Great customer service! The Service technicians were very friendly and helpful. I purchased the tires on sale. On the day of the installation my 4 new tires were installed within 40 minutes. Originally, I had been told it could be an hour or longer but they were done quickly and efficient. I definitely will use Sam's Club for all of my future tire purchases.

Tire install could have been better because I had a low tire light the next day. The left front tire only had 25lbs air and it should have been 33. I took it back to Sam’s and they checked it for leaks and found none. On further inspection they also found other tires low on air

My tire pressure sensor has been failing occasionally since I had these tires installed, but every time I head back to the store to get the problem checked, it corrects itself until it does it again. Happens nearly every day at some time. Never had the problem before.

My tires were very much needed I was taking a road trip that week Has just had my oil change at my dealer and their recommendation was tires and they wanted to charge me over $1000 NOT!! went to Sam's immediately tires were in stock and priced just RIGHT got them installed and very pleased with price and customer service.

The rating could have been a 5-Star rating; however, the length of time it took to change out the old tires for the new was extremely long. I checked in at 9:00 a.m. and didn't leave until after 11:00 a.m. I witnessed a great amount of joking-around with the mechanic staff, which created extended waiting time for the customers. I felt my time was not being considered. I can walk around the store for so long while waiting for the service to be completed. I had no problem with the product - I was disappointed with the service.

The front tires they installed were not inflated properly. I asked the person before I left if that was normal. He said the sensors just needed to be driven a little. I drove home checked my tires and they were below 40 psi and my tires needed to be around 55 psi.

I had to return three times after the installation to get my tires balanced. On the third visit I requested I have another tire shop do the balancing. The shop that did the third balance said that the wrong weights were used. I returned to Sams to get reimbursed for the third balancing. I gave written proof of what the other shop found. I will purchase tires from Sams but will never allow them to install them

I ordered 4 tires online to be delivered to my Sam's club. I never received notification from my local club that the tires that I came in. I called after about 10 days; the call was immediately transferred to the central call center (I've never actually been able to reach anyone at the local club by phone) and they informed me the tires were waiting and they set up an appointment for installation. The installation went quickly; it took about 45 minutes as I shopped the store. However, the wheels are not correctly balanced; I feel vibrations at speeds of 60 mph and above. I plan to return for a rebalance, but I'm disappointed they didn't do it right the first time.

Had tires installed on a Sunday. Swaying a bit on the highway the next day. Checked air, over 100 pounds in tires. They called for 75. 3 days later, my TPMS lit up. Got out and checked, one rear tire was going down. I was within a mile of Sam's. Went in, talked to man at tire department. He said sorry, they were busy, he could get me in 3 days later! I'm getting a flat in their parking lot, on a tire they put on, under their warranty!. I called a tire store a few blocks away. Went there, seems the TPMS was broken. Apparently when installed. Cost me $112 to get it fixed. Never get tires installed at Sam's again.

Purchased a number of tires, batteries, and more from SAMS tire department over the years. It appears that great personal service has been replaced with whatever it takes to make more profit. Tire Installation was absolutely great!! (Except - it appears there are simply not enough service people to handle the flow of customers and work. There's more, but again service personnel are wonderful and helpful, but are limited - usually by leaders that have been directed to make more profit.)
