Cannot get enough of these! My husband ask for these at least once a week. Chop an onion and a little cilantro add to a corn tortilla and it is game over for skinny jeans!

These carnitas are soooo good. Great for a quick meal. People will think you were cooking for hours. Very flavorful and moist. Just like the carnitas mom used to make.

Do not buy this item. It had big chunks of fat or what seemed like glue in the meat. They did not dissolve. Almost half of it was stick in one big piece. I could not get it apart and onlyba few little pieces shredded. I do not recommend at all. Which was a shame because it smelled really good, but i could not eat any part if it because of the really hard yellow chunks. I just threw it out. Such a waste.

This is remarkably tasty and more authentic than I would have expected. Granted, it won't compete with the "real deal" that I could get living in San Diego for a decade, but compared to what passes for Carnitas at most Mexican restaurants in the Carolinas, it's really quite good!

My husband and I love tacos, he’s Mexican so where we live there’s not much actual Mexican food and being away from his family we miss their cooking. I get carnitas every time I’m at Sam’s. It’s so good! Put a little lime and salt on the taco and it’s delicious

There are 3 suggested ways of heating these, I was tired and took the easiest way - microwave 6 minutes! I was pleasantly surprised by how good these were! Also there is a good quantity of meat. Not to fatty either. It has a good amount of juice which I believe will keep the leftovers from drying out. If you like your carnitas a little dryer, dry the air fry or skillet method. Rivals what I pick up at the local Mexican grocery stores! Hope the continue to offer it!
