Buy the tiers, Set an appointment, Meet the appointment, Have them changed out. Easy Peasy! Our third time buying tires from Sams. Grant, the tire manager, is a great guy to work with, and he has trained his crew to handle it when he is not there. NO SURPRISES.

Fast and efficient, excellent club. I love there is no high pressure sales tactics like "you need a 4 wheel alignment" or I found this "other broken item" and if its not fixed it could be dangerous...etc., etc. Sam's and their cousin Walmart are no hassle places to get your work done.

Tire Warranty. I understand from talking to other auto shops that the tire warranty paperwork and wait time for the businesses is an absolute beast to deal with. And as busy and tired as the guys look, (though always professional) I get the resistance to deal with warranties. So, I was finally able to get a resolution by having another shop diagnose the problem, then I started the warranty paperwork online with the tire manufacturer (had to talk to someone in person). Much better response and warranty was honored when I went back with the warranty claim number and warranty already started.

I’m not renewing my membership after the experience I had with the tire installation that never happened. After driving for an hour and a half to the appointment to get my new tires. They refused to install them because I was missing 1 of 6 lug nuts was missing from one tire. There is literally was a NAPA store was right next door. I offered to buy a lug nut there. Because my lug nut stud had rust on it they said they would not put new tires on my truck. They said I had to go to Big O tire to have the lug nut stud replaced because it had rust on it before they would put the new tires on. I asked to speak to the general manager who was not available. They sent a assistant manager who never look at the Lugnuts done just cited with the shop manager, and said I had to leave the store without any new tires. I went to Big O tires and bought new at tires there. They installed the missing lig nut for free without replacing the lug nut stud. The shop manager at SAM’S has no idea how to treat a customer! I asked to talk to the general manager to resolve the problem he said that he was going to side with the lady shop manager and they put the 4 tires back on my suburban and said that they would not install the tires until I had the lug nut fixed. I am going to join COSCO and not renew my membership at SAMS because of the situation. I I have been paying for memberships for 5 of my children and grandchildren at SAMS I’m not renewing their memberships also. From now on we will be going to COSCO and not doing business with SAMS Club. After driving for an hour and a half and being treated like I was

Sam’s Club employees r always so very helpful, and knowledgeable! I needed to have all 4 tire sensors replaced, all tires rotated, one tire replaced, and battery checked. I actually went there to have them check my tire sensors for my tire light was on and the air pressures were all good, to inquire about getting a tire replacement since I just purchased all 4 about 8 months ago, wanted a to also do tire rotations and check my battery. Chris at the Keeaumoku location was a little gruff in the beginning, but softened up after explaining to him my problems. He ended up being very nice and sweet! Thanks Chris for helping me with all the things I needed to have done, u r appreciated along with the rest of the crew! I was able to accomplish all that before getting back to work from my vacay! Sam’s Club to me is very good!

The young man at the tire center was very helpful in listening to what I wanted and recommended tires for my 124 Abarth. I really just wanted information on tires but after talking to him I decided to buy now. I bought Michelin All Season 4 Sports tires. I couldn't be happier with my choice.

I spent 10 minutes picking out a nice set of tires at the Las Vegas Sam's Club. I was feeling great about it. The technician said it would be done relatively soon and he would call me when it was done. I walked around the store browsing products because I was visiting from out of state. Hour and a half later he called me to say he didn't have the right tires for my car. I can understand not having the tires in inventory. I cannot understand why he waited an hour and a half to tell me. I feel he wasted half my morning 🙄. And he wouldn't install wiper blades on my car either, he said he didn't have the right ones? All of this happened after consultation and payment was made. I would like to add that the new set of tires and blades were a surprise gift for my friends birthday. Oh well..

Bought tires and installation at $600 on 4/20/24 and it's 5/4/24 and I still have not received my tires. Forget customer service, tire location doesn't answer their phones. Attempting to contact anyone with authority is a wasted endeavor. NEVER PURCHASE TIRES AT SAM'S CLUB!!!!

When I ordered my tires in the store they recommended the wrong tires. Then they charged me more to get the correct tires. When my tires were installed, the installer did not reset my computer, so I had to take my trip with the low tire alert on. I had to go to a dealer in the state I traveled to, to find out how to reset my online computer.

Tire sensors need to be changed. Light still comes on. They don’t have any in stock. Can’t order them. Can’t bring my own in they won’t install it. Need to come weekly when they get a shipment & pray they still have one but it’s not delivered weekly. They don’t know what’s in their shipments. Crazy
