Getting new tires is never fun, but these guys were quick and professional about my tire installation. I came in late in the afternoon, and these guys looked up my same-day options and replaced my old tires in about an hour. Unlike the last place that replaced my tires, they even remembered to switch the little caps over from my old tires to the new ones.

Tire sensors need to be changed. Light still comes on. They don’t have any in stock. Can’t order them. Can’t bring my own in they won’t install it. Need to come weekly when they get a shipment & pray they still have one but it’s not delivered weekly. They don’t know what’s in their shipments. Crazy

Excellent cusromer service, and they got me in right away with no appointment. Not to meantion, they saved me about $400 on a nice set of Good Year tires, and the perks like roadside assistance, and free balance and rotation. Sams Club is the place to go for tires...The End.lol

Terrible, Terrible, Terrible!!! I had two sets of tires replaced in the last 2 months. Now I have damaged rims on both vehicles and I will never let them touch my vehicles again. I have the before and after pics of both vehicles, horrible lack of customer care, the only care they have is total LACK of care. I asked them to please take care not to damage rims because they just damaged my other vehicles rims and this vehicle was only a year old with 23,500 miles. I may buy them from sams but will never let them touch any of my vehicles again!!!! Greatly disappointed!!

I missed my original appointment. Called Sam’s Club and was directed to an outsourced answering service, rescheduled appointment for that Monday, got to my appointment on time but the outsourced company never scheduled my appointment, but the technician squeezed me in and as promised, my car was done in an hour and a half. Get rid of your outsourced company and hire someone to answer the phone and schedule appointments at the Sam’s Club facilities. I love my Sam’s Club technician.

First time purchasing Pirelli Scorpion tires. Had always purchased Goodyear, specifically Goodyear Eagles. The ride is significantly smoother compared to the Goodyear. Fuel economy has also improved. Tire noise has also decreased. Very pleased and impressed with the Pirellies. Need to see how they do in the daily Floridas storms during the summer.

Tire pressure was to low after install. I shouldn't have to put in more air in all 4 tires to get my tire pressure light off. There was 32 psi instead of the 35 psi suggested on the door pillar. Also don't like the fact that you need to make an appointment for the tires to be installed.

I only purchased 2 tires....the 2 good tires are supposed to go in the back but they were installed in the front even after verbally discussing. I did not check until I got home and no one would return my call. I, just like most, work every day and cannot just go back anytime so that they can do it correctly. Very inconveniencing.

Bought 4 tires and had them installed and balanced. The first time I drove at speed the steering wheel started shaking like crazy. I returned to the store and waited nearly 2 hours, and found that they needed to rebalance all 4 tires, with one being quite a bit out of balance. Not happy that it wasn't done right the first time.

Installer double stacked the weights on one of the new tires. Rubbed on my calipers and had expenses to repair them. Who double stacks weights on tires?!? Rotate the tire 180 degrees and try rebalancing! Of course Sam’s isnt going to pay for caliper repair.
