Thought it was shredded but mine came in big chunks. Luckily they break down as cooked. Just stop cooking when they are right for you. I opted for shredded paste. 😁

The carnitas are great for midweek dinner or times when you don’t want a lot of cooking but just want some tasty tacos. Throw a little red onion, cilantro, pineapple and barbeque sauce on top - it’s yum!

My family loves these Carnitas. I prefer them on the Blackstone, so they get nice and crispy! But recently, I did them in my air fryer and they were also good. Makes for a quick and easy meal. We also get these every time we go camping, since it’s quick and easy.

I have bought this many times. It is my go-to when I am craving street taco carnitas! Good meat, not fatty at all. Highly recommend!

This pork is flavorful and tender. We love making burrito bowls, tacos, and even quesadillas with it.

Don’t usually care for precooked items but this is tasty, tender & super easy to use in tacos, soup & more.

All I can say is for the price and ease of makin tacos, it was a game changer. Wife and I were working late and trying to figure out dinner, and we got this. It was so good and easy to fix.

This is the tastiest pork I have had. No one ever imagines it’s a microwave dish. Melt in your mouth deliciousness!
