Had tires installed on a Sunday. Swaying a bit on the highway the next day. Checked air, over 100 pounds in tires. They called for 75. 3 days later, my TPMS lit up. Got out and checked, one rear tire was going down. I was within a mile of Sam's. Went in, talked to man at tire department. He said sorry, they were busy, he could get me in 3 days later! I'm getting a flat in their parking lot, on a tire they put on, under their warranty!. I called a tire store a few blocks away. Went there, seems the TPMS was broken. Apparently when installed. Cost me $112 to get it fixed. Never get tires installed at Sam's again.

They couldn't figure out how to use the jack pads for my Tesla. They said the pads didn't fit my car. So I ordered 2 moresets of pads from different manufacturers. On the 2nd try, they couldn't get either of the new pads to fit either. Tesla says they hsve never heard of this happening before. Point is I waisted 5 hours of time with thes guys who don't seem to know what they're doing Sams is the only tire shop I called who doesn't have their own pads. Then it took 45 minutes to get a refund because their computer was down. What a miserable experience!

We had to have one tire replaced due to a small staple in tire. My wife took the car and I told her to bring home the staple. I was shocked how small it was so not sure how the tired had to be replaced. Even with road hazard, the replacement tire was over $100. The new tire was over 2/32 greater than the existing tires which concerned me since the car is AWD. I was assured via phone that was only an issue with Subaru’s. While there I asked my wife to have the tires rotated. I normally do this but since it was there I told her just to have them do it. They did it backwards from the mfg recommended pattern in the owners manual. I know this as the new tire should have been on the left front as back tires go to front and fronts are crisscrossed to the rear. The new tire ended up on the right front so the performed the rotation incorrectly. I am hoping this does not cause irregular wear as my wife traveled quite a distance to work after repair. So disappointed with this encounter; however, I have been getting tire service and tire replacement from the last 20 + years with Sam’s Club and will continue to do so.

After a side wall puncture a new tire had to be ordered under warranty. It was then discovered the donut tire with the car had rubber rot and was not usable. One of the guys immediately got on the phone, and after calling around was able to find a temporary replacement tire. They got me back on the road and safely home quickly. The new tire arrived quickly and was replaced same day. Was able to go out of town for Father’s Day because of their hard work.

I’m very happy for purchasing the tires for our Van from Sam’s! The Van is running smoothly and the tires have a good amount of traction. I’m was glad that I took my time for tire shopping. The price was cheaper compared to the other places that checked. Customer service was excellent and the staff was very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Thank you!

Horrible customer service. Received a call that our warranty replacement tire (Still Charged us $100) was ready. When we arrived we were told that since we didn't have an appointment they couldn't help us. When I asked why they called and said it was ready I was told that is a call center in India and they don't have anything to do with the local club. Every bay was empty and 5 techs were sitting on tires playing on their phones. Asked if we could do our shopping and if they might have time in a couple hours, and were told to check back. An two hours later all 5 techs were still sitting playing on their phones and no cars had come or gone from the tire center. I just asked for my unmounted tire and took it to a local shop to have mounted. Took 10 minutes and I was out the door from a company that wanted my business. Considering just giving up my Sam's Club membership as the service has become progressively worse.

Sam's claimed my vehicle was unsafe to lift. They said fix it and they would install tires.Took the vehicle to local VW dealer they said there were no issues lifting the vehicle (they lifted it twice in their shop). The VW dealer charged me 95.00 fee looking at vehicle. Even though I provided a statement from the dealer stating everything was good. Sam's thinks they know better than certified mechanics and still refused to install the tires. .

Worst service I ever had at Sam's. 4 Hrs to get tires installed, then they didn't even recalibrate my TPMS. Then when I went back to get them corrected they told me I'd have to wait 1 1/2 hours. when it would take about 4 minutes to relearn. I will probably never buy tires at Sam's again!!!!!

Throughout the process of comparing tires, deciding on the best option for me, making an appointment for installation, and tire installation, everyone was extremely friendly and helpful while delivering speedy service and useful information. I am very impressed with SAMS staff and service. Thanks to all.

The value is good, the service was terrible. They were not in stock so there was a five day delivery time shown. That was not a problem. I was told they would call when the tires were received so that a time could be set for installation. After nine days I went back to the store. The tires were there but I had not heard back. An appointment was made for two days later. I was told that they would be installed in about an hour. After an hour and ten minutes, I was told it would be another hour and a half before they would be finished. That was not acceptable. I was told that they would call me as soon as it was ready. I did not get a call, so I went back to the counter. After he finished the customer he was waiting on, he told me it was ready and he went to get the key. Why wasn’t I informed when it was ready instead of me having to go back?
