Long wait for scheduled appointment. Customer gets email saying please arrive on time, then waits an hour before service. Now, having to take more time off to have tires balanced so I don't dribble down the road. Would like to charge Sam's for MY time!

Employees at check and scan at the exit front doors need training. Customers that are having tires installed and had gone shopping and had been scanned at the exit door need to be told to exit the store and take their shopping cart around to the outside of the tire department. Not to be told to go back through the store to the tire department as we were. We were not allowed to go through the tire department with our grocery cart. When we went back to the store exit door we complained about the misdirection. The exit door employee told us that we were rude!!!!! We had just spent over $1040.00 in Sam’s Club and were misdirected and insulted.!!!! However the tire department employee was very courteous and our new tires are terrific.

Installation was fine, but the tires were not properly aired. The warning light came on the very next day stating “low tire pressure.” I had to make another trip to Sams to get the new tires aired. I also found that the computer system in my vehicle was not calibrated after the tires were installed. This should have never happened! Installation should be free for the amount of money spent on four tires, especially when you have to return the next day!

I am unsatisfied with my purchase. I have bought my tires at Sam’s Club and purchased a set of Michelin tires. I’ve been a member for 60 years. This time the Hispanic gentleman who looked up the tire & price wrote up the sale. The tires he sold me were low profile tires. I didn’t realize that until I got home and looked them over. I am used to regular tires. They give a softer rid and are more comfortable. Needless to say, I won’t be buying any more tires at Sam’s Club. Or anything else.

ABSOLUTELY TERRIBLE. DO NOT GET YOUR TIRES FIXED HERE! They must have used an impact drill to take off my tire as they shredded my wheel key and then acted like it wasn't a big deal. I talked with management who said they'd call me back but they never did. Destroying my wheel key has cost me more than a hundred dollars to resolve as it is a hard to find key. The dismissiveness of the team was super disappointing. The lack of care really put me in a bad spot and ultimately lead me to getting a refund on the product as I can't get new tires with a destroyed wheel key.

Not sure how to write a review of a tire installation package except to say that they were very efficient and had the job done in about an hour. Sam's had a special that I took advantage of so the price was great. The only downside was the air was not equal in all four tires and I had to adjust that. The upside was that they told me my car needed an alignment so I had that done had another facility. I appreciated the information about that.

When we went to a different Sam’s Club, around 4:30, the guy working said he couldn’t take us in because we were too late. When we went to the one in plano, a guy named Yasin was so kind and took us in past 6, close to closing time. We are so thankful for him, he was so patient and friendly with us. He did extra of what was needed just to give his customers the best. Even when we tried to tip him he denied it. He is such a great guy and need more people like him!! Hope this review reaches him! We can’t thank him enough.

The technicians are wonderful, but I believe that the tire balancer at my Sam's needs to be recalibrated. I bought a new set of tires for my 4Runner, but I had to come back in because there was a wobble. They checked my tires, and I was told that I might have to come back in for one of the tires because it was calling for more weight than usual. I did have to bring it back in for a new tire due to the wobble. At that time, I was told that it was my wheel that was defective, and I needed to take it to my Toyota dealership. I took my 4Runner to the dealership, they tested my wheel and found nothing wrong with the wheel. They balanced the wheel with less weight than Sam's did, and now there is no wobble. This cost me an extra $110. and Toyota suggested I let Sam's know that there may be something wrong with their balancing machine.

My daughter's car. Didn't notice until a few days later that a lug nut is missing on each rear rim and they didn't replace the valve stem caps.Din't know why they needed two lug nuts from the rear rims when I had the front tires replaced. Very displeased.

I purchased a set of Pierilli tires and am very pleased. The sale price waa very good, aa I had compared prices elsewhere. Aa a plus member, I received an additional discount. I made an appointment for installation and the wait was nominal. The tire associate was very imformative and helpful throughout the process.
