Kendrick was VERY polite and helpful and went out of his way to help me. He was quick to put a new tire on my car. Got me a basket to help me walk. Even helped me unload my grocery purchases when i picked up the car! (i am handicapped). I have been driving the car around town and on the interstate and it is a smooth ride, so it seems he did a good job. GREAT service! A super experience.

Sadly after the reviews and various online posts about this experience, I still get a survey asking about my experience. If this doesn’t illustrate my point I doubt anything will in the eyes of Sam’s Club leadership. I bought my tires in store on 11/26. I indicated the size needed (265/65r18) and pointed out the stack of them available on the store floor. The salesman acknowledged this. I waited almost 3 weeks for my install appt to find the salesrep ordered tires in the wrong size (265/70r17) and the tires I originally pointed out had been sold in the interim. Upon this discovery another sales rep indicated I would have to wait til 12/24 or an additional 10 days to fix their screwup. I declined this offer and have since filed complaints on various review sites and Facebook posts with little interest shown from Sam’s aside from insincere apologies and wanting a side chat on Messenger while no efforts were made in store or via email to make it right. The very fact this email is asking about my installation when it should be clear to all involved that there wasn’t one to begin with is amusing. No calls from a manager, just more of this type of incompetence, in case there was any doubt who I was dealing with. I imagine the “It’s busy and we haven’t had the opportunity to address this yet” variety of excuse could be bought forth, meanwhile the store manager is posting videos on Facebook playing with a toy Ferris wheel in store.

When we went to a different Sam’s Club, around 4:30, the guy working said he couldn’t take us in because we were too late. When we went to the one in plano, a guy named Yasin was so kind and took us in past 6, close to closing time. We are so thankful for him, he was so patient and friendly with us. He did extra of what was needed just to give his customers the best. Even when we tried to tip him he denied it. He is such a great guy and need more people like him!! Hope this review reaches him! We can’t thank him enough.

Had got 4 new tires installed at the Sam’s in town, the deal was good. I left, a day passes and I start to hear a metal sound with each wheel spin towards the front drivers tire. I got to inspect to see what’s going on, come to find out all the lug nuts on all 4 tires are hand loose on every single wheel. I couldn’t imagine what the outcome could have been if I had gone any longer. Super disappointed and honestly outraged at how careless that is. Makes me wonder who else can potentially fall victim to this, people can get seriously injured or worse.

Sam's tire installation package that includes Roadside Assistance is by far the best deal around when it comes to the price that other tire shops are charging. The guys at my club were helpful and friendly, not to mention they were able to squeeze me into a schedule that was full. Thanks tire guys at Fort Wayne club.

Had two tires changed. Reasonable price. However, upon receiving my vehicle, and driving off, the low tire pressure light came on. I drove back, and Pete, the mechanic said drive awhile, it will recalibrate. A day later, I went back and he than said it was a $40 sensor battery and he made an appointment. I asked “Pete” 3 times if he checked the tire pressure, he assured me a sensor battery was the culprit. I went to a gas station, put air in the tire, and, wouldn’t you know it?? The light went out. Now I’m going to check the lug nuts just to be sure….

I was concerned we might need an appointment to purchase and install a set of four new tires. The nationwide Sam’s Club employee assured us we did not need an appointment and would be accommodated as a walk-in as efficiently as possible. We were lucky, as we arrived at our local Sam's Club at a time which turned out NOT to be busy.

The installation was quick and efficient, but more importantly the customer service went beyond expectations. I asked to have my old tires placed into the back of my Sportage so I could use them at home and much to my surprise, the technician took the time to wash each tire. Who does that? I cannot tell you how much it meant that he would go above and beyond in this manner.

tires are not balanced. took 4 visits to the store. appointment was at 8am. After the 4th visit at 3:30pm, because they called to say the shop air compressor was down again. I left the car there. I stopped by to see if by any chance it's done. 6:30pm, I was luck to have my car back.

First off they did not fill tires with air to the correct amount. 28/26/34/27. Called back some one with a strong accent answered. Argued with me about this issue like I was stupid yet I’m looking at the monitor on my car. Service person so I was told used a defaulted gage to do air. Service was unacceptable. Customer services poor. Very displeased with this having to return. Wait 25 mins just for someone to come to desk to assist me
