Sam's claimed my vehicle was unsafe to lift. They said fix it and they would install tires.Took the vehicle to local VW dealer they said there were no issues lifting the vehicle (they lifted it twice in their shop). The VW dealer charged me 95.00 fee looking at vehicle. Even though I provided a statement from the dealer stating everything was good. Sam's thinks they know better than certified mechanics and still refused to install the tires. .

Got some bfg ko2’s for my Chevrolet. While I watched the tire guy mount the tires on the wheels, my fiancé was at the snack bar training for the hot dog eating contest next month. I think she said she ate 15 Sam’s hotdogs while I got my tires put on.

Bought a set of these 2 weeks ago. Left rear valve stem defective, leaking air almost flat. Called Sams auto, told have to make appointment and they are booked 2 weeks out. Was told lifts are being repaired and they are down to one lift, and I would have to go to another store almost 20 miles away. Explained to tire department store manager tire will not hold air that long, and it is a 15 minute fix. Then was told to take tire off vehicle and bring in, and they would try to work it in. Explained I am not physically able to do that, plus I paid for road service and warranty. This is a defective part or damaged when installed, I should not have to wait two weeks! I asked to repair nearby and have amount reimbursed since I cannot drive it far, and do not want to damage the tire. Was told no reimbursement, and there is nothing she could do. I advised her I will inflate the tire in the morning and be there before they open, and they can work it in before the first appointment. She did not confirm but will see what can be done when I get there, I will be there at 7am !!!! Only I 15 minute job and I already paid for tires and service.

The tire and installation purchase was easy. I purchased 2 tires for my Mercedes. The problem began when they had to put the tires on. I was told they were unable to get the bolts off and I had to take the car elsewhere to have them loosened and then bring the car back to have it put on. Of course that didn’t make any sense to the shops I went to. One shop employee told me they would just change the tire and go get it. Sam’s staff then said well if you do that, you loose the warranty. This is completely problematic because it is my responsibility to find the shop to do this and Sams does not have a relationship with any shop owner that can do this. Finally, a man at a tire shop feels sorry for me, he explains no one want to touch it because if they strip or break it, they are liable, however after me sharing my story he said he would try. Is removal of the bolts was easy and he says to me, Sams lied, the bolts were not too tight, the staff must have wanted to go home. I take it back to sams at 5:00pmand might I say my original mechanic was gone. It now took 2 additional hours for them to change one tire. The entire process took 4 hours. There were 3 men working at that time, just walking around doing much of nothing. Trying to look busy…I was completely disappointed with the service I received! As I was waiting, another customer comes up to me and asks where did I take my car because she she was told her boots were too tight as well. They changed 3 of her tires but couldn’t do the 4th. What a mess! Clearly this is a practice that is completely unacceptable and it should be stopped.

Great deal on these tires and the Sam’s Club Tire and Auto guys were great to work with. They were very helpful in helping me order them online and called as soon as they came in and got me scheduled the very next day. They know what they’re doing at this Sam’s Club.

Real aggravating wanted to do it their way instead of how I requested. I purchased 2 new tires I wanted them on the front. Wanted the existing front tires put on the back. Right rear was flat. Wanted left rear made spare. They kept telling me it made no sense. That was not their call it was mine. The first day I went to put them on was around 2:30, I was told I would have come back the next day around 3:00 so I did my shopping and went to get in my car I had parked near the tire shop. All 3 stals were empty and 2 guys standing around doing nothing so I had to come back the next day. This is not the service I have grown to expect from Sam's. I am now needing to put 4 tires on my wife's 2022 Honda Pilot what would you do???????

My review has nothing to do with the tires. I was never able to have them put on my car. I purchased them on 12/4/24 & waited for them to be ordered with an installation appt set for 12/7. Tires came in, i showed up for appt; service dept said they were 3 hrs behind. I'm disabled & have 1 car; i couldn't wait that long. Next appt was set for 12/20 @ 1 pm. That was their earliest! I showed up, again 3 hrs behind! They can't get anyone to work in the servide dept. I demanded my money back & i have no tires.

First time my tires were not balanced properly and my truck bounced above 60 mph, so I went back to Sams early and the 2 guys (one in training) rebalanced then perfect. I wish the first person would have done that job right. Just another training and management issues I suppose.

We didn’t get any tires from Sam’s. We had an appointment, we showed up on time and there were no employees in the store who worked in the tire department. We waited 45 minutes and no one had showed up for work. Store manager tried to contact the employees who were scheduled for work but no one ever came. We went across the street to discount tires and got a price match and were in and out in less than the 45 minutes we wasted at Sam’s. This was tremendously disappointing since we have been customers and stock holders for probably 30+ years.

The guys in the garage did an excellent job. They work really well together and I’m very satisfied with their work on my newly purchased tires. They even checked my battery life and saved me money. Honestly I felt I could trust them in the future, and their expertise.
