I was very surprised that these were this good. Threw them in the air fryer and made pretty good tacos. I would definitely buy again

Don’t usually care for precooked items but this is tasty, tender & super easy to use in tacos, soup & more.

These carnitas are the best item in Sam’s Club. Delicious precooked pork roast in a tasty broth. The meat is tender and juicy. Serve in tortillas with onions %26 cilantro. Serve over mashed potatoes or cilantro rice. Roasted vegetables are a good side with it. Try it, you’ll like it.

Microwave is ok but you have all this liquid and doesn’t look too pleasing. I find it best to cook it in a frying pan. Kinda like when you’re cooking ground beef, you fry it till liquid is dissolved, no need to drain. For the carnitas you cover the pan so it can heat and steam. When liquid is almost gone then you uncover and let it fry in its own fat and you get this nice crispy crust to it. Very easy and tasty.
