially wanted were not available. The staff took the time to review my needs for my SUV and recommended the tires. I reviewed online the reviews of the Pirelli tires and find they were right on with their recommendation. Great job!!!!

These tires ride great, handle great, and stop (dry) very good. I've yet to experience a need for a sudden stop on a wet surface. I was worried about possible noise but very happy to report there is none. These ride as good, if not better, than the original tires. 70,000 mile tread life; if I come close to that, I'll be a repeat customer.

buying tires was good deal, BUT DON'T HAVE BULLHEAD CITY AZ TIRE SHOP INSTALL TIRES. THEY'RE LACKING TRAINING ON TIRE INSTALL, I HAD MULTI VALVE STEM ISSUE SINCE THEY TOUCHED MY CAR. TWO WITHIN 1 1/2 WEEK OF INSTALL OF THE TIRES AND OF THE ONES INSTALL BY THEM 3 YEARS AGO, I HAD 5 VALVE STEM ISSUES.

Installer double stacked the weights on one of the new tires. Rubbed on my calipers and had expenses to repair them. Who double stacks weights on tires?!? Rotate the tire 180 degrees and try rebalancing! Of course Sam’s isnt going to pay for caliper repair.

Let’s start by saying that we had a tire installation appointment at 1400 hrs. that had been scheduled for more than three weeks. We arrived 20 minutes ahead and waited for 20 minutes before anyone came to the service counter. The person was very attentive and got our service in place by 1415. And then, we waited. And waited. And waited. It was 1745 when a service person came out with our paperwork. Nearly four hours for not more than 90 minutes’ worth of service. He was apologetic for the delay, but said there were only two people changing tires. The individual who did our tires did a great job. We could feel the difference You, the Sam’s Club Management is guilty. The club had two personnel changing tires, another helping sporadically, and another one taking care of the walk-ins with battery issues or other that are handled in that section. We have been members since 1991and we have not ever seen the level of incompetent management we experienced Monday. Sitting waiting at one of the dining tables next to the car tire counter, we had time to discuss our Sam’s experiences during the last 30 odd years and this is not our old Sam’s Club.
