I purchased 4 tires from Sam's in Lake Charles, La and had to make appointment to install on Father's Day @ noon - waisting my Father's Day. I left my truck and went grab lunch because install would take 1 hour. When I returned my truck had no new tires because the ONLY socket they had available didnt fit my luggs, only fit 1/2 of them. Not sure if others will read this but I will NEVER buy tires from this place again - i got my money back and Im not going back . Do yourself a favor and spend the extra few bucks and have professionals install your tires instead of these kids - you'll save in the long run.

Tires are decent. The tire dept is still the worse in the entire organization. You make an appt but still takes 2 hrs to complete tire installation. I requested to check TPMS and to inform me which one was defective. Service tech lies to me that they were all able to reset the warning light. He doesn’t even bother to read the summary. Additionally, been asking for over TPMS replacement at this location for the past 6 months. No availability. I tried to give them one more chance, but they exhausted my faith in their services.

Staff helped in tire selection. Staff was professional, polite and capable. A problem developed and they took care of it to my 100% satisfaction. Because of how they handled the problem Sam’s will be my first go-to on auto needs. Well done Sam’s auto team.

Very dissatisfied with the service. Arrived 10 min before appt time (6 pm) when attendant came out he said they were a little behind and it would be at least 2 1/2 hours until it would be ready. Waited there and having looked into bay area there was a lot of talking and not much working. Why give a time and tell you if you are not there you wait, in that case the employees should also be on time or at least close to time. After waiting all that time truck was pulled out, noticed centercap was missing, had to bang on garage door as the store was closed, put that on ourself. Extremely disappointed in the service and the time I had to stand around! Would not recommend this service to anyone.

I had four tires installed on my sons car. The following morning the left rear tire had no air in it. Turns out they did not replace the valve stems and one was noticably defective. They put it back on knowing it waa defective. Took the car to the southside Sams for four valve stem replacements. Two dags later the car was making a loud brake noise. The rotor on the front tire was hitting metal and had to be replaced. It was obvious when the tire was removed. Went to another shop for new brakes and rotors. I will not be back for any service at either Lakeland Sams Clubs. Terrible experience.

Service desk personnel were courteous, helpful and professional. They clearly helped me find the best deal and price for the tires I needed. I was a bit surprised to find that the new tire installation left a significant 4-6 psi difference in tire pressures between driver side and passenger. Maybe tech should verify pressures before releasing vehicle.

terrible service they couldn’t do anything we had to get 2 refund because at first we got the wrong tire size and they couldn’t just get the same exact ones just as they right size and we had to get refunded and buy the right size again and then they couldn’t change out some stripped lug nuts on the second try so we had to get refunded again and we ended up going somewhere else and they did all that work in less then 45 mins we wasted 3 hours at sam’s for nothing to be done to the truck

Horrible experience at zavala sams tire shop. The guy attending wanted me to buy all bolts for my vehicle due to the bolts being swept supposedly without trying to remove bolts first. I advised him to at least try. When he tried he mentioned oh you only need 3 then. Went and bought bolts and guy mentioned the bolts I bought were gonna be hard for him to install he needed original ones. Just wasted my time horrible service. Lazy attendant.

I loved the more resonable cost of the tires and installation but the missing star is they never called to tell me my tires were in to set up a time to come in. I waited several days longer than i should have needed to. Other than that it was perfect.

I started out at 8:30 am by calling Sams to check and see which store had my tires. Turned out to be the location in Orange Park. I went there bt 9:30 and they had 4 and I purchased them and made an appt to come back at 3 for install. The tire person called back at 1 and said they couldnt do it because they couldnt lift my vehicle with their machines. I said Sams installed the tires on it now 3 years ago....long story short, I was told the other location in North Jacksonville could do it and that I would need to transport my 4 tires in my car to that store. I did all this driving on a spare tire....when I arrived at the other store they said they told previous tire personnel they couldnt do it either. I said just refund my nearly $700 and that person said they couldn't do that because I bought them at the other store and for me to go somewhere and get them installed and they will reimburse the installation. I called the corporate number for Sams and left this conversation with the rep that took my call but Ive not received a call back or reimbursement for having Discount Tire to install my tires. I will never purchase tires from Sams again.
