Sams NO LONGER has in-stock tires. So, if your warranted tire cannot be repaired you have to wait on a new tire to come in. But, first it failed to get ordered, then I was told it was in only to arrive and pay to find out it did not. The tire had to be ordered again. The whole process took a week and a half! For a tire? DISSAPOINTED!!! What's the point of buying the road hazard insurance? What's is the point of selling tires if your not going to have them in stock or get one quickly. Why have a Sam

The mechanics were helpful & installed the tires in a timely fashion. But one mechanic chiped my old wheel cover (he offered to pay for a replacement) BUT when I got home I discovered another wheel cover missing. I had to buy 4 new wheel covers to make it look right.

I had an appointment to have my tires installed. I got there 10 min early and was told "we're finishing up with the one before you, we'll get you next." Two hours it took to install 4 tires. I asked multiple times how much longer; after an hour I was told 10 min. After about 20 min they came out with my ticket but it wasn't mine. I had to wait an additional hour for a total of 2 hours. I looked for a manager to discuss the situation with and never saw anyone other than the guy I checked in with. I should have asked to speak with a manager but did not. I got my last set of tires from Sam's Club and this location and it didn't take 1/2 the time. Needless to say, I work nights and had just gotten off work. Two hours was unacceptable.

I’m very happy for purchasing the tires for our Van from Sam’s! The Van is running smoothly and the tires have a good amount of traction. I’m was glad that I took my time for tire shopping. The price was cheaper compared to the other places that checked. Customer service was excellent and the staff was very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and professional. Thank you!

My boyfriend came here to get new tires on his truck and asked the guy and seen the truck and the guy reassured he could get the job done well turns out he couldn't something with my boyfriend under the truck it was to wide they didn't have the right tool .my boyfriend was stuck with new tires he paid for or his money back and the manager was really rude and a jerk is no reason to act that way to a paying customer. You knew you didn't have the right tools then why waste someone time and lie to them and say oh yeah we can get the job done just to make a sale and take some one hard earned money tells me to stay away from this auto department other wise sam's is a good place to shop.

Did not install on arrival. This was for a replacement. Teammate informed my husband that we did not need to schedule since it was a “continuation” of a service. Never informed tire arrived to store. Called to check and the call center attempted to reach the store multiple times to clarify. No one ever answered. After driving an hour to the store and on arrival the next day, was told they could install 7 hours later. After having to plead my case and discontent with this service, was told I was misinformed, they were short staffed, and unable to accommodate. My tire could’ve been installed in the time it took 2 of them to whine about being short staffed to the previous customer and myself. I eventually took my tire and had installed elsewhere.

Unprofessional employees changed four tires they couldn’t even put the air valves on properly. One of them was missing. Had to come back and then they gave me your old dirty one after I paid about $700 to have all four tires changed. Employees kept calling me from their Personal cell phone And hanging up instead of telling me to come pick up my car when I called back, they would hang up.

Quick service I had an appointment to get the four new tires installed and 45 minutes later they called me said they were done and I could pickup my car. I was still shopping for groceries and took about the same time checking out. Every checkout was full and as many as 5-7 customers in each line waiting to checkout too.

Slow on receiving and no communication. I never got the email about them receiving the tires. I had to call to see when they received them. Took a month. They couldn’t get my tire pressure sensors working so now I got a sensor fault on my display. Seemed like he didn’t care at all with minimum effort. Went in early morning was the only costumer took 30 minutes to get someone to help me. Was just overall the worst experience I’ve ever had and I used to get my tires from Walmart. Now I need to find someone who can get my tire pressure sensors fixed

I've gone to the same tire shop in town since I've lived here. For 20 years I've gone to the same place because of trust. Now i goto to Sams one day, happen to see a sweet deal for free installation and some more money off a set of 4 tires. Sign me up. The next week i come in and wait around. One of the two guys working calls me about an hour and a half later asking if i ever had tire issues and where i had it serviced. I told him i had to get valve stems replaced often. We talked after that and figured out what what happening. I really appreciate the time they took to fix my vehicle and explain everything to me. I had to wait and it caused others to wait behind me, but they were great. I watched them running the back and front desk for over and hour. The only thing i forgot was their names.
