Always re-check your lug nuts if you get new tires at Sam's. One of my lug nuts were almost off even after the installers signed that they were tightened to specifications.

I was getting new tires before having the alloy wheels refinished on my 2002 Audi TT. Installers broke 2 of the 4 plastic wheel center caps. They are not made anymore!

Scratched my rims, won't install TPMS that they don't sell you, basically you pay this for nothing. Glad they got my money once, I'll be cancelling my membership and won't be buying tires from them ever again.

They NEVER answer the phone. My firefighter husband had to take time from his shift to go there to make an appointment. Who runs a business like this??

There was a mix up on the appointment. Took about 15 minutes to find someone (that didn't look like a manager to me). They could've installed my tire in that time. Instead, they apologized and sent me on my way.

Called several times during business hours. No answer. Called main customer service. Talked to 2 people who placed me on hold. After waiting 12+ minutes on hold I was disconnected. Very poor service

Tire Installation was simple, efficient, and inexpensive. The technicians were extremely knowledgeable and thorough. I would highly recommend Sam's Club for all tire and tire installation needs.

Bad balancing machine every time I have a tire balance at this Sam's Club. Then, I go to another Sam's to have it balanced properly. They are not calibrated properly and gives wrong balance every time for past 5 years.

These tires are what are recommended for my truck from the dealer but I sam's Club would not install them. They told me they were the wrong size, and they would not fit, and they would rub, and I would be unhappy with them. So I took them somewhere else and had them installed, they fit fine, I'm very happy with them, and they do not rub

The actual club service is great. Friendly and knowledgeable folks there to help you and not just this one club. I have been in several clubs over the last 20+ years and the Tire & Battery center is almost always staffed by good people. The phone service Sam's Club uses for members to call to schedule appointments is totally worthless. If I was bases my opinion of the tire service off the phone service, it would be a single star; it didn't use to be this way. The old way was better
