tires were not properly balanced in the first place. I took it to a body shop where a relative work and I also paid to take it to an alignment shop and both places couldn't find anything wrong with my truck and told me to look at my rims and they showed me where a bunch of weight were glued on and several were missing, so now I have to drive around for several weeks waiting on an appointment at Sam's club to get it redone basically

Tires were grossly under inflated when I left the building. I took truck to another dealership for oil change, they found the under inflated tires and reported it to me. Also, with installation, I ask them to check the spar tire inflation. They did not.

The installation package covers regular rotation and balancing (in 5K mile increments), but most importantly covers road hazard replacement. A vicious rock recently sliced the (irreparable) sidewall of one of our tires - causing an INSTANT "flat" - and Sam's Club replaced and balanced the tire with no hassle and a minimum cost - a GREAT savings to us!

I'm a prime member and it was nice to get a discount because of that. But, a few days later no more than five, one of the back tires went flat, took the car back to Sam's they were awesome but I wanted to know why it went flat and nobody could tell me because they didn't look at it just ordered me another one that took 5 days to come in just like the full set that I got the first time around I understand you can't carry all sizes. Sam's Tire Finder Needs Help. My 1968 Impala shows all 15 inch tires in the Sam's tire finder, however mine came from the factory with 14 inch tires. Going to a local tire store website shows the correct tire. I was able to show this to the store personnel and they honored the installation package, however my receipt shows that I only brought the wheels in. I question whether in the future Sams will honor the road hazard and rotation that is included in the tire package. It would be nice for them to add a little more attention to detail on the tire finder. It is a great product with great prices.

Had an appointment but the store manager gave it to another client who was able to get his car out in an hour; whereas, I was not told how long and I eventually had to wait two and a half hours. Also, after receiving my receipt the time was changed and adjusted to make it seem like I had brought my car in later and work was done in an hour.....

The guys at the Robinson Township store are GREAT!! Very helpful, pleasant, and take their time. I ordered the tires, paid when we came for install in 3 days later. Tires were on the car 3 days after ordering. I recently ordered these same tires at the Washington, Pa store. It's been 2 weeks.... still no tires and no idea when I'll get them. I was told I had to pay upfront when placing the order, which I did. Two weeks later, I'm still being told they didn't receive my tires. I showed up for the install appointment a week after paying and wasn't told they didn't have them. I got an email that day that the tires were ordered and I would pay when they arrived. Complete mess. The Robinson store is the only store I'll get tires if I continue with my Sam's Club membership.

Ordered tires; was told delivery would be 3-5 business days and that I would receive an email when they were ready. 2 weeks later I called to find out the tires were ready and they forgot to let me know. Set up and installation time (10:00am on a Sunday). Got to the store as it opened to check in; they didn't start the installation until 10:55am.

Excellent customer service provided from purchase to installation. Asha goes the extra step to make sure everything is just right. The auto service technician guided me with selecting the right tire for my vehicle and budget. The technician did a great job with the tire installation. Thank you 😊

Had a tire blow out due to car wash entry problem Drove car to SAMs on spasre and was told tire was not in stock. Was expecting a week wait for the tire but thst evening SAMs contacted me that tire was in. Tire was installed expertly the next morning. I have been buying my tires for both my cars at SAMs and have been very happt with their pricing and especially their service.
