They would not install my tires because i had a bad lug nut. The small girl with the tatoos was very rude. I asked could i see my tires before i paid for them to make sure they was the right ones and she said "why do you wanna see em, they round and black".

This was the worst installation I have ever had at Sam's club. The technician installing the tires claimed he could not remove the lug nuts on one tire, the other three he could remove with no problem. This was supposed to be an appointment but I had to wait an additional 45 minutes before he could install those three, then take my fourth tire to another company to get installed. Which by the way they had no problem removing the lug nuts from the supposed problem tire. No refund was offered by for anything, I asked he told me it would cost more because you only get the discount if you purchase 4 installation not 3. That made no sense but I needed my car. They did not clean the tires at all, they were dirty and dusty. They acted like I had done something to them. Very poor customer service.

I paid for installation of my front tires & balancing was not offered. I returned a week later to have the back tires installed. Balancing was not performed during this installation nor were my tires inflated to the factory specs for my car (35). Very disappointing considering this was supposed to be included tin my purchase.

Excellent service and product. Needed tires installed on my son’s car as he found out he had no tread left in the middle of a snow storm—and he carries around my little granddaughter in that car! The tires we needed were in stock and installed the same day. Very pleased with the attention paid to our needs. Plus, they were on sale and the installation was half-off, too. Couldn’t be happier.

Their service department is not handicap friendly. They do not have an entrance directly to the service department. To enter the department I had to park my car in the service area parking and walk a fair distance outside in the snow and ice to the store entrance. It was worse on the way out because I had to exit the store exit which was even further from the parking area. I had asked to keep my old tires but when I got to my car they weren't there so I had to go back. By the time I left I was in so much pain that I could barely stand. On the way home my car shook so bad that I thought it would fall apart. One of my tires wasn't balanced properly and they did not reset my tire sensors. Had to once again navigate their obstacle course. Horrible experience.

Bought a set of these 2 weeks ago. Left rear valve stem defective, leaking air almost flat. Called Sams auto, told have to make appointment and they are booked 2 weeks out. Was told lifts are being repaired and they are down to one lift, and I would have to go to another store almost 20 miles away. Explained to tire department store manager tire will not hold air that long, and it is a 15 minute fix. Then was told to take tire off vehicle and bring in, and they would try to work it in. Explained I am not physically able to do that, plus I paid for road service and warranty. This is a defective part or damaged when installed, I should not have to wait two weeks! I asked to repair nearby and have amount reimbursed since I cannot drive it far, and do not want to damage the tire. Was told no reimbursement, and there is nothing she could do. I advised her I will inflate the tire in the morning and be there before they open, and they can work it in before the first appointment. She did not confirm but will see what can be done when I get there, I will be there at 7am !!!! Only I 15 minute job and I already paid for tires and service.

Had an appointment, but waited over 10 minutes for someone to come to service counter. Tried the customer service app, but it finally timed out and said there was no one available. Waited longer until a tech finally wandered out of the shop to help me. In fairness, once he showed up he was very courteous and helpful. All 4 tires were way over inflated per the door label. +6-10 lbs. This appears to be a common problem with tire installers, but it shouldn't be.

Horrible customer service!!! No attendant until 8:30 with an 8am appointment. No call when car was ready for pick up. No sincere apology in regards to time wasted. No number to call to reach department to confirm car ready for pick up. Absolute horrible experience!

The installation was great but when our installer needed help at the register, the so-called manager came over and started making comments that "we need an insurrection against the government". These comments were improper, offensive and completely unprofessional. Walmart needs to do a better job on employee training and reviews. Poor customer service!!

Did not install on arrival. This was for a replacement. Teammate informed my husband that we did not need to schedule since it was a “continuation” of a service. Never informed tire arrived to store. Called to check and the call center attempted to reach the store multiple times to clarify. No one ever answered. After driving an hour to the store and on arrival the next day, was told they could install 7 hours later. After having to plead my case and discontent with this service, was told I was misinformed, they were short staffed, and unable to accommodate. My tire could’ve been installed in the time it took 2 of them to whine about being short staffed to the previous customer and myself. I eventually took my tire and had installed elsewhere.
