Tire sensors need to be changed. Light still comes on. They don’t have any in stock. Can’t order them. Can’t bring my own in they won’t install it. Need to come weekly when they get a shipment & pray they still have one but it’s not delivered weekly. They don’t know what’s in their shipments. Crazy

Unprofessional employees changed four tires they couldn’t even put the air valves on properly. One of them was missing. Had to come back and then they gave me your old dirty one after I paid about $700 to have all four tires changed. Employees kept calling me from their Personal cell phone And hanging up instead of telling me to come pick up my car when I called back, they would hang up.

Bought 4 tires and had them installed and balanced. The first time I drove at speed the steering wheel started shaking like crazy. I returned to the store and waited nearly 2 hours, and found that they needed to rebalance all 4 tires, with one being quite a bit out of balance. Not happy that it wasn't done right the first time.

I missed my original appointment. Called Sam’s Club and was directed to an outsourced answering service, rescheduled appointment for that Monday, got to my appointment on time but the outsourced company never scheduled my appointment, but the technician squeezed me in and as promised, my car was done in an hour and a half. Get rid of your outsourced company and hire someone to answer the phone and schedule appointments at the Sam’s Club facilities. I love my Sam’s Club technician.

Kendrick was VERY polite and helpful and went out of his way to help me. He was quick to put a new tire on my car. Got me a basket to help me walk. Even helped me unload my grocery purchases when i picked up the car! (i am handicapped). I have been driving the car around town and on the interstate and it is a smooth ride, so it seems he did a good job. GREAT service! A super experience.

Took a week and a half to get an appointment once the tires came in. Total of 3 weeks from order date. Other retailers seem to be able to get tires quicker. Not sure why I had to wait a week and a half for install. Maybe need more people on board. Once in, the staff was friendly and professional.

When I went to service desk no attendant was present when he returned I instructed him to install tire on right front and install that tire on spare wheel and put that tire in my cars trunk as it did not rest michelin crossclimate2 tires on the vehicle but had considerable tread remaining days after I was getting something out when I discovered it hadn't been returned to to me as per my instructions not happy some compensation would be appreciated thanks

Sam'sClub did a great job on the install. It took an hour like they said it would. I noticed they added wheel weights and balanced the tires. The car has great traction and a smooth ride. I appreciate the warranty and puncture repair included with the package. I will purchase my next set of tires from them.

Installation was great the tires were great customer service was great. I just wish they would have wiped the tires with some kind of cleaner and made them shiny at the end. It would have taken 5 minutes. But instead I spent a lot of money on the tires and they were dirty.

Not a good experience. Got 4 new tires and they broke the tire pressure sensor so the tire light was on. They said they did not have the sensor and would have to order it and would have to call back to see if it was in. I called the followingg week and they said it was in, got there and they said they did not have it. Then they looked and did have it. Charged me $40 for the sensor they broke and they said I would have to come back later to get it installed. Once installed the light was still on, took to another auto repair store and they recalibrated tire pressure sensors with car. This was a bad experience and will never get tires at Sam's again. This tire center is not being manager well and changes need to be made.
