Being a Sam's Club Member gives me access to great tire and battery service. My membership provides great cost savings, including free rotation and repair. I am always impressed by the customer service provided by the employees in the Battery and Tire Department. Actually, I am always impressed by the customer service provided by all of the employees at our Sam's Club.

Assigned store said they couldn't install the tires because their lift didn't work on my car, a BMW. The car is identified in the selection of the tires and the assignment of the installation facility. They told me to go to a different Sam's Club or they could give me a refund. I told them I wanted the tires installed and didn't to be driving around to Sam's Clubs to see if they could install the tires. They finally figured out they could install them by using a floor jack.

I just purchased some new tires, including the installation package. As with previous tire purchases, the installation package was considered a necessary purchase. The cost of the package with it's benefits was certainly quite reasonable. In the past when I needed assistance with covered features, I have been very happy with the service Sam's has given.

I had to wait several days after Sams received the tires to get them installed. I could not drive the car because of a flat tire that could not be repaired. I was without a car for 4 days and the tire manager gave me no indication when they would be installed . Only after I spoke to a store manager at the Centerville, Ohio store did I get them installed. He told me they got rid of the previous tire manager because he was too accomodating to the customers. He said they were installing too many tires each month. The new tire manager put a limit on how many tires that they could install per day. It doesn't make any sense to me and the store manager directed that installation limit.

After a nail in the sidewall, I was super thankful that the Sam's club had my tires in stock. I was out of town when the nail was found and wasn't sure I'd be able to make the 4 hour drive back to my local store. The service was easily scheduled and completed in less time than anticipated. Thanks Grand Junction Sam's Club team!!

They didn’t have a 17 millimeter socket for removing my lug nuts and had no solution - like allowing the customer to provide one. Ended up installing the tires myself in the parking lot - without the convenience of a lift, shade, and a shop… not worth the money I saved shopping at Sam’s.

These tires are what are recommended for my truck from the dealer but I sam's Club would not install them. They told me they were the wrong size, and they would not fit, and they would rub, and I would be unhappy with them. So I took them somewhere else and had them installed, they fit fine, I'm very happy with them, and they do not rub

Tires are good I wasn't two happy that I waited two weeks after paying for the tires to have them installed and found out they didn't put my name on the scheduled so they had to double book me with another customer and it took a couple of hours........

This tire installation caused such a headache. First they put the wrong tires on my car and then called me to have to come in again and have the right tires put on. Then they lost one of my hubcaps and told me I’d “just have to buy another one” because they didn’t know where it went. I was not impressed and will not be going back again.

Service was great. I was originally told that my install would probably be around 2 1/2 hours due to them being short on manpower that day (I appreciated the upfront honesty). About 1 1/2 hours later, I received a phone call that my vehicle was ready. When i got to my vehicle, everything was clean (as I had left it) and ready to go. Also, for the cost of installation, getting free tire rotations, roadside assistance, etc, made it well worth the money.
