This is the third time I have bought tires at Sam's. Prices are great, staff is nice and the tire installation has been OK. The one consistently bad thing is the tire pressure. This one was 16lbs over inflated from recommended (32). Funny but that is actually an improvement over the previous install. The tires were inflated to 56lbs! on a tire recommended at 32 lbs. If I buy more tires there I am bring a pocket full of tire gauge to hand out as gifts, lol.

Made an appointment for 11am to have 4 New Tires put on my car. 1) Was never told or instructed on how or where to drop off car for the installation!! 2) Once the car was dropped off, was waiting in line and observed several customers walk wanting to purchase a car battery and have it installed. 3) It appeared that the walk ins were getting taken care of, and me and another gentleman who made an appointment for service waited almost 3 hrs. 4) What’s the point of making an appointment!!!! When walk ins get taken care of FIRST!!!!! First time buyer of tires at Sam’s and service!!! Not a Good experience at ALL!!!!

No one answered the phone when I called to schedule an appointment. No on notified me when my tires arrived. No one answered the phone when I called to check on my tires. I had to make 3 trips into the store. Not very convenient when you live 20 minutes away.

I already wrote this review 3 times. The service was horrible. I have Plus membership. Appointment was not scheduled when I arrived … they damage the tires cover plates and lost the caps for the air valves. The worst was next day when i took my car for tire alignment to another shop (Sams doesn’t do it) and check my brakes. They found out the way the installations was done strip the bolts so badly that was impossible to take them to check the brakes … they need to cut them and replace several bolts. Costing a lot extra money. The Sams savings don’t worth the expenses you will have with the damage they do to your car at the end. Bad Beyond expectations

Disappointed. I purchased the tire plan for it’s benefits. I have bought 10 tires from you for my multiple cars that are vintage. Because they are vintage, I bring the rims to you for multiple reasons. Point is, it makes your job quicker and easier as no bay is tide up. No labor is used taking the rims off the car. No labor is used putting the rims back on the car. And they get done at you convenience as I leave them for the day. So, How do I get treated? I get told that in spite of the benefits to you, I do not qualify for the mount discount as all four are not done at the same time. Even when I bought four and had four done. What a mean spirited way of customer service.

I bought 4 brand new good year all seasons tire and paid $811 with tires installation package but I just wasted my money and my time.All the 4 brand new tires keep loosing air after installation and I reported to Sam’s Club and got an appointment to check tires but they said no leaks and they can’t do anything but if I want to talk to the manager name Mike, I have to wait 2 weeks because he’s out for 2 weeks. I Put air on all 4 tires 4 times within 5 days because my car gives me warning for low tire pressure and when I measure the pressure it went down to 29(every time I keep air pressure at 36 when refilling air at the air machine).All my tires was in new condition, no physical defects but they said that tire has no return policy after installation.So they did not exchange the tires even when I requested and willingly said that I will pay the difference .This is not the first time I am buying tires . Never had any issues with new tires.

These tires were just what I was looking for. they have a medium aggressive off-road capability, but a very smooth ride and not noisy. For my purpose they’re awesome. I believe the installation team is the best. They don’t beat up your wheels. They do a great job installing your tires. They do a double check on lug nut torque when they put your wheels back on.. a person could ask for nothing more

The crew in the tire installation department are super friendly and did a great job. Several guys worked on my car and it was done in a timely manner. They even kindly installed the new wheel locks I provided to them. Thank you again. I was told comes with 4 year warranty on the tires as well . No brainer great deal.

Sam’s club only carried one tire to fit my car. It was one of three I was looking at but not my first choice. I talked to the sam’s salesperson. They were honest and suggested my first choice- if I had the time to order and did not try to push the on hand tire or the more expensive tire of same brand. He agreed since I towed a Travel trailer the features of my first choice tire was the better solution. It only took four days for tires to arrive. full warranty with lifetime balance and replacement and lower cost than other sellers of same tire.

Not a good experience. Got 4 new tires and they broke the tire pressure sensor so the tire light was on. They said they did not have the sensor and would have to order it and would have to call back to see if it was in. I called the followingg week and they said it was in, got there and they said they did not have it. Then they looked and did have it. Charged me $40 for the sensor they broke and they said I would have to come back later to get it installed. Once installed the light was still on, took to another auto repair store and they recalibrated tire pressure sensors with car. This was a bad experience and will never get tires at Sam's again. This tire center is not being manager well and changes need to be made.
