There was a mix up on the appointment. Took about 15 minutes to find someone (that didn't look like a manager to me). They could've installed my tire in that time. Instead, they apologized and sent me on my way.

Purchased tires only to find out they wouldn't even put them on for me. Wasn't able to get the installation packages or warranty or anything. Very disappointed as that was a major reason I even decided to but tires here. Not fair

They NEVER answer the phone. My firefighter husband had to take time from his shift to go there to make an appointment. Who runs a business like this??

Damaged a tire and needed a replacement. Sam’s coworker assessed damaged tire and determined coverage under road hazard replacement program. They worked me in and the tire was replaced within a couple hours. We will always buy our tires at Sam’s.

The Tire Center had my truck for 90 minutes, then gave me the keys and said they stripped one of the lug nuts and damaged the wheel lock key. They said I should get those thing fixed and come back for the service. Are you kidding me?!?

I will admit, I was a bit scared from reading the reviews about their experiences with the whole process, but mine was fairly smooth. Appointment was a breeze and the service was great.
