in one month this washer doesnt agitate on any of the controls listed on the right side of the control panel this includes quick wash , delicates, rinse and spin and self clean i got a half washing machine thanks samsung for this can i get my money back for a half a washer

Large capacity. Quiet. Cleans clothing well. Its sleep design and simple constructions will make sure that it will last for years to come! Had this washer for a few weeks, soo far havent noticed any extra power usage on my bill. Its also quite, and cleans clothing wrll!

[This review was collected as part of a promotion.] In my experience while using the new Samsung Top load washer, I have been very pleased with how quiet the operation is along with how clean my clothes are after washing! With the ActiveWave, Agitator really helped to reduce noise, I did not see the vibration like my old machine, and a side note, my bra straps, delicate shirts and straps did not tangle together. For the features, the Vibration Reduction Technology works by reducing noise and vibrations. On the machine, there are 8 preset washing cycles and I've been able to use them all. There is barely any noise, when the washing machine is running I can barely hear it! Overall, a great washing machine!

I've had my washer for less than 24 hours. By the time I did a second load I noticed the spin cycle was extremely long. 3rd load and it was on spin cycle for 37 minutes. I got a feeling my electric bill is going to cost more than the washer itself in a few months. Love everything else but that.

I bought this machine in 2021, less than 2 years old. The machine is very load now and sounds like a jet taking off. This is reportedly due to faulty tub bearings. Common issue with Samsung washers based on Samsung website, service people and appliance websites. The cost of repair is more than cost of new washer. Very disappointing. Better quality available from other manufacturers at same price point.

it washes and spins according to the sensors. i make sure all my clothes are in the washer evenly, nothing balled up. clothes are very clean and it spins very dry. i use cold to wash everything…please note, samsung’s cold water adds hot water. but it works for me. i read the instructions and follow them and i have no issues. you have to put your detergent in first, i use liquid and i pour it into the machine and put the clothes on top. very big and deep tub. this is a very good purchase.

I like more the top los and agitador to the other models, in the personal I feel that clean better. I love that the settings are very simple, I don’t like when I need a lot of instructions before I can put in use the appliances for me easy is better because I have 2 small toddlers and I have already a lot things to do with the home, kids and work from home. I really love with this model, the clothes come very clean, indicate one I need turn the self cleaning! This is very important because I forgot some times with the old one. The more incredible for me is that don’t make near nothing of noise! Near of be silent. Sometimes inclusive I forgot until sounds the melody that is ready, that is really Fabulous for me because the old one sound like if was super noisy, sometimes inclusive I can’t listening nothing, was terrible specially if I was with headache already. If I know before I will upgraded before!
