This is the easiest, most delicious dinner idea on the face of the planet. If they ever get rid of this, I will cry. Plop it in a pot, pop on a lid, and you have a delicious dinner in about 15 minutes. We make burritos with this, but it is also amazing in quesadillas. Leftovers, if there are any, always get eaten the next day.

Tried a sample in store and we had to purchase it after one bite! I would recommend skillet heating for the full 10 minutes because you get a good sear going, resulting in "bacony-like"bowwned bits that add to the flavor even more. One box makes a lot and enough for guests. We will be having a family Carnita party with our next box!

My husband and I really like this meat a lot! We make it in the microwave and then chop it on a cutting board. It's so good in corn soft tacos with some cilantro. Yum! It's one of our favorite new meals.

They are very good. Great taste without the greasiness of manteca. Great price for 2 lbs. I do recommend that you shred them when heating them up, otherwise you just get giant pork balls.

My family really likes this for quick and easy tacos/nachos/rice bowls! The meat stays moist after heating in the microwave. The chunks do have some fat on them so make sure to shred thoroughly and mix in with the rest of the meat.

I purchased this because of lack of time to cook dinner. I normally make my own pork carnitas. This pork is extremely tender that it can be cut with a spoon and very well seasoned. The port does not have a metallic or gamey taste. There are no vegetables or fillers in this package, it is two pounds of pork meat. The carnitas have a wonderful brown color on the outside and white/cream color on the inside. There is no fat on these carnitas. I called all my friends to let them know about this awesome carnitas product. They ordered it the same night.

What a surprise that these carnitas tasted AWESOME! I rarely buy prepackaged meat because they usually have so many fillers and added ingredients. This was real meat...no fillers! I cooked in the air fryer and make tacos with it. I made keto tacos using an egg wrap for shell but my husband used a flour tortilla. We added salsa and cilantro. They tasted just like carnita tacos I've had while in Texas and from a Mexican food truck. My picky husband even said, "Wow, this is really good!" The texture is great from the air fryer. Very tender pork but had that little crunch texture because cooked in the air fryer and seasoned perfectly. Loved it! This product does not have a lot of ingredients added, which I liked. Will definitely buy again!

My family loves these Carnitas. I prefer them on the Blackstone, so they get nice and crispy! But recently, I did them in my air fryer and they were also good. Makes for a quick and easy meal. We also get these every time we go camping, since it’s quick and easy.

All I can say is for the price and ease of makin tacos, it was a game changer. Wife and I were working late and trying to figure out dinner, and we got this. It was so good and easy to fix.

I add some sliced cooked bell peppers (multi-pack colored from Sam’s) and add the Pork Carnitas, and serve it in a flour tortilla with some guacamole for a quick delicious meal.
