This is the easiest, most delicious dinner idea on the face of the planet. If they ever get rid of this, I will cry. Plop it in a pot, pop on a lid, and you have a delicious dinner in about 15 minutes. We make burritos with this, but it is also amazing in quesadillas. Leftovers, if there are any, always get eaten the next day.

This is a great 'cheat' to making yummy burritos! We heat the. meat in a skillet, and add mild enchilada sauce to a plate, coat both sides of a tortilla/wrap and then fill with the shredded meat, queso cheese, and refried beans.... put into a casserole dish and top with the remaining enchilada sauce and shredded taco cheese and bake 350 for 15 mins! Waaallaaaaaa!

My family really likes this for quick and easy tacos/nachos/rice bowls! The meat stays moist after heating in the microwave. The chunks do have some fat on them so make sure to shred thoroughly and mix in with the rest of the meat.

I keep it in my freezer and still it's a good dinner in less than 30 minutes. Everyone is different so this used for tacos, burritos, nachos and enchiladas.

This was my first time buying the carnitas. I saw the reviews and decided to try for a family game night to use on nachos. Did not disappoint!! Everyone agreed it was crazy good! We all just kept going back to snack on the carnitas meat! Will definitely buy again soon!

We LOVE MM Pork Carnitas! We divide it into smaller portions and keep it in the freezer. Whenever we want a quick DELICIOUS dinner-taco salad, burritos, quesadillas, nachos, etc. we pop a portion in the air fryer for 10min and it’s perfect every time!! I have eaten at authentic Mexican places all along the West Coast and these carnitas are the bomb

I bought this for this weekend NFL games. Made Nachos out of half the package was tons of meat. We will use the rest for tacos or quesadillas later. The only request would be to put two 1lb packages as we are normally just two, so would only buy when having guest around. Easy to prepare and was delicious.

My family loves these Carnitas. I prefer them on the Blackstone, so they get nice and crispy! But recently, I did them in my air fryer and they were also good. Makes for a quick and easy meal. We also get these every time we go camping, since it’s quick and easy.

This is by far the best brand of prepared carnitas out there! It's a lot of meat for our family of 4. I make tacos the first night. With the leftover meat I make a layered enchilada bake. I layer the tortillas, carnitas, enchilada sauce, cheese, black beans, corn, Rotel, and onions. I mix 1 can of each of the beans, corn, and Rotel, and 1/2 diced sweet onion together. Then pour some enchilada sauce to coat the bottom of a 9x9 baking dish, add heated tortillas dipped in enchilada sauce, meat, veggie/bean mix, then cheese. Repeat layers topping with cheese. Sometimes I'll add olives and/or diced jalapenos. Cover with foil, bake at 375 for around 35-45 min until heated through, uncover last 10 -15 min for golden cheese top. So yummy!

Overall this isn’t bad, we used it to make pulled pork nachos since I was having a crazy craving and they turned out delish. On its own though its pretty bland, I had to add a lot of seasoning to it, it was on the dry side too. But overall for the price and a pre packed meat it was good. I’m going to try it with tacos next.
