Great customer service

Damaged a tire and needed a replacement. Sam’s coworker assessed damaged tire and determined coverage under road hazard replacement program. They worked me in and the tire was replaced within a couple hours. We will always buy our tires at Sam’s.

I was getting new tires before having the alloy wheels refinished on my 2002 Audi TT. Installers broke 2 of the 4 plastic wheel center caps. They are not made anymore!

Im please with my new tires and they look great on my 2020 atlas cross sport. Im not please with the light noise that you hear when your on the free way, my wife picked up on it in her 1st drive in it. Other than that awesome tites.

Purchased tires only to find out they wouldn't even put them on for me. Wasn't able to get the installation packages or warranty or anything. Very disappointed as that was a major reason I even decided to but tires here. Not fair

Tire Installation was simple, efficient, and inexpensive. The technicians were extremely knowledgeable and thorough. I would highly recommend Sam's Club for all tire and tire installation needs.

Had two tires changed. Reasonable price. However, upon receiving my vehicle, and driving off, the low tire pressure light came on. I drove back, and Pete, the mechanic said drive awhile, it will recalibrate. A day later, I went back and he than said it was a $40 sensor battery and he made an appointment. I asked “Pete” 3 times if he checked the tire pressure, he assured me a sensor battery was the culprit. I went to a gas station, put air in the tire, and, wouldn’t you know it?? The light went out. Now I’m going to check the lug nuts just to be sure….

Tire installation was done properly. My only complaint was that since I had to order these tires to be delivered to the store, I had to call for an appointment to get them installed after they arrived. I called my local store, but was transferred to someone in another country, probably India to make my appointment, which was in two weeks. I don't see why I couldn't have talked to someone at the store, and don't see why it should take two weeks to get the tires installed since they were already at the store.

Tire was installed fine but when they put the spare back in car the person just tossed in the trunt wih the lug nuts going all over the place. The spare was not properly placed in the trunk, this would have ony taken a few moments but that was not to be
